Marylebone High Street is a shopping street in London, running sub-parallel to Baker Street and terminating at its northern end at the junction with Marylebone Road. Given its secluded location, the street has been described as "the hidden wonder of the West End" and it was voted "best street in London" in 2002 by listeners of BBC Radio 4, winning praise for its being "a haven in the middle of the frantic city".Marylebone High Street was also a ward of the City of Westminster from 2002 to 2022. The population of this ward at the 2011 Census was 10,366.

The Kashmir Klub was a non-profit making, live music club that operated in central London, England between 1997 and 2003. It was located at 6 Nottingham Place, in the basement of a restaurant and bar called "Fabrizio" at the "Baker and Oven".The club was started in November 1997 by musician and early Iron Maiden member Tony Moore to provide a different approach to discovering, developing and promoting the best signed and unsigned artists available, and to create a "fertile, creative and spontaneous" atmosphere. The name was inspired by the Led Zeppelin track "Kashmir". Moore loved the track and also the band. He said "It seemed to me that Led Zeppelin covered nearly every genre of music in their time, from rock to acoustic. So I thought "The Kashmir Klub" would be perfect."

Weymouth Street Hospital is a private hospital in London, England. Along with its consulting rooms at 9 Harley Street, it is owned by Phoenix Hospital Group, which bought 25 Harley Street in January 2018.

Nottingham Place is a street in the City of Westminster that runs from Marylebone Road in the north to Paddington Street in the south. The street was named after the Harley family estates in Nottinghamshire. Former residents include the social reformer Octavia Hill, who also had a school there, stained glass artist Charles Eamer Kempe, the London Bible College,and The Kashmir Klub. Current residents include the High Commission of the Maldives and the Latvian embassy.

Beaumont Street is a street in the City of Westminster, London, that runs from Marylebone High Street in the north to the junction of Westmoreland Street and Weymouth Street in the south. The street is crossed midway by Devonshire Street and Clarkes Mews adjoins Beaumont Street on its eastern side at the southern end.

King Edward VII's Hospital (formal name: King Edward VII's Hospital Sister Agnes) is a private hospital located on Beaumont Street in the Marylebone district of central London. Agnes Keyser, later known as Sister Agnes, established the hospital in her home at 17 Grosvenor Crescent in 1899 in the wake of the Second Boer War and at the suggestion of the Prince of Wales (later King Edward VII) who went on to become the hospital's patron. Its first intake of sick and mostly gunshot-wounded British Army officers arrived in February 1900. The hospital continued to operate during peacetime. During the First World War it continued to specialise in treatment of wounded officers by a select group of honorary staff, drawn up by Sister Agnes and made up of eminent London surgeons of the time. Military personnel treated included the future prime minister Harold Macmillan who was injured in 1916. He was admitted again in 1963. In 1948, following the Second World War, the hospital moved to Beaumont Street where the current premises were opened by Queen Mary. It has also treated members of the British royal family including Queen Elizabeth II, Princess Anne, the Queen Mother and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. In December 2012, the hospital received international media attention when, while Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge was staying there, two DJs from the Australian radio station 2Day FM made a hoax telephone call to the hospital. Soon afterwards, nurse Jacintha Saldanha, who had passed on the hoax call to the other nurse in the Duchess's private ward, was found dead.

The High Commission of the Maldives in London (Dhivehi: އިނގިރޭސިވިލާތުގައި ހުންނަ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ހައިކޮމިޝަން) is the diplomatic mission of the Maldives in the United Kingdom. It was established in 1995 by upgrading the existing Maldives Government Trade Representative's Office; it was officially opened by former Maldivian President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom.This mission had once been called the Embassy of the Maldives in London (Dhivehi: އިނގިރޭސިވިލާތުގައި ހުންނަ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އެމްބަސީ) from October 2016, when the Maldives withdrew from the Commonwealth, to February 2020. The diplomatic mission reverted to being the High Commission of the Maldives on 1 February 2020, when the Maldives rejoined the Commonwealth.This high commission is also covering following countries :

Saint Marylebone School is a secondary school for girls in Marylebone, London. It specialises in Performing Arts, General Arts, Maths & Computing. In the sixth form, boys can attend as well. The school then became a converter academy, having previously been judged as "outstanding in every respect" by Ofsted.Founded in 1791, Saint Marylebone Church of England School is now a multi-faith comprehensive school for girls aged from eleven to eighteen. The main site is located just behind St Marylebone Parish Church, with the Sixth Form Centre based in another building nearby at Blandford Street.

Paddington Street is a street in the City of Westminster in London that runs from the junction of Crawford Street and Baker Street in the east to Marylebone High Street in the west. Sherlock Mews, Chiltern Street, Luxborough Street, and Nottingham Place join Paddington Street on its north side. On the south side, Kenrick Place, Chiltern Street, and Ashland Place adjoin Paddington Street. The two open spaces of Paddington Street Gardens are situated on either side of the road. The Hellenic Centre is located at 16–18 Paddington Street.

Colony, or Colony Bar and Grill is a restaurant, bar and grill located at 7–9 Paddington Street, Marylebone, Central London, England. It opened in early April 2010 and was run by restaurateur Carlo Spetale and the Michelin-starred executive chef Atul Kochhar.Atul Kocchar announced he was leaving the business in June 2011 to focus on other interests. The split was described as amicable.The cuisine of the restaurant is inspired by that of the British colonies from colonial Asia, East Africa, the Caribbean etc. but is mainly inspired by Indian street food, specifically "the marinades, aromatic flavours and grilling methods" of the street traders of colonial Asia. The General Manager of the restaurant is John Lacombe, formerly of The Connaught Hotel, 5th Floor Restaurant at Harvey Nichols and Notting Hill Brasserie amongst others. Lacombe is also responsible for the winery of the restaurant. It has a reputable cocktail lounge.

Nottingham Street is a street in the City of Westminster, London, that runs from Marylebone High Street in the east to Luxborough Street in the west. It is crossed by Nottingham Place. Bingham Place and Oldbury Place join it on the north side.
