BMO Plaza

The Consolidated Building is a 15-story building at 115 North Pennsylvania Street in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. It was constructed as an annex to the neighboring Lemcke Building and was known as the Lemcke Annex. For a number of years the building housed the headquarters of the Consolidated Insurance Company. From about 1995 it sat mostly vacant because the owner ran into financial difficulties.In 2014 the building was sold and renovation to apartments was begun. In May 2015 the building reopened as the Penn Street Tower, with 98 apartments on 14 floors. The first floor will be used for retail and office space. The total cost of the acquisition and renovation was about $14 million.

Regions Tower, also known as One Indiana Square, is a 36-story building at 211 North Pennsylvania Street in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. It is used by various companies for offices. The building opened in 1970 as the headquarters of Indiana National Bank. The building now serves as the Indiana headquarters for Regions Financial Corporation. The building also carries the Regions name and logo. The tower rises from a multi-story base and covers the southern half of the block bounded by Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, and Ohio streets. The façade is covered by dark-tinted glass beneath the tower and recessed to allow a covered promenade on the west and portions of the north and south sides. The promenade roof is supported by marble-clad square columns on its exterior. The eastern portion of the base houses a parking garage. Original plans called for two additional towers on the northern half of the block, one of twenty stories in the northeast corner and one of twelve stories in the northwest corner, but neither was constructed. The first block of Massachusetts Avenue originally ran diagonally through the block, but was vacated for the project. The Knights of Pythias Building, a flatiron-shaped building at the corner of Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, was among those demolished to allow for the building's construction.In the mid- to late-1990s, building owners installed a new façade and exterior lighting after weather damage to the building in 1978, 1980, and 1990. The building underwent another exterior remodeling after damage by tornado-strength winds on April 2, 2006. Owners of One Indiana Square have invested in new LED lighting system. The latest facade is a light blue curtain wall, by Gensler of San Francisco, that is largely transparent.

Fletcher Trust Building, officially known as the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown, is a hotel high-rise in Indianapolis, Indiana. The building rises 16 floors and 218 feet (66 m) in height, and is currently the 22nd-tallest building in the city. The structure was completed in 1915. The Fletcher Trust Building currently is home to an Indianapolis branch of Hilton Garden Inn. Architect Electus D. Litchfield originally won the design competition for the building, but was later replaced by local architect Arthur Bohn of Vonnegut & Bohn, who supervised design and construction work for the Chicago firm Holabird & Roche. The building served as an office tower from its 1916 completion until 1992, when the structure was vacated by its last commercial tenant, Bank One. The Fletcher Trust Building then underwent a renovation into a hotel in 1996 and reopened as the Ramada Waterbury Indianapolis Hotel in late 1996. The structure was renovated again in 2003 and subsequently reopened as a 188-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel. According to the Indianapolis Business Journal, the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown has 100 full-time employees and was last renovated in 2018. As of 2020, one dining option was located in the hotel, including the Garden Grille & Bar.

Fidelity Trust Building is a historic bank building located in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1914–1915, and is an eight-story rectangular Classical Revival style building faced in white glazed brick and terra cotta. It measures 39 feet (12 m) wide by 110 feet (34 m) deep. At the time of its listing, the building housed J. Pierpont's Restaurant and Bar.: 2–5 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. and is located in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District.

Delaware Flats is a historic apartment building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1887, and is a three-story, ten bay wide, Classical Revival style painted brick and limestone building. The first floor has commercial storefronts with cast iron framing. The upper stories feature two-story blank arches with Corinthian order pilasters.: Part 1, p. 29–30 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It is located in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District.

EdChoice, formerly the Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice, is an American education reform organization headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was founded in 1996 by economist spouses Milton and Rose D. Friedman. The organization's mission is to advance "school choice for all children" nationwide.EdChoice has been called "the nation's leading advocate of vouchers" by The Wall Street Journal. EdChoice, according to its website, works with "nonprofits, schools, community organizations, businesses, parents, teachers, and concerned citizens to provide general education, outreach, and advocacy on school choice".

Salesforce Tower (formerly known as Bank One Tower, then Chase Tower, and originally conceived as American Fletcher Tower) is the tallest building in the U.S. state of Indiana. Opening in 1990, it surpassed the AUL Tower (now OneAmerica Tower) in Indianapolis for the distinction. The building's twin spires' are 811 feet (247 m) tall, while the 48 floors of office and retail space and 2 building equipment floors above that peak at the 701-foot (214 m) roof. It is the regional headquarters of Salesforce, which moved into the tower in the late-2010s and currently occupies a large amount of space in the building. While the tower has two spires of equal height, only one of them is functional as a transmission antenna. The other mast is merely an architectural decoration. The building was designed by KlingStubbins, and built by Indianapolis-based Huber Hunt & Nichols.The tower's step pyramidal cap reflects the design of the Indiana War Memorial, three blocks due north. The War Memorial, in turn, reflects the descriptions of the original Mausoleum. Because of the height of this building, its roof was specifically designed to house communications relay equipment, in order to provide additional revenue to the building's owners. Over the past several years, two large banners have occasionally been placed outside the north and south communication bullpen areas of the roof in support of two of the city's professional sports franchises. These "Go Pacers" and "Go Colts" signs are highly visible being on the tallest structure in the city.

Giorgio's Pizza is a pizzeria in Indianapolis, in the U.S. state of Indiana. Giorgio and Bettina Migliaccio opened Giorgio's in 1990, near Monument Circle. Elif Ozdemir and George Stergiopoulos are the current co-owners. In addition to New York-style pizza, the business serves calzones, pastas, salads, and sandwiches. Giorgio's has garnered a positive reception.

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana (in case citations, S.D. Ind.) is a federal district court in Indiana. It was created in 1928 by an act of Congress that split Indiana into two separate districts, northern and southern. The Southern District is divided into four divisions, Indianapolis, Terre Haute, Evansville, and New Albany. Appeals from the Southern District of Indiana are taken to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit (except for patent claims and claims against the U.S. government under the Tucker Act, which are appealed to the Federal Circuit). The court has five judges, four full-time United States magistrate judges and two part-time magistrate judges. The courtrooms are located in the Birch Bayh Federal Building in Indianapolis.

The Birch Bayh Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, formerly known as the U.S. Courthouse and Post Office and as the Federal Building, is a courthouse of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, located in Indianapolis. It is a distinguished example of Beaux-Arts architecture, and was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. Constructed from 1902 to 1905, the United States District Court for the District of Indiana met here until it was subdivided in 1928; the United States Circuit Court for the District of Indiana met here until that court was abolished in 1912. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as "U.S. Courthouse and Post Office" in 1974. The courthouse was renamed in honor of Senator Birch Bayh in 2003.

Market Square Center is a high-rise building in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. It was completed in 1975 and has 20 floors. It is primarily used for office space. It is best known for its unique gold reflective glass facade and is popularly nicknamed the "Gold Building".

Circle Tower is a 14-story high rise at 55 Monument Circle in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. The building is a contributing property of the Washington Street–Monument Circle Historic District, which was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. The building was designed by Rubush & Hunter and is an example of Art Deco architecture. The building features ziggurat-like upper floors to circumvent a 108 ft (33 m) height restriction which was set by the city planners. Another design element is the use of Egyptian motifs and artwork.
