Bellevue Transit Center

City Center East, also known as City Center Plaza, is a high-rise office building in Bellevue, Washington, US. The 26-story, 360-foot (110 m) tower was completed in 2009 and is completely leased by Microsoft, whose Bing development team as well as many AI teams are headquartered there. It is located adjacent to the Bellevue Transit Center and its sister building, City Center Bellevue, which was completed in 1986. City Center East was originally owned by Beacon Capital Partners before it was sold to Cole Real Estate Investments for $310 million in 2010. It was sold again to CommonWealth Partners in 2012, for $347.7 million, a 21 percent increase.The building was originally proposed as a 34-story, 450-foot (140 m) office tower prior to its downsizing in 2005.

Bellevue 600 is a future high-rise office building developed by Amazon in Bellevue, Washington, United States. It began construction in 2021 and is scheduled to be completed in 2024. The 43-story, 600-foot-tall (180 m) building would join 555 Tower as the tallest building in Bellevue. The project is located in Downtown Bellevue at the intersection of Northeast 6th Street and 110th Avenue Northeast, adjacent to the Bellevue Transit Center and a future Link light rail station. A second phase would construct a 27-story tower to the west, replacing an existing office building.

The technology company Amazon was founded in Bellevue by Jeff Bezos.

The Bellevue City Hall is a government office building and city hall in Bellevue, Washington. The current city hall, located in Downtown Bellevue, opened in 2006 after the $121 million renovation of a former Qwest data center. The data center, originally built for Pacific Northwest Bell in 1983, was acquired by the city government in 2002 for use by the Bellevue Police Department and later approved as the new city hall. It incorporates use of wood interiors and a terra cotta exterior that has been recognized with several design awards since its opening. The city hall replaced an older office complex outside of downtown that was originally built in 1964. The site was renovated and expanded in 1978, but was slated for replacement a decade later. It was demolished in 2007 and replaced with a Lexus car dealership. The current city hall is located adjacent to the Bellevue Transit Center and will be home to a light rail station that opens in 2023.

Meydenbauer Center is a convention center in Bellevue, Washington. It is located adjacent to Bellevue City Hall and Interstate 405. The center opened in 1993. It has a 36,000-square-foot (3,300 m2) exhibition hall, a 12,000-square-foot (1,100 m2) meeting room, a 410-seat performing arts theatre, and 434 parking spaces. In 2009 the center added a 2,500 sqft executive center that includes three meeting rooms. Meydenbauer Center hosts over 300 events each year including conventions, corporate meetings and events, and trade shows. It is owned and operated by Bellevue Convention Center Authority (BCCA). The BCCA Board of Directors are appointed by the Bellevue City Manager and confirmed by the Bellevue City Council.

The 42 and 43 story towers have 539 condo units, 17,000 square feet (1,580 m2) of retail space, and eight levels of underground parking. The project is 85% sold as of January 2013. Bellevue Towers stands on a 2.43-acre (9,800 m2) site.Bellevue Towers is the largest Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certified residential development in the Pacific Northwest with its energy-efficient glass facade, low-flow plumbing fixtures, dual-flush toilets, rooftop garden between the towers, and efficient condensing boiler. The $436 million project was developed by Gerding Edlen and built by Hoffman Construction Company. The project was not a financial success: Gerding Edlen could not pay off its loans, and had to turn the project over to their lender in 2011.

The King County Library System (KCLS) is a library system serving the residents of King County, Washington, United States. Headquartered in Issaquah, Washington, KCLS was the busiest library system in the United States as of 2010, circulating 22.4 million items. It consists of 50 libraries, a Traveling Library Center, a mobile TechLab, and the ABC Express children’s library van. KCLS offers a collection of more than 4.1 million items, including books, periodicals, newspapers, audio and videotapes, films, CDs, DVDs and extensive online resources. All KCLS libraries offer free Wi-Fi connections. People can check out 100 items and hold up to 50 items.

Washington Technology University (WTU) is an American private university based in Bellevue, Washington. The school offers a bachelor's degree in information security targeted at local residents wanting to join the Seattle technology industry, and admitted its first class in January 2018. WTU is authorized by the Washington Student Achievement Council and meets the requirements and minimum educational standards established for degree-granting institutions under the Degree-Granting Institution Act.
