Church and Clipper is a light rail stop on the Muni Metro J Church line, located in the Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco, California. The station opened with the line on August 11, 1917. The stop has no platforms; passengers wait on the sidewalk on the near side of the intersection. In March 2014, Muni released details of the proposed implementation of their Transit Effectiveness Project (later rebranded MuniForward), which included a variety of stop changes for the J Church line. Under that plan, bulbouts would be built to serve as platforms for the stop. A more limited preliminary project announced in November 2019 will include some modifications to the stop.

No changes were proposed for the stops at 29th Avenue and Day. In 2020, Muni proposed to close the inbound stop at 29th Street in favor of the stop at 30th Street.

The Frank G. Edwards House is a historic residential building at 1366 Guerrero Street in the Noe Valley section of San Francisco, California. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was designed by local architect Joseph Gosling. The home was built in 1883. Edwards worked in the wallpaper business. It is Italianate in style.

In March 2014, Muni released details of the proposed implementation of their Transit Effectiveness Project (later rebranded MuniForward), which included a variety of stop changes for the J Church line. Under that plan, a traffic light would replace the stop signs at the intersection of Church Street and 24th Street; the platforms would be moved to the far side of the intersection in each direction, allowing trains to pass through the signal without stopping.

The Noe Valley public toilet is a planned public toilet in the San Francisco neighborhood Noe Valley. It is planned to occupy approximately 10 by 15 feet (3.0 m × 4.6 m) and to be funded by the State of California to address open defecation in the city. The responsible government agency, San Francisco Recreation & Parks Department, held a press conference in October 2020 in which the department projected its construction to cost $1.7 million. A celebration the city government had planned for the toilet was canceled due to public dissatisfaction with the price and the two year construction timeline. California State Assembly member Matt Haney, representing part of San Francisco, was one of the critics, and stated it showed the city had a "dysfunctional bureaucracy".

Noe Valley ( NOH-ee; originally spelt Noé) is a neighborhood in the central part of San Francisco, California. It is named for Don José de Jesús Noé, noted 19th-century Californio statesman and ranchero, who owned much of the area and served as mayor.

Valencia Street station was a railway station in San Francisco, California. It was located in the Mission District at 25th and Valencia Streets along the Ocean View Branch. It was the inaugural San Francisco terminal of the San Francisco and San Jose Railroad when the service began in 1863, though it would become a regular stop as the railroad was extended further north, closer to Downtown. The station building was constructed in 1866. Most regular services to Valencia Street ceased in 1903, though it temporarily regained its status as San Francisco's terminal station following the 1906 earthquake and fire. Market Street Railway streetcars additionally called along Valencia Street, offering local connections. The station building was demolished in 1931, replaced with a loading platform. After passenger operations ended, the commercial district surrounding the station dissolved as riders had made up the majority of the customer base. When Southern Pacific ceased all rail operations along the line, the right of way sold for residential housing.
