Stella is an unincorporated community in Cowlitz County, Washington. Stella is located northwest of the city of Longview, reached by traveling westbound out of the city along Washington State Route 4, also known as Ocean Beach Highway, and turning north onto Stella Road. The Stella community is part of the Longview School District, a K-12 school district of about 6,600 students. The community was named after Stella Packard, the daughter of a local merchant.

Inglis is an unincorporated community in Columbia County, Oregon, United States. Inglis post office was established on September 30, 1902, and was named after the first postmaster, John E. Inglis. The post office closed in 1910, then reopened in 1914, finally closing in 1918. The railroad station at this locale was named Inglis Station.

It is located about 4.5 miles northeast of Clatskanie and 3.5 miles southwest of Mayger in a drained and diked area of the Columbia River lowlands.The Quincy area was first settled about 1882 and named by J. W. Barnes for his hometown of Quincy, Illinois. Quincy post office ran from 1892 until 1933.In 1915, Quincy had a population of 40 and two churches and two schools. In 1940, Quincy had a population of 303. Quincy Store is still in operation.

It lies along U.S. Route 30 slightly west of Alston and about halfway between Rainier on the east and Clatskanie on the west.Delena had a post office that operated intermittently from April 22, 1892, to March 15, 1922. Lincoln J. Meserve was the first of nine postmasters at this location.Accounts of the origin of the community's name have varied, according to Oregon Geographic Names (OGN). It may refer to a mythological name that Meserve found in a book or it may be the name of someone in Meserve's family or it may refer to a place in Nebraska. In 1947, W. N. Meserve, Meserve's brother, told the OGN compiler that the mythological explanation was correct, and the compiler could find no place named Delena in Nebraska.
