Newton and Haceby is a civil parish in North Kesteven, Lincolnshire, England. It includes the separate hamlets of Newton and Haceby. The population of the civil parish (including Walcot) at the 2011 census was 137. Local democracy is handled together with the adjacent parish of Walcot near Folkingham in the Newton, Haceby and Walcot Parish Meeting.The parish is bounded on the north by the A52 Grantham to Boston road, and on the east by the A15 Bourne to Sleaford road. There are no major routes within the parish, only minor roads linking the farms and hamlets. Most of the parish is about 200 feet (61 m) above sea level, though a small stream lies in a narrow valley down to the road junction known as Newton Bar. A number of small woodlands are scattered through the parish, which is otherwise mostly open farmland.

On 1 April 1931 the parish was abolished and merged with Newton to form "Newton and Haceby".In the Domesday account the village is written as "Hazebi". The -by suffix is a Scandinavian word ending, for a place name based on a personal name. It is suggested that the origin is Farmstead or village of Haddr.Haceby consists of a small number of houses, farm buildings, and the Grade I listed redundant St Barbara's Church. Although dedicated to St Barbara, it is also attributed to St Margaret or to both saints. Earthworks to the west of the village are still visible as the remains of a Roman Villa. In 1818 a tessellated pavement and other Roman remains were discovered.The village's war memorial is found combined with that of Newton, in Newton's St Botolph Church.

It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade I listed building, and is under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. The church is situated some 8 miles (12.9 km) to the east of Grantham, about 1 mile (1.6 km) south of the A52 road. It has a double dedication to Saint Barbara and Saint Margaret.

It was excavated between 1973 and 1981, and again 1984 to 1988, revealing stone buildings, iron-smelting furnaces and various artifacts. The Hall is a Grade II listed building and dates possibly from the 16th century, with 17th- and 18th-century alterations, and very minor 19th- and 20th-century alterations.St Nicholas parish church is Grade II listed and dedicated to Saint Nicholas. It dates from the 12th to the 15th century, with 19th-century alterations. The tower is 13th-century and there is a 12th-century font.The ecclesiastical parish is part of The North Beltisloe Group of parishes, in the Deanery of Beltisloe in the Diocese of Lincoln. From 2006 to 2011, the incumbent was The Revd Richard Ireson.

Royal Air Force Folkingham or RAF Folkingham is a former Royal Air Force station located south west of Folkingham, Lincolnshire and about 29 miles (47 km) due south of county town Lincoln and 112 miles (180 km) north of London, England. Opened in 1940, it was used by both the Royal Air Force and United States Army Air Forces. During the war, it was used primarily as a troop carrier airfield for airborne units and as a subsidiary training depot of the newly formed Royal Air Force Regiment. After the war, it was placed on care and maintenance during 1947 when the RAF Regiment relocated to RAF Catterick. During the late 1950s and early 1960s, the RAF Bomber Command used Folkingham as a PGM-17 Thor Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile (IRBM) base. Today the remains of the airfield are located on private property being used as agricultural fields, with the main north–south runway acting as hardstanding for hundreds of scrapped vehicles.

The parish consists of the two small villages of Braceby and Sapperton. Each village contains a small church dating from the 12th or 13th century. The northern edge of the parish is formed by the A52 Grantham to Boston road, and the western edge is largely coincident with the former line of the Roman road King Street between Stainfield and Anacaster. Part of this boundary is the ancient 'long hollow', and part the East Glen river. There are small woodlands on the eastern edge of the parish. The parish is around 80m above sea level on the Lincolnshire limestone hills between Grantham and the Fens.College Farmhouse dates back to 1677.For the purposes of local democracy, the parish is administered as part of adjacent Ropsley and Humby.
