The Palm Trump International Hotel & Tower was a proposed skyscraper hotel and residential complex at the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. It was a joint venture between the Trump Organization and Dubai-based Nakheel, a government-owned company, and was announced on October 5, 2005. This building and other prestigious building projects throughout Dubai in late 2008 were never built, largely as a result of the global credit crunch.The project was officially cancelled by Nakheel in February 2011, and Nakheel opened Al Ittihad Park on the site in November 2012.

Islamic Azad University, UAE Branch (Persian: دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد امارات متحده) also shortly known as Azad University of Dubai (Persian: دانشگاه آزاد دبی) is a major private research university located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and was founded in 1982. It is one of the International campuses of the Islamic Azad University system. Azad University of Dubai is an English language higher education institution of the university system.Also the UAE Branch has achieved and managed to host the ASAIHL International Summit for 2017 in Dubai.During the 34 years since the establishment of this university branch in Dubai, 4 million students have been graduated in various study fields.

Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus is a satellite campus of Heriot-Watt University based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Established in 2005, it was the first campus of an overseas university to open in Dubai International Academic City.In April 2019, Heriot-Watt's Dubai campus was crowned 'Best University' in the Middle East at the first ever Forbes Middle East Higher Education Awards.The campus received a five-star rating for three consecutive years in 2019, 2020 and 2021 from the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), the supreme educational quality assurance and regulatory authority of the Government of Dubai.In 2021, the Dubai campus relocated to Dubai Knowledge Park. The new campus was officially opened by King Charles III on 30 November 2023, accompanied by Scotland’s First Minister, Humza Yousaf.

Middlesex University Dubai (MDX Dubai) (Arabic: جامعة ميدلسكس دبي, romanized: Jāmiʿah Mīdilsaks Dubaī) is an offshore campus of Middlesex University London in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Situated across two locations in Dubai Knowledge Park and Dubai International Academic City, the campus was inaugurated in 2005 and currently has over 4,500 students from over 110 studying across both locations. Dr Cedwyn Fernandes is the Director of Middlesex University Dubai, alongside his duties as Pro-Vice Chancellor of Middlesex University London. Middlesex University's student body has over 37,000 students from more than 140 nationalities.

The University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) Arabic: جامعة ولونغونغ في دبي) is an offshore campus of the University of Wollongong in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Established in 1993, the university is located in the Dubai Knowledge Park and serves over 3,500 students from more than 108 countries. Unlike other foreign universities in the UAE, the University of Wollongong in Dubai is an autonomous and separate entity. While affiliated to the University of Wollongong in Australia, it remains a distinct university that is independent from the mother institution.

The Abu Dhabi University–Dubai (ADU Dubai) (Arabic: جامعة أبوظبي – فرع دبي) is a branch campus of the Abu Dhabi University in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Founded in 2017 by the university's chairman Ali Saeed al-Dhaheri, it is one of three satellite campuses of the university in the country and the first campus established outside the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Dubai Pearl (Arabic: لؤلؤة دبي) is a 73-storey, 300 m (984 ft), tall residential skyscraper project situated along Al Sufouh Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction has been on hold since 2009. The building would have consisted of four mixed-use towers connected together at the base and by a sky bridge at the top. The structural design was carried out by Dubai-based engineering firm e-Construct. Construction was started in 2009, and the project would have cost $4 billion (Dh14.6 billion). Had it been completed, Dubai Pearl would have accommodated 9,000 residents and its commercial sector would have employed 12,000 people.

Nakheel Mall (Arabic: نخيل مول) is a shopping mall on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Construction of the mall started in 2014 and it opened in 2019 at a cost of AED1.2 billion. The mall is accessible via the Palm Jumeirah Monorail, with its own station. There is a three-level multi-storey car park. The mall has five levels of shops, restaurants, and other attractions, including a Depachika Food Hall, Fabyland, Fitness First, an H&M store, Trampo Extreme, a 15-screen VOX Cinemas complex, and a Waitrose supermarket. The View at The Palm provides a high-level view of the Palm Jumeriah from a height of 230 meters on top of the adjacent Palm Tower, opened in 2020.

icflix is a Middle Eastern streaming and VoD platform that provides Jazwood (Arabic content), Bollywood and Hollywood movies and TV series. Icflix content is available in three languages: Arabic, English and French. Icflix streaming service can be used worldwide, but the company's main markets are the following countries: Morocco, Egypt, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan.During 2014, Icflix announced the launching of the App "icflix kids" on Samsung devices through the partnership that both companies have signed. In February 2015, the company launched the payment by text message for its Moroccan subscribers and by credit card for its Tunisian viewers. It was announced by the company during the same month that subscriptions had reached 250,000 in the MENA region. In March 2015, Icflix announced its collaboration with the United Nations on a television series that would report on the efforts of the UN agencies around the world to reduce poverty and human suffering, fight disease, provide humanitarian assistance and stimulate growth.In February 2017, Icflix signed a deal with IT and entertainment provider PTCL to extend its presence in Pakistan.The streaming website collaborates with popular companies in the MENA region, offering promotional offers to their customers, among these companies there are: Samsung, Souq.com (E-commerce website), Microsoft, Du (telco), Visa, Ooredoo (telco), Hellofood and LG.

Al Sufouh Archaeological Site at Al Sufouh in Dubai is owned and managed by Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, and consists of extensive but scattered areas of ancient occupation by a population known as the Magan. The site is distinguished by heavy concentrations of burnt ash, shell, pottery and bones on its surface. The archaeological excavation conducted at the site between 1994 and 1995 revealed an Umm Al-Nar type circular tomb dating between 2500 and 2000 B.C. The tomb is circular, 6.5 m in diameter and constructed of unworked stone blocks faced with a single outer ring wall of well-masoned ashlars. Entry to the tomb is through two doorways on opposite points of the ring wall on a NE/SW alignment. Double access was necessary as the internal NW/SE dividing wall allowed no communication between the two halves of the tomb. Each half of the tomb was divided into three chambers. The closest structural analogs to Al-Sufouh are found at Hili Archaeological Park in the Al Ain oasis, and at Umm Al-Nar Island.Individual interments were found in flexed position with various grave goods, including ceramic vessels of Umm Al-Nar type, bronze weaponry, and large quantities of beads.

The Business Central Towers form a complex of two 51-floor towers in Dubai Media City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Both towers have an equal total structural height of 265 meters (869 ft) and resemble New York City's Chrysler Building. Both towers were topped out in November 2007 and were completed in early 2008. Originally named the Al Kazim Tower Towers, the towers were renamed as the Business Central Towers, a more friendly name for all foreign companies in both buildings.
