The Galli-Curci Theatre is located on Main Street (state highway NY 30) in Margaretville, New York, United States. It is a brick building erected in the 1920s, now primarily used as a store, although some of the original theater remains. It was named after opera singer Amelita Galli-Curci, who summered at her historic country estate near Margaretville from 1922 to 1937 and sang at its opening night. It was built by local entrepreneur Clarke Sanford to house two pioneering businesses in the region, a car dealership and silent movie theater and offices of the Catskill Mountain News. Under later owners, it continued to show movies until 1985. It was modified afterwards for reuse as an antique store, but has remained mostly intact from its period of cinematic use. In 2006 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is currently a mixed-use jewelry store and office space.

Pakatakan Artists Colony Historic District is a national historic district located at Arkville in Delaware County, New York. The district contains 33 contributing buildings and two contributing structures built between 1886 and the 1960s. It consists of a small mountainside collection of studios and residences clustered about the original Pakatakan Lodge. It is an extremely well preserved collection of unusual Shingle Style and other wood frame seasonal buildings.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

The main house was built about 1890 and its exterior massing of the two story main residence is broken up into four gabled pavilions emanating from a hipped-roof core in the Queen Anne style. It features an octagonal tower with a tall pointed roof. Also on the property is a cow barn.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

The hamlet straddles the Catskill Park Blue Line, which moves from the former Ulster and Delaware Railroad tracks to Dry Brook and then the East Branch of the Delaware River a short distance to the west.
