Rolling Fields is a home rule-class city in Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 646 at the 2010 census. It incorporated as a city in 1958.It was the fifth-wealthiest city in Kentucky by median household income in 2000. It is adjacent to the similar small cities of Indian Hills and Mockingbird Valley, and all three are served by the Indian Hills Police Department.After settlement by Europeans, the land was part of the Veech family farm for over 100 years. Land from the farm was also developed into Indian Hills and the adjoining Louisville Country Club. Most of the homes in Rolling Fields were built in the 1940s and 1950s.

The Masonic Widows and Orphans Home, located in Louisville near St. Matthews, Kentucky, is a historic building on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built by the Grand Lodge of Kentucky to support the widows and orphans of Master Masons, but now is open to all senior citizens.

Maryhill Estates is a home rule-class city in Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 179 as of the 2010 census.Maryhill Estates incorporated in 1963 and was developed in the early 1960s. Developer John A. Walser purchased the land from the Archdiocese of Louisville after World War II and named the development after the Virgin Mary.It is one of numerous small cities in Jefferson County which have resisted annexation or merger. Merger with nearby St. Matthews or Windy Hills has been discussed but not pursued.

Crescent Hill Reservoir is a historic site in Crescent Hill, Louisville, Kentucky. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Historic tours and walks have been hosted at the site and it is a popular area for walkers and runners. It is located at the intersection of Reservoir Avenue and 3018 Frankfort Avenue.The Gothic architecture-style gatehouse building was constructed in 1879. It was designed by water company chief engineer Charles Hermany. The Crescent Hill Filtration Plant opened in 1909 "culminating landmark experiments" in sand and gravel filtration. The site includes historical markers.

Sacred Heart Academy was founded in 1877 and is a sponsored school of the Ursuline Sisters of Louisville. It has been named a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence twice and is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. It first achieved International Baccalaureate (IB) World School status in 1997. It is one of only two schools in the city and the only Catholic school in the state to offer IB.

Since incorporation, there has been some interest in making it a historic preservation district, largely to prevent unwanted development. The population was 167 at the 2010 census. It has the highest per capita income of any location in Kentucky and the tenth-highest of any location in the United States.Located directly to the east of Louisville along the Ohio River, Mockingbird Valley is frequently referred to as a "country enclave" and is noted for its rural feel. It is located on river bluffs and rolling hills, with large homes set back from the road, heavy tree density, bridges and walls using traditional local materials, as well as undisturbed rock outcroppings. One-third of the roads are privately owned, and the entire city is zoned residential except for a small commercial parking lot.

Sacred Heart Model School, also known as SHMS, is a coeducational Catholic school for children from Junior Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. It is located in Louisville, Kentucky, and is sponsored by the Ursuline Nuns of the Immaculate Conception. Their current principal is Dr. Michael Bratcher and the president is Dr. Cynthia Crabtree. In both 2001 and 2018 Sacred Heart Model School received the Blue Ribbon School of Excellence award. They have a variety of sports teams and clubs as well as an immense focus on their teachings of faith and service.
