The Stabilimento di Mirafiori (in English, the Mirafiori Factory) is the headquarters and industrial district of the Italian automobile manufacturer Fiat, a subsidiary of FCA Italy, which is part of Stellantis, and is the headquarters of CNH Industrial Group. The name Mirafiori derives from the homonymous district in which it is located (in turn derived from the name of an ancient castle of the Savoy). In the past, it was the largest Italian industrial complex. It is the oldest automobile factory in Europe and is still partially in operation today. It occupies an area of 2,000,000 m². Twenty kilometres of railway lines and 11 kilometres of underground roads link the various warehouses. The office building, which overlooks Corso Giovanni Agnelli, is a 5-storey building 220 metres long, covered with white Finale stone. The self-contained electricity production of the plant was around 210 GWh/year in 2011. Today around 18,000 employees work in the area and in 2012 about 41,600 cars were produced. Currently it produces the Fiat 500e, Maserati Levante luxury SUV, Maserati Ghibli sport sedan and Maserati Quattroporte luxury sedan. In the more than 80 years since inauguration, over 35 types of cars and 28.7 million vehicles have been produced at the Mirafiori plant.

Lingotto is a neighbourhood in Turin, Italy. The district was first established in the 17th century and saw significant growth when the Fiat Lingotto plant opened. Lingotto contains the Parco Di Vittorio and is close to the Oval Lingotto and the Lingotto multifunctional complex.

Torino Lingotto railway station is one of the main stations serving the city and comune of Turin, capital of the region of Piedmont, northwestern Italy. The Torino Lingotto metro station is located nearby, and opened on March 6, 2011. Opened in 1960, the station is the third most important in Turin, after Torino Porta Nuova and Torino Porta Susa. It forms part of the Turin–Genoa main line, and is also a stop on three secondary railways, which link Turin with Pinerolo, Cuneo and Savona, respectively. The station is managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI). Most train services are operated by Trenitalia. Each of these companies is a subsidiary of Ferrovie dello Stato (FS), Italy's state-owned rail company. The remaining train services are operated by GTT, a public benefit corporation responsible for public transportation in the provinces of Turin, Alessandria, Cuneo and Asti, and Arenaways, an open-access railway operator that began passenger operations in November 2010.

Torino Oval Lingotto is an indoor arena in Turin, Italy. It was built for use at the 2006 Winter Olympics, during which it hosted speed skating events. It has a capacity of 8,500 spectators and was designed by the global Sports Architects Populous (architects) with Studio Zoppini Associati of Milan After Olympic competition at the venue concluded on 25 February 2006, plans for the structure now include use for fairs and exhibitions in connection with the Lingotto Fiere exhibition centre. It will also be able to accommodate 2,000 spectators for ice skating events.

The Piedmont Region Headquarters (Grattacielo della Regione Piemonte) is a skyscraper in Turin, Italy, which houses the administrative offices of the Piedmont Region. The building, designed by Massimiliano Fuksas, was topped out in 2015. It sits in an area previously used by former Fiat Avio, not far from the trade center of Lingotto, in the district of Nizza Millefonti in Turin. Construction started in fall 2011, followed by a series of missteps delaying the completion of the project. In October 2012, after a year of work on the site, an investigation was started on the assignment of the call for tenders for construction. At the end of March 2016, a new investigation was launched, delaying the final stages of construction. The windows installed on the building were faulty, and roughly 300 of the 3,600 already-installed windows needed to be replaced. Work did not resume until the summer of 2017. As of June 2020, the tower has been topped out, but construction at the site continues and the anticipated move-in date for employees in September 2021 has been pushed out to December 2022.

The Opening Ceremony of the 2006 Winter Olympics (Torino 2006) was held on 10 February 2006 beginning at 20:00 CET (UTC+1) at the Stadio Olimpico in Turin, Italy. The ceremony was attended by 35,000 spectators with the presence of numerous international and Italian guests on the stage and heads of state and government on the stands. The event was broadcast live to an estimated two-billion audience worldwide by 32 television cameras. The ceremony saluted the region's culture and history, was highlighted by Italian celebrities and showcased Italian designs. There were the customary parade of athletes and raising of the host nation's flag and the Olympic flag. Apart from the choreography, the fireworks, and the pageantry, the ceremony was a reminder of peace as a goal of these Games. It climaxed with the lighting of the Olympic Flame.

The Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino (English: Grande Torino Olympic Stadium) is a multi-purpose stadium located in Turin, Italy. It is the home ground of Serie A club Torino Football Club. The stadium is located in Piazzale Grande Torino, in the district of Santa Rita, in the south-central area of the city. The stadium is currently rated by UEFA as a Category 4 stadium, the highest ranking possible. Constructed in the 1930s, and originally known as the Stadio Municipale Benito Mussolini (or colloquially the Stadio Municipale) and later the Stadio Comunale, it was the home of Juventus and Torino until 1990, when it was abandoned in favour of the Stadio delle Alpi. After a sixteen-year stint without Serie A football, the stadium was renovated and renamed the "Stadio Olimpico" on the occasion of the 2006 Winter Olympics. In a reversal of 1990, both Juventus and Torino moved back to the Olimpico, with Juventus using it until the end of the 2010–11 season, and Torino retaining it as their home stadium to the present day.

Bengasi is a station of the Turin Metro in Turin, Italy, opened on 23 April 2021. It was one of two stations opened in 2021 as part of the Line 1 southern extension. The station is located under Piazza Bengasi, near the city limits of Turin and Moncalieri. As of April 2021, it is the southernmost terminus station for Line 1, previously it was Lingotto. Upon her visit to the construction site in November 2020, the mayor of Turin, Chiara Appendino, called the completion of Bengasi station a priority for her administration, acknowledging that the work, now in the final stages, has had a significant impact on the daily life of residents in the neighborhood. She also confirmed Spring 2021 as the scheduled opening to the public.

Palasport Olimpico, officially operating with the sponsored name Pala Alpitour except during events prohibiting sponsorship names when it is usually known as simply PalaOlimpico, or occasionally PalaIsozaki after its architect, is a multi-purpose indoor arena located within Torino Olympic Park in the Santa Rita district of Turin, Italy. Opened in December 2005, the arena has a seating capacity of 12,350 when it is configured for ice hockey, and it is the largest indoor sporting arena in Italy. The arena was originally built at a cost of €87 million, for the 2006 Winter Olympics, and along with the Torino Esposizioni, it hosted the ice hockey events. It is a few metres east of the Olympic Stadium. On 8 August 2014, the arena was renamed to Pala Alpitour following a sponsorship deal with Italian travel company Alpitour and in November 2020 became the fifth arena, the first in Italy, to be admitted as a member to the International Venue Alliance circuit.

The Stadio Filadelfia, originally known as Campo Torino (or simply, Il Fila) is a small multi-use stadium in Turin, Italy, situated in Borgo Filadelfia in the Lingotto district. Designed by the former President of Foot-Ball Club Torino, Count Enrico Marone Cinzano, the ground was opened in 1926 and continuously hosted all of Torino's home games until 1958. In 1963 it was abandoned in favour of the Stadio Comunale, becoming Torino's training ground for the first team, then later, the youth team. After the partial degradation of the structure during the 1980s and 1990s, the ground was partially demolished in 1998. In 2015 the reconstruction of the stadium began, and was completed on 24 May 2017.

Italia '61 is a station of the Turin Metro in Turin, Italy. The station is located next to the Piedmont Region Headquarters, a skyscraper under construction, in the Nizza Millefonti neighbourhood.
