Sacred Heart Academy is an all-girls Roman Catholic high school in Louisville, Kentucky. It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Louisville. Sacred Heart Academy was founded in 1877 and is a sponsored school of the Ursuline Sisters of Louisville. It has been named a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence twice and is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. It first achieved International Baccalaureate (IB) World School status in 1997. It is one of only two schools in the city and the only Catholic school in the state to offer IB.

Rockcreek-Lexington Road is an irregular-shaped neighborhood in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. Its boundaries are Seneca Park and Briar Hill Road to the west, Cannons Lane to the east, Interstate 64 to the south, and Lexington Road to the north. Also included are "areas immediately adjoining Shelbyville Rd. from Cannons Ln. to Fairfax Ave. and those along Nanz Ave. from Cannons Ln. to Macon Ave."

Sacred Heart Model School, also known as SHMS, is a coeducational Catholic school for children from Junior Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. It is located in Louisville, Kentucky, and is sponsored by the Ursuline Nuns of the Immaculate Conception. Their current principal is Dr. Michael Bratcher and the president is Dr. Cynthia Crabtree. In both 2001 and 2018 Sacred Heart Model School received the Blue Ribbon School of Excellence award. Crescent Hill Reservoir is a historic site in Crescent Hill, Louisville, Kentucky. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Historic tours and walks have been hosted at the site and it is a popular area for walkers and runners. It is located at the intersection of Reservoir Avenue and 3018 Frankfort Avenue.The Gothic architecture-style gatehouse building was constructed in 1879. It was designed by water company chief engineer Charles Hermany. The Crescent Hill Filtration Plant opened in 1909 "culminating landmark experiments" in sand and gravel filtration. The site includes historical markers.

Cherokee Gardens is a residential area six miles east of downtown Louisville, Kentucky USA. The area is a collection of small, unconnected subdivisions along Lexington Road and large estates built just outside Cherokee Park. Many of Louisville's early 20th Century elite lived in the area, drawn there by the large, undeveloped parcels of land near downtown. Most houses in the area were built from the 1920s to the 1950s, several being designed by noted Louisville residential architect Stratton Hammon. Cherokee Gardens is bounded by Lexington Road, Cannons Lane, and I-64. As of 2000, the population of Cherokee Gardens was 927.

Cherrywood Village is a neighborhood and former city in Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. Cherrywood Village was annexed by the City of St. Matthews in 2001. The population was 327 at the 2000 census.

Rolling Fields is a home rule-class city in Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 646 at the 2010 census. It incorporated as a city in 1958.It was the fifth-wealthiest city in Kentucky by median household income in 2000. It is adjacent to the similar small cities of Indian Hills and Mockingbird Valley, and all three are served by the Indian Hills Police Department.After settlement by Europeans, the land was part of the Veech family farm for over 100 years. Land from the farm was also developed into Indian Hills and the adjoining Louisville Country Club. Most of the homes in Rolling Fields were built in the 1940s and 1950s.

Trinity High School is a Catholic, all-boys, college preparatory high school located in St. Matthews, Kentucky, a city within Louisville Metro (consolidated city/county government). It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Louisville. The school incorporates the Catholic tradition of teaching and learning. The school campus comprises about 1,200 students. In 1992, Trinity was named a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. In 1995, Trinity was accredited by the non-profit Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (now known as AdvancED).
