Hill Street is a street in Mayfair, London, which runs south-west, then west, from Berkeley Square to Deanery Street, a short approach way from Park Lane. It was developed from farmland in the 18th century. Travelling one block to the east and south sees a fall of about three metres, whereas in the other direction the land rises gradually across six main blocks to beyond the north of Marble Arch (see Hyde Park). Hill Street's homes gained fashionable status from the outset: grand townhouses seeing use, at first, as seasonal lettings (rentals) and/or longer-term London homes of nobility — later, of other wealthy capitalists as much. Twenty-two, approximately half of its town houses, are listed. Along its course, only Audley Square House departs from townhouse-sized frontage, yet this shares in the street's predominant form of domestic architecture, Georgian neo-classical. Hill Street's public house is the oldest surviving one in Mayfair.

The Punch Bowl, at 41 Farm Street, Mayfair, is a London public house, dating from circa 1750. It is listed as Grade II by English Heritage. It is a Georgian building and, although altered over the years, retains many period features including a dog-leg staircase, internal cornicing and dado panelling.

Aberconway House, no. 38, South Street, Mayfair, in the City of Westminster, was constructed between 1920 and 1922 for the industrialist Henry McLaren, 2nd Baron Aberconway, in a neo-Georgian style. Aberconway House is an imposing mansion of 22,788 sq ft (2,117.1 m2), with an adjoining guest house with ancillary accommodation of 8,651 sq ft (803.7 m2). Both properties have a southerly aspect over and access into one of Mayfair's Secret Gardens. The official architects were Edmund Wimperis and his partner W. B. Simpson. However, 38 South Street was in fact almost entirely designed by the young John Murray Easton who was later responsible for the Royal Horticultural Society's New Hall of 1926–1928. In 2007, the developer and estate agent Portman Heritage listed the house for sale at £46 million.

The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Farm Street, also known as Farm Street Church, is a Roman Catholic parish church run by the Society of Jesus in Mayfair, central London. Its main entrance is in Farm Street, though it can also be accessed from the adjacent Mount Street Gardens. Sir Simon Jenkins, in his book England's Thousand Best Churches, describes the church as "Gothic Revival at its most sumptuous".

The Nehru Centre, London is a cultural centre located at the South Audley Street, London. Its goal is to promote cultural exchange between India and the United Kingdom. The Nehru Centre was founded in 1992. Since its inception it has striven to facilitate and deepen cultural dialogue between India and UK by encouraging visits of prominent Indian artists to UK and prominent artists from UK to India. The Nehru Centre is headed by a director, who is also a ranking diplomat at the High Commission of India, London. Many illustrious Indians have headed the Nehru Centre as directors. Gopalkrishna Gandhi was its first director. Indian playwright Girish Karnad, writer-diplomat Pavan Varma once headed the Nehru Centre, London as directors. Poet-diplomat Abhay K has d been appointed as the director of the Nehru Centre. From October 2019, bestselling award-winning author, Amish Tripathi , has taken over as Director. Amish has been ranked among the top 100 celebrities in India by Forbes magazine consistently, and has also been ranked among the most powerful Indians by India Today magazine in 2019.It is regarded as a flagship cultural centre of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) abroad.

The Embassy of Myanmar in London, also referred to as the Embassy of Burma, is the diplomatic mission of Myanmar in the United Kingdom.Kyaw Zwar Minn had served as Ambassador to the United Kingdom since 5 March 2014, when he presented his Letters of Credence to Queen Elizabeth II. In response to the coup d'état carried out in Myanmar on 1st February 2021, Ambassador Kyaw Zwar Minn publicly demanded, on 8 March, the release of State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi and President Win Myint with denying the legitimacy of the junta's rule. On 7 April 2021 Minn was locked out of the Embassy by its pro-junta military attaché.

Chesterfield House was a grand London townhouse built between 1747 and 1752 by Philip Stanhope, 4th Earl of Chesterfield (1694–1773), statesman and man of letters. The exterior was in the Palladian style, the interior Baroque. It stood in Mayfair on the north side of Curzon Street, between South Audley Street and what is now Chesterfield Street. It was demolished in 1937 and on its site now stands an eponymous block of flats. The French travel writer Pierre-Jean Grosley in his 1770 book Londres (translated as Tour to London) considered the house to be equal to the hotel particuliers of the nobility in Paris.

The High Commission of The Bahamas in London is the diplomatic mission of The Bahamas in the United Kingdom. It was first established in the 1970s. The present High Commissioner, Ellison E. Greenslade, QPM, is the ninth to hold the post. The building also serves as The Bahamas Tourist Office in London.As well as functioning as the High Commission to the United Kingdom, it also serves as the Embassy of the Bahamas to a number of countries in Europe and a number of international organisations including the European Union, the Commonwealth Secretariat, the International Maritime Organization and the Bureau of International Expositions.

Mount Street Gardens is a public garden off Mount Street in the west of the Mayfair area of London, England. The gardens were created in 1889 out of a former burial ground of St George's, Hanover Square, and named after the Mount Field, an area including a fortification dating from the English Civil War named Oliver's Mount. Several structures in and adjacent to the gardens are listed Grade II on the National Heritage List for England. These include the fountain, two cisterns, and the two K2 telephone kiosks and the Portland stone gate piers with lamps at the entrance by South Audley Street.

The Myanmar Ambassador in London is the official representative of the Government in Naypyidaw to the Governments of the United Kingdom and Sweden. The current Myanmar Ambassador to the U.K. is Kyaw Zwar Minn. Although, the Burmese military claims that his position as Ambassador has been terminated, Burma's Foreign Affairs ministry indicated that he has not been recalled as Ambassador to the U.K.

The University Women's Club, originally the University Club for Ladies, is a British private members club founded in 1883. As the popular gentlemen's clubs did not accept any women as members, its creation was intended to provide an equivalent club accessible to women. By its own definition, it is a club for "graduate and professional women of varied backgrounds and interests". Members include lawyers, scientists, writers and musicians, as well as businesswomen. The club house is located at 2 Audley Square, on South Audley Street, Mayfair, London.

The Heythrop Library is a philosophy and theological library in London, England. The library was part of University of London when it functioned as the now closed Heythrop College library. The library still operates independently of the closed college. Since 2018, the library is an affiliated library of the Senate House Library, which means that it shares the library management system and database with the bigger library. The library has been serving the Jesuit community in the United Kingdom, with The Telegraph calling it "one of the oldest and most important libraries of theological and philosophical books in the UK".. Since 2019, its reading room has been housed at the London Jesuit Centre, Mount Street, Mayfair, London and other materials through Senate House Library.The library is open to "anyone with a serious interest in theology or philosophy and the related academic disciplines represented in the collection", with different membership options available (from "free" to an annual charge). Current HE students, Jesuits and other Religious, as well as those unemployed or on low wages might be able to benefit from free membership. The Library continues to provide historic as well as most-current research, in print, to those in training for ministry in the Catholic and other Christian churches and of the wider academic community. It also supports those engaged in programmes at the London Jesuit Centre.The library is a member of ABTAPL (the Association of British Theological and Philosophical Libraries).
