Crevedia

Crevedia Solar Park, a large thin-film photovoltaic (PV) power system, is on a 10 ha plot of land near the Crevedia commune in Romania. The power plant is a 2-megawatt solar power system using 8400 245 Wp panels of state-of-the-art thin film technology. The solar park is expected to supply 2,500 MWh of electricity per year. Construction began in March 2012 and was completed in December 2012. The installation is in the Dâmbovița County in southern Romania. The investment cost for the Crevedia solar park is Euro 6 million.

The Crevedia is a left tributary of the river Colentina in Romania. It discharges into the Colentina in the village Crevedia. Its length is 37 km (23 mi) and its basin size is 43 km2 (17 sq mi).

Ciocănești is a commune in Dâmbovița County, Muntenia, Romania. It is composed of five villages: Ciocănești, Crețu, Decindea, Urziceanca, and Vizurești. The commune lies in the middle of the Wallachian Plain, on the right bank of the Colentina River. Mogoșoaia Palace (Romanian: Palatul Mogoșoaia, pronounced [paˈlatul moɡoˈʃo̯aja]) is situated about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) from Bucharest, Romania. It was built between 1698 and 1702 by Constantin Brâncoveanu in what is called the Romanian Renaissance style or Brâncovenesc style. The palace bears the name of the widow of the Romanian boyar Mogoș, who owned the land it was built on.

Corbeanca is a commune in the northwestern part of Ilfov County, Muntenia, Romania, on the Cociovaliștea River. It is composed of four villages: Corbeanca, Ostratu, Petrești and Tamași. The commune's name derives from "Corbeanu", the name of a shepherd who settled here. There are several residential neighbourhoods that have been built in Corbeanca since the late 1990s, such as Paradisul verde ("Green Paradise"). Corbeanca is linked to Bucharest's public transport system through regional bus route R441 and R446.
