The Indianapolis Catacombs are approximately 20,000 square feet (1,900 m2) of underground passageways on the northeast corner of Market and Delaware streets in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana.The passages and walkways include brick archways and limestone columns that were part of Tomlinson Hall, a building that opened in 1886 and was destroyed by fire in 1958. Tomlinson Hall was a public auditorium located immediately west of the Indianapolis City Market. The catacombs served as a more convenient way to transport and store goods from the above-ground marketplace and contains pits used to store ice. Indiana Landmarks offers 30-minute tours on various Saturdays during the year.

Delaware Flats is a historic apartment building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1887, and is a three-story, ten bay wide, Classical Revival style painted brick and limestone building. The first floor has commercial storefronts with cast iron framing. The upper stories feature two-story blank arches with Corinthian order pilasters.: Part 1, p. 29–30 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It is located in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District.

Tomlinson Hall was a public meeting hall in Indianapolis, Indiana, on the northeast corner of Market and Delaware streets adjacent to the Indianapolis City Market. It hosted a variety of public events from 1886 until January 30, 1958, when it was destroyed in a fire. The building was named for Stephen D. Tomlinson, an Indianapolis druggist, whose will had bequeathed the money to build it.

The Indianapolis City Market is a historic public market located in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was founded in 1821 and officially opened in its current facility in 1886. The market building is a one-story, rectangular brick building trimmed in limestone. It has a front gable center section flanked by square towers. While it was originally a farmers market, it is now a food hall. The Indianapolis City Market also hosted some events for Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis. The market was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.On June 15, 2022, the city of Indianapolis announced plans to replace the east wing of the market that had been added in the 1980s with an 11-story, 60-unit apartment building that includes 8,000 square feet (740 m2) of office space and 22,000 square feet (2,000 m2) of retail space. The $175 million project will also include converting the office building at 151 N. Delaware Street into a 350-unit multi-family housing tower and would result in the block having the highest population density in the state of Indiana.

Fidelity Trust Building is a historic bank building located in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1914–1915, and is an eight-story rectangular Classical Revival style building faced in white glazed brick and terra cotta. It measures 39 feet (12 m) wide by 110 feet (34 m) deep. At the time of its listing, the building housed J. Pierpont's Restaurant and Bar.: 2–5 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. and is located in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District.

Old Indianapolis City Hall, formerly known as the Indiana State Museum, is a historic city hall located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1909–1910, and is a four-story, Classical Revival style brick building sheathed in Indiana limestone. It measures 188 by 133 feet (57 by 41 m).: 2–4 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

Regions Tower, also known as One Indiana Square, is a 36-story building at 211 North Pennsylvania Street in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. It is used by various companies for offices. The building opened in 1970 as the headquarters of Indiana National Bank. The building now serves as the Indiana headquarters for Regions Financial Corporation. The building also carries the Regions name and logo. The tower rises from a multi-story base and covers the southern half of the block bounded by Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, and Ohio streets. The façade is covered by dark-tinted glass beneath the tower and recessed to allow a covered promenade on the west and portions of the north and south sides. The promenade roof is supported by marble-clad square columns on its exterior. The eastern portion of the base houses a parking garage. Original plans called for two additional towers on the northern half of the block, one of twenty stories in the northeast corner and one of twelve stories in the northwest corner, but neither was constructed. The first block of Massachusetts Avenue originally ran diagonally through the block, but was vacated for the project. The Knights of Pythias Building, a flatiron-shaped building at the corner of Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, was among those demolished to allow for the building's construction.In the mid- to late-1990s, building owners installed a new façade and exterior lighting after weather damage to the building in 1978, 1980, and 1990. The building underwent another exterior remodeling after damage by tornado-strength winds on April 2, 2006. Owners of One Indiana Square have invested in new LED lighting system. The latest facade is a light blue curtain wall, by Gensler of San Francisco, that is largely transparent.

The City–County Building is a 28-story building at 200 East Washington Street in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, that houses the offices of the consolidated city-county government of Indianapolis and Marion County, Indiana, known as Unigov.

Bals–Wocher House is a historic home located in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1869–1870, and is a three-story, Italianate style brick dwelling with heavy limestone trim. It has a low hipped roof with deck and paired brackets on the overhanging eaves. It features stone quoins and an off-center arcaded loggia.: 2–3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. It is located in the St. Joseph Neighborhood Historic District.

Untitled (Urban Wall) is an outdoor mural by Austrian artist Roland Hobart located at 32 North Delaware Street in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. The mural originally occupied two exterior walls of two four-story commercial buildings at this site. The mural was commissioned by the City of Indianapolis for the Indianapolis Urban Walls Project in 1973. Fabrication of the mural began in September 1973 and finished by the end of the year.

BMO Plaza, formerly the M&I Plaza, is a high-rise office building located at 135 North Pennsylvania Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was completed in 1988 and is currently the sixth-tallest building in the city, at 401 ft (122 m) with 31 stories. It is primarily used for office space. At 432,300 square feet (40,160 m2), BMO Plaza is the ninth-largest office building downtown, according to IBJ statistics. Tenants include BMO Harris Bank, U.S. Department of Defense, and General Electric Capital Services.

Hammond Block (Budnick's Trading Mart) is a historic commercial building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1874, and is a three-story, trapezoidal Italianate style red brick building on a limestone faced raised basement. It has a low hipped roof with a broad eave with a panelled frieze and bracketed cornice. It features cast iron decorative elements.: 2–3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
