Saint-Benoît (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ bənwa] ) is a commune in the French overseas department of Réunion, in the Indian Ocean. It is located on the eastern part of the island of Réunion, about 40 kilometres southeast of Saint-Denis, the capital.

The arrondissement of Saint-Benoît is an arrondissement of France in the Réunion department in the Réunion region. It has six communes. Its population is 126,777 (2016), and its area is 735.8 km2 (284.1 sq mi).

The Rivière des Roches is a river on the Indian Ocean island of Réunion, which is an overseas department and region of France. The 17.9 km (11.1 mi) long river flows northeast from the centre of the island, reaching the sea close to the town of Bras-Panon. The Rivière des Marsouins follows a largely parallel course, reaching the sea three kilometres to the south.

Bras-Panon borders the communes of Saint-André, Saint-Benoît and Salazie; as well as the Mât river, the Rivière des Roches and the Indian Ocean. The commune is a large producer of vanilla, and holds the largest Agricultural Show on the island, every May.

The St. Anne's Church (French: Église Sainte-Anne de Saint-Benoît) is the name given to a Catholic church on the island of Réunion, French overseas department in the Indian Ocean. Located in the jurisdiction of the city of Saint-Benoît (St. Benedict) and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Saint-Denis de La Réunion, the church is the most notable building in the district of St. Anne (hence its classification as a historical monument). It previously served as the backdrop of François Truffaut's film "La sirène du Mississippi". This church is under special protection due to its classification as a historical monument since October 11, 1982.

It is 21.2 km (13.2 mi) long.The Rivière de l'Est flows down the slopes of the Shield volcano Piton de la Fournaise from an elevation of 720 metres (2,350 ft) above sea level.
