Mogoșoaia

Mogoșoaia Palace (Romanian: Palatul Mogoșoaia, pronounced [paˈlatul moɡoˈʃo̯aja]) is situated about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) from Bucharest, Romania. It was built between 1698 and 1702 by Constantin Brâncoveanu in what is called the Romanian Renaissance style or Brâncovenesc style. The palace bears the name of the widow of the Romanian boyar Mogoș, who owned the land it was built on.

Stadionul Mogoșoaia is a football stadium in Romania which is part of the National Football Centre. Located in Mogoșoaia, it holds 2,000 people. The training ground of the Romania national football team, it held four games at the 2011 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship, three group matches and a semifinal.

CNAF Stadium is a football stadium in Romania. The ground is part of the Football Centre in Buftea and has a double stand with views to each of its two fields. It can hold 800 people on each side. The complex is the second training centre of the Romanian Football Federation. The Buftea Stadium staged three group matches at the 2011 UEFA European Under-19 Championship.

Although it was supposed to be opened on 19 December 2016, as part of Stage III of M4 line, Metrorex decide it to postpone it until the first half of 2017 due to safety issues. The station was opened on 31 March 2017 as part of the extension of the line from Parc Bazilescu. It is located near the north-western exist of Bucharest towards Mogoșoaia and includes a new metro depot and a park & ride. Its main purpose is to encourage the people working in Bucharest to park their cars at the entrance of the city and continue their ride with the public transport.

Laminorului, originally called Laromet is a metro station in northern Bucharest, serving Bucharest Metro Line M4. Although it was supposed to be opened on 19 December 2016 as part of Stage III of M4 line, Metrorex decide it to postpone it until the first half of 2017 due to safety issues. The station was opened on 31 March 2017 as part of the extension of the line from Parc Bazilescu to Straulesti. It is located at the former tram terminal Laromet on line 20 which was closed because of the metro line's construction.

Parc Bazilescu is a metro station in northern Bucharest, serving Bucharest Metro Line M4. The station was opened on 1 July 2011 as part of the extension from 1 Mai. On 31 March 2017 the line was extended to Straulesti.

Stadionul Orăşenesc is a multi-use stadium in Buftea, Romania. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Voința Buftea. The stadium holds 1,500 people.

The film studios MediaPro Pictures and the Buftea Palace of the Știrbei family are located in Buftea. It is the hometown of Olympic bronze medalist and two-time European Champion rower Daniela Druncea.
