The University of Missouri School of Medicine (also called University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine or MU School of Medicine) is located in the southern part of the University of Missouri campus in Columbia, Missouri. It was the first publicly supported medical school west of the Mississippi River.

Ellis Fischel Cancer Center is a member of University of Missouri Health Care in Columbia, Missouri. It was the first free-standing cancer center west of the Mississippi River and the second such institution of its kind in the United States. The center is now connected to University of Missouri Hospital at 1 Hospital Drive. The former Ellis Fischel Cancer Center was located on Business Loop 70 West.

University Hospital is located in Columbia, Missouri. It has the only Level I trauma center and helicopter service in Mid-Missouri, and the only burn intensive care unit in the region. It also has an accredited chest pain center cardiology program and a multidisciplinary digestive disease program. The hospital is affiliated with the University of Missouri and the University of Missouri School of Medicine.

Rollins Field was a stadium in Columbia, Missouri. It hosted the University of Missouri Tigers football team until they moved to Memorial Stadium in 1926. The stadium held 13,000 people at its peak. It hosted the first homecoming in 1911.

The Brewer Fieldhouse was a multi-purpose arena located in Columbia, Missouri, and home to the University of Missouri Tigers basketball team prior to the Hearnes Center opening in 1972. Named after Chester Brewer, the building opened in 1929 to expand on the existing 500-seat Rothwell Gymnasium. Both buildings were converted into the Student Recreation Complex, which was renovated in 1987 and again in 2005.

The Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital is a Veterans Administration (VA) hospital located in Columbia, Missouri. Located adjacent to the University of Missouri campus, the hospital has a coverage area of 43 counties in Missouri and Illinois and serves more than 38,000 veterans inpatient and 314,000 veterans outpatient. Affiliated with the University of Missouri School of Medicine, it provides primary care, surgical, mental health, medical, geriatric, transitional, rehabilitative, and hospice services. The medical center has achieved some of the best scores in the state of Missouri for JCAHO Quality Reporting.

Laws Hall was a residence hall at the University of Missouri. Located at the corner of Tiger Avenue (formerly Maryland Avenue) and Kentucky Boulevard, Laws comprised a gross area of 72,871 square feet (6,769.9 m2) over 9 floors and basement area. The street address was 1005 Tiger Ave. 65201. The structure was constructed in 1957 as a women's residence hall. Eventually made a co-education residence hall, Laws housed students until the end of the 2015-2016 academic year. The building was demolished in March 2017 as part the final phase of the university's residence halls master plan.

The University of Missouri School of Accountancy is one of 19 schools and colleges at the University of Missouri. The school, part of the Trulaske College of Business, awards Bachelors, Masters, and PhD level degrees. Both the undergraduate and graduate programs are ranked in the top twenty nationwide. Along with the rest of the college of business, it is located in Cornell Hall.

The College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources (CAFNR) at the University of Missouri is a teaching and research institution that includes 15 degree programs and six academic/research divisions. Areas of study range from animal and plant sciences to biochemistry, agribusiness management, science and agricultural journalism, animal science, fisheries and wildlife, and atmospheric science. In 2018, there were more than 2,428 undergraduate and 384 graduate students studying in CAFNR. CAFNR has the highest sponsored research expenditures on the MU campus ($31,873,581 in 2010). The college is ranked among the Top 15 programs in the world for animal and plant science research (Thomson Reuters). CAFNR operates the Agricultural Experiment Station, a network of several research centers around Missouri designed to meet the regional research and demonstration needs of agricultural producers and natural resource managers. CAFNR's research efforts have regional and international economic impact. Projects include a drought simulator that allows scientists to develop drought tolerant crops, an inexpensive genetic tool to judge the economic value of cattle, and a study to determine the connection between eating breakfast and obesity. The Food and Agricultural Policy Research Institute (FAPRI), part of the Division of Applied Social Sciences, conducts research in national and global agricultural policy. Its researchers regularly testify before Congress. CAFNR's marketing tag line is Collaborating for the Greater Good, a recognition of its long culture of interdisciplinary partnerships that result in discoveries that could not be easily obtained by researchers in a single area.

The University of Missouri School of Law (Mizzou Law or MU Law) is the law school of the University of Missouri. It is located on the university's main campus in Columbia, forty minutes from the Missouri State Capitol in Jefferson City. The school was founded in 1872 by the Curators of the University of Missouri. Its alumni include governors, legislators, judges, attorneys general, and law professors across the country. According to Mizzou Law's 2016 ABA-required disclosures, 82 percent of the 2016 class obtained full-time, long-term, JD-required employment nine months after graduation.

Constructed in 1915, Elmer Ellis Library is the main library of the University of Missouri on the campus of the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. It was named in 1972 for former university president Elmer Ellis. With holdings of over three million volumes and six million microforms, The University of Missouri library system has been part of the Federal Depository Library Program since 1862.The State Historical Society of Missouri and Western Historical Manuscript Collection are at the main branch of the library on Lowry Mall. The Division of Special Collections is on 4th Floor West and houses rare books, the Comic Art Collection, and plat maps and insurance city maps of Missouri, as well as various other special collections. Some of the materials have been digitized and made available online. Also in the main branch of Ellis is the Bookmark Café, which is on the ground floor. Aside from providing study space and social space for students and faculty, Bookmark Café also provides gallery space.

KCOU (88.1 FM) is a radio station broadcasting the College radio format. Licensed to Columbia, Missouri, United States, the station is currently owned by the Missouri Students Association at the University of Missouri.
