Lilleaker tram stop

Lilleaker is a neighbourhood and industrial site in Ullern, Oslo, Norway. It is located east of the river Lysakerelva. The area is named after the Lilleaker farm.Lilleaker served by the Lilleaker station of the Oslo Tramway, the southern part by Lysaker Station on the Drammen Line. The local multi-sports clubs Lilleaker IF and Fagforeningenes IL Lilleaker (1927–1936) were absorbed and are now both a part of Ullern IF. The shopping center CC Vest is located in Lilleaker.

CC Vest is a Norwegian shopping centre in Lilleaker, Oslo. It has 78 outlets, and mainly serves western Oslo as well as eastern Bærum. It was opened in 1989. The localities were previously used for industrial production by the company O. Mustad & Son, who by the 1980s wanted to cease this activity. The mall went through expansions in 1990, 1991, 2000 and 2004.

The Granfoss Tunnel is a set of two tunnels on Ring 3 in Oslo, Norway. The two tunnels are 2.1 kilometers (1.3 mi) long and they are part of the Granfoss Line, a 2.9-kilometer (1.8 mi) stretch of motorway which was opened in 1992 connecting Ring 3 with the European route E18. The name comes from the Granfossen waterfall on the Lysakerelva river, which passes nearby. The two tunnels run from Lysaker to Mustad, and from Mustad to Ullern Church, respectively. When the two tunnels with four lanes were opened for traffic, a bottleneck of Oslo's road system which had lingered for several decades was finally dissolved. The tunnels were financed by Oslo Package 1.Despite there being two tunnels, the singular name is used in local parlance.

Bjørnsletta is a station on the Kolsås Line of the Oslo Metro. It serves the residential area of Øraker in Oslo, Norway and is served by Line 3. The station opened on 17 August 2010 and replaced two former stations: Bjørnsletta (located at a different location) and Lysakerelven. Both these stations were closed in 2006 while the Kolsås Line was being upgraded from a light rail to a rapid transit. Bjørnsletta is 8.2 kilometres (5.1 mi) from Stortinget.

Øraker is a light rail station on the Oslo Tramway. Located at Øraker in Ullern, it was opened in 1924, when the Lilleaker Line was extended to Jar. In February 2009, the part of the line west of Lilleaker station was closed due to upgrades on the Kolsås Line. The curtailing of the line eliminated Øraker station for the time being, disappointing the area residents. On 1 December 2010 the Station was reopened after extensive work being done to the next station Jar.

Lysakerelven is a former station in western Oslo on the Kolsås Line of the Oslo T-bane network, between the stations of Bjørnsletta and Jar, 8.4 kilometers (5.2 mi) from Stortinget. It was the last station within Oslo's boundaries before the line continues into Bærum; taking its name from the river Lysakerelven which is the boundary between Oslo and Bærum. The station was opened on 15 June 1942. Along with most of the line, Lysakerelven closed for upgrades since 1 July 2006. The future status of the Kolsås Line was debated, and one suggestion which was made was to end the line's subway service in Bærum entirely and replace it with trams, making Lysakerelven the end station. This option proved unpopular with passengers. Instead Lysakerelven and Bjørnsletta were merged into a new station located between them that took take the name of Bjørnsletta.

Lysaker Station (Norwegian: Lysaker stasjon) is a railway station on the Drammen Line and Asker Line situated at Lysaker in Bærum, Norway. Located 7.00 kilometers (4.35 mi) from Oslo Central Station, Lysaker is served by a mix of Vy express, regional and Oslo Commuter Rail trains, as well as Flytoget. The station is elevated and features two island platforms with four tracks. It's the terminus of the Asker Line. Lysaker was one of two original Drammen Line station in Bærum, opening on 7 October 1872. The original station building, designed by Georg Andreas Bull, burned down in 1914 and was replaced by a new station Adalbert Kielland. In the following years the elevated and double-track layout was introduced. This station arrangement was demolished in 1987 to make way for a station designed by Arne Henriksen. Traditionally only served by commuter trains, the station was branded as Lysaker/Fornebu from 1990 to 2000 because of its vicinity to Oslo Airport, Fornebu. The station was rebuilt again from 2006 to 2009 in which it was expanded from two to four tracks. It became connected to the Asker Line in 2011.

Sollerud is a light rail station on the Oslo Tramway. Located at Sollerud in Ullern borough, it was opened by Kristiania Elektriske Sporvei together with the rest of the Lilleaker Line, as an extension of the Skøyen Line. The station is served by line 13.

Bjørnsletta was a station on the Kolsås Line (line 6) of the Oslo Metro in Norway. Located between the Åsjordet and Lysakerelven stations in the Ullern borough, Bjørnsletta was—along with Frøen—the only station on the subway network lacking step-free access to the platforms. The station was opened on 15 June 1942 when the line from Sørbyhaugen to Jar had been completed. Along with most of the line, Bjørnsletta was closed for upgrades on 1 July 2006; passenger service was temporarily provided by bus line 43. When the renovation was finished on 17 August 2010, Bjørnsletta and Lysakerelven stations were replaced by a new station, also named Bjørnsletta, placed in between.

Lysaker is an area in Bærum Municipality, Viken County, Norway. Lysaker is the easternmost part of Bærum and borders Oslo proper. Lysaker was initially a farming community, later becoming a residential area. Today it is primarily known as a business and trade area, and a public transport hub. It is considered part of Stor-Oslo (Greater Oslo), and is home to offices of numerous domestic and international businesses.
