Bellevue Towers

The Puget Power Building was a four story tall building in Bellevue, Washington. When it was built in 1956 as the corporate headquarters for Puget Sound Power and Light (popularly known as Puget Power), it was the tallest building in Bellevue and on the Eastside. It was described by conservationists as "the best example of the International Style on the Eastside".The property was sold to a developer by Puget Sound Energy, the successor to Puget Power. The same day the sale was recorded, the building appeared on the annual list of most endangered historic properties compiled by Washington Trust for Historic Preservation.The building was demolished in 2006 to make way for a new high-rise development that was to become Bellevue Towers, one of which shared the title of highest building in Bellevue.

Downtown Bellevue is the central business district of Bellevue, Washington, United States. It is bounded by I-405 to the east, NE 12th Street to the north, 100th Ave NE to the west, and Main Street to the south, and covers an area of around 400 acres (160 ha). Tower 333 is a 20-story high-rise office building in the central business district of Bellevue, Washington, United States. The building housed the corporate office of Expedia, Inc. from 2008 to 2019. Amazon is planned to take over the lease for the entire building in 2020.

The 400 Building, also known as the First Mutual Center and Washington Federal Center, is a seven story tall building in Bellevue, Washington. When it was completed in 1967, it was the tallest building in Bellevue.

City Center Bellevue is a 358-foot (109 m) tall, 27-story high-rise office building in Bellevue, Washington, completed in 1986. It was the tallest building in Bellevue until 2005.City Center Plaza, also in downtown Bellevue, is a separate 26 story building completed a decade later.

Bellevue 600 is a future high-rise office building developed by Amazon in Bellevue, Washington, United States. It began construction in 2021 and is scheduled to be completed in 2024. The 43-story, 600-foot-tall (180 m) building would join 555 Tower as the tallest building in Bellevue. The project is located in Downtown Bellevue at the intersection of Northeast 6th Street and 110th Avenue Northeast, adjacent to the Bellevue Transit Center and a future Link light rail station. A second phase would construct a 27-story tower to the west, replacing an existing office building.

City Center East, also known as City Center Plaza, is a high-rise office building in Bellevue, Washington, US. The 26-story, 360-foot (110 m) tower was completed in 2009 and is completely leased by Microsoft, whose Bing development team as well as many AI teams are headquartered there. It is located adjacent to the Bellevue Transit Center and its sister building, City Center Bellevue, which was completed in 1986. City Center East was originally owned by Beacon Capital Partners before it was sold to Cole Real Estate Investments for $310 million in 2010. It was sold again to CommonWealth Partners in 2012, for $347.7 million, a 21 percent increase.The building was originally proposed as a 34-story, 450-foot (140 m) office tower prior to its downsizing in 2005.

Lincoln Square is a mixed-use urban development in Bellevue, Washington, owned by prominent local developer Kemper Freeman. Lincoln Square, located along Bellevue Way between NE 6th and NE 8th streets, consists of two skyscrapers with retail and restaurant space, and a movie theater; and a 148-room residential tower and 337-room luxury hotel (One Lincoln Tower); and underground parking. The development constitutes part of "The Bellevue Collection", which consists of Freeman's properties in downtown Bellevue alongside Bellevue Place and Bellevue Square. The office tower is leased to Eddie Bauer's corporate headquarters and Microsoft; the hotel is occupied by Westin Hotels & Resorts. The first phase was completed in November 2005, after Freeman acquired a majority stake in the project in 2003. A $1.2 billion expansion, consisting of two mixed-use towers, was announced in 2013 and began construction in 2014; the project, known as Lincoln Square South, was completed in January 2017 alongside an expansion of the Bellevue Square mall.

Bellevue Transit Center (BTC) is a bus station and future light rail station in Bellevue, Washington, a suburb of Seattle. It is the main transit hub for the Eastside of King County, serving 20 routes from King County Metro and Sound Transit Express. The transit center is the western terminus of the RapidRide B Line, which runs east to Redmond. A Link light rail station will be built to the east of the transit center near the Bellevue City Hall. The station, to be named Bellevue Downtown, will be at the east portal of a tunnel and have two entrances at 110th and 112th avenues.

Washington Square is a 10.5-acre (42,000 m2) mixed-use neighborhood under construction in downtown Bellevue, Washington, United States. Developed by Wasatch Development Associates and designed by architect Collins Woerman, the project, also known as the "Superblock," will include four or five high rise towers with residential, office, hotel, and 160,000 square feet (15,000 m2) of ground level retail space. The community is planned to be "pedestrian friendly" and feature a dog park, fountain, landscaping, and walkways.The first phase, which includes two residential towers, was completed in the fall of 2008. Tower one and Tower two are 24 and 26 stories respectively. They stand at a height of 260 feet (79 m), and include 353 condominium units and 26 townhomes between them. Washington Square is the third chapter in the Bellevue redesign following the Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square projects. Additional phases of this superbock have not yet been scheduled for construction.

The technology company Amazon was founded in Bellevue by Jeff Bezos.
