Sant Benet (Susqueda)

Susqueda Reservoir (Catalan: Pantà de Susqueda; Spanish: Embalse de Susqueda) is a reservoir located on the Ter river, near Osor, Catalonia, Spain. The dam is located in Osor while the main water body is within the boundaries of Susqueda and Sant Hilari Sacalm. The construction of the dam was completed in 1968, creating a reservoir with a storage capacity of 233 hm³ that covered the old villages of Susqueda and Querós. The dam has a structural height of 135 m and a crest length of 360 m.

A local road links the municipality with the C-152 road to Santa Coloma de Farners.

Sau Reservoir (Catalan: Pantà de Sau) is a reservoir located on the Ter river, near Vilanova de Sau, Catalonia, Spain. The dam was completed in 1962, creating a reservoir with a storage capacity of 151.3 hm³ that covered the former town of Sant Romà de Sau. The Church of Sant Romà is still visible when the water level is low. The dam has a structural height of 83 m and a crest length of 260 m.

Tavertet is a small town located above some cliffs, 900m above sea level, in the area known as Collsacabra, north of the Guilleries, in the comarca of Osona in Catalonia. Below the cliffs is Pantà de Sau, a reservoir that dammed the waters of the river Ter in the 1960s. Tavertet is nowadays a tourist-oriented town with many holiday homes, where Raimon Panikkar lived. Tavertet is linked by road BV5207 to the town of L'Esquirol, also known as Santa Maria de Corcó. There is also a minor road north of the village above the cliffs through a beech forest linking the town to Rupit.

Les Planes d'Hostoles is a village and municipality in the province of Girona and autonomous community of Catalonia, Spain. The municipality covers an area of 37.51 square kilometres (14.48 sq mi) and the population in 2014 was 1,694. From 1900, Les Planes d'Hostoles was linked to Girona by the narrow gauge Olot–Girona railway, which was extended to Sant Feliu de Pallerols in 1902 and Olot in 1911.
