The Royal Compound (Serbian: Краљевски комплекс, romanized: Kraljevski kompleks) is a complex of residences built with the personal funds of King Alexander I for the Karađorđević royal family between 1924 and 1937. The compound is located in the Dedinje neighborhood, a prestigious area of Belgrade, Serbia. It consists of two primary residences: the Royal Palace and the White Palace. The Royal Compound covers an area of 134 hectares, of which 27 hectares surround the Royal Palace and another 12 hectares the White Palace. The service buildings include kitchens, garages, guards barracks and the office of the Marshal.

Diplomatska Kolonija (Serbian Cyrillic: Дипломатска Колонија) is an urban neighborhood of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It is located in Belgrade's municipality of Savski Venac.Diplomatska kolonija is a small sub-neighborhood of Dedinje, located in its eastern section, right behind the Dragiša Mišović hospital and south of the Rajko Mitić Stadium, football stadium of the FK Crvena Zvezda. The neighborhood of Stadion is just north of it. It is generally centered on the street of the same name Diplomatska kolonija (Serbian for "diplomatic colony"). It is considered a fancy and expensive area of Belgrade, with new building of RTV Pink in the western section of the neighborhood. A street crossing the diplomatic colony, is the Serdar Jola street, which is one of the most beautiful streets in Dedinje.

Topčider (Serbian Cyrillic: Топчидер; pronounced [tɔ̝̌pt͡ʃide̞r]) is a forest park and an urban neighborhood of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It is divided between the municipalities of Čukarica, Rakovica and Savski Venac. Being close to downtown, it is one of the major locations for relaxation, picnics and fresh air for the citizens of Belgrade. As a result of the 1923 Belgrade's general plan, where one of the main projects regarding the green areas was forestation of the area between Topčider and the city, a continuous green area Senjak-Topčidersko Brdo-Hajd Park-Topčider-Košutnjak was formed by the 1930s. This continuous forested area makes the largest "green massif" in the immediate vicinity of Belgrade's urban tissue.Nobelist author Ivo Andrić wrote: "You just hang on to Topčider and Košutnjak...Topčider is my favorite place, where I ate bread and drank wine in the sweetest and calmest manner".

University Hospital Center Dr Dragiša Mišović (Serbian: Клиничко-болнички центар Др Драгиша Мишовић-Дедиње) or Clinical Hospital Center Dr Dragiša Mišović Dedinje, is a health facility of secondary level in Belgrade, that performs specialist health care in its hospitals and clinics. It is based on modern principles of health care. It serves as a teaching facility of the University of Belgrade School of Medicine. It was established in 1930, and it is named after Dragiša Mišović, a pre–WWII communist and doctor.

The Banjica concentration camp (German: KZ Banjica, Serbian: Бањички логор, Banjički logor) was a Nazi German concentration camp in the Territory of the Military Commander in Serbia, the military administration of the Third Reich established after the Invasion and occupation of Yugoslavia during World War II. In response to escalating resistance, the German army instituted severe repressive measures – mass executions of civilian hostages and the establishment of concentration camps. Located in the Banjica neighborhood of Dedinje—a suburb of Belgrade—it was originally used by the Germans as a center for holding hostages. The camp was later used to hold anti-fascist Serbs, Jews, Roma, captured Partisans, Chetniks and other opponents of Nazi Germany. By 1942, most executions occurred at the firing ranges at Jajinci, Marinkova Bara and the Jewish cemetery. Banjica was operational from July 1941 to October 1944. It was jointly run by German occupiers under the command of Gestapo official Willy Friedrich and the Milan Nedić's puppet government, which was under full control of the occupational forces. However although German forces took the leading and guiding role of the Final Solution in Serbia, and the Germans monopolized the killing of Jews, they were actively aided in that role by Serbian collaborators. Later, Friedrich was tried, found guilty and executed for war crimes by Yugoslavia's post-war communist authorities. 23,697 individuals were detained in Banjica throughout the war, at least 3,849 of whom perished. After the war, a small monument dedicated to the victims of the camp was constructed. The site is now a museum.

The Military Medical Academy (Serbian: Војномедицинска академија, romanized: Vojnomedicinska akademija; abbr. VMA), is a military hospital center in the Banjica neighborhood of Belgrade, Serbia. Founded in 1844, it is a part of the Serbian Ministry of Defence and is generally intended to serve the personnel of the Serbian Armed Forces and Ministry of Defence, although it is open for civilians as well. It is known for its high standard in medical practice and is generally considered to be among the best medical institution in the country. In 2011, Medical School of Military Medical Academy is formed as part of the newly-established University of Defence.

The University of Defence (Serbian Cyrillic: Универзитет одбране, romanized: Univerzitet odbrane) is a public university in Serbia. It was founded by the decree of the Government of Serbia in 2011, consisted of two faculties with the headquarters in Belgrade.

The Embassy of China in Belgrade（Chinese: 中國駐塞爾維亞大使館 ; Serbian: Амбасада НР Кине у Републици Србији）is the official diplomatic mission of People's Republic of China to the Republic of Serbia. The embassy was opened in 1955, and the current ambassador is Ming Li.
