BMO Plaza, formerly the M&I Plaza, is a high-rise office building located at 135 North Pennsylvania Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was completed in 1988 and is currently the sixth-tallest building in the city, at 401 ft (122 m) with 31 stories. It is primarily used for office space. At 432,300 square feet (40,160 m2), BMO Plaza is the ninth-largest office building downtown, according to IBJ statistics. Tenants include BMO Harris Bank, U.S. Department of Defense, and General Electric Capital Services.

Fletcher Trust Building, officially known as the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown, is a hotel high-rise in Indianapolis, Indiana. The building rises 16 floors and 218 feet (66 m) in height, and is currently the 22nd-tallest building in the city. The structure was completed in 1915. The Fletcher Trust Building currently is home to an Indianapolis branch of Hilton Garden Inn. Architect Electus D. Litchfield originally won the design competition for the building, but was later replaced by local architect Arthur Bohn of Vonnegut & Bohn, who supervised design and construction work for the Chicago firm Holabird & Roche. The building served as an office tower from its 1916 completion until 1992, when the structure was vacated by its last commercial tenant, Bank One. The Fletcher Trust Building then underwent a renovation into a hotel in 1996 and reopened as the Ramada Waterbury Indianapolis Hotel in late 1996. The structure was renovated again in 2003 and subsequently reopened as a 188-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel. According to the Indianapolis Business Journal, the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown has 100 full-time employees and was last renovated in 2018. As of 2020, one dining option was located in the hotel, including the Garden Grille & Bar.

Giorgio's Pizza is a pizzeria in Indianapolis, in the U.S. state of Indiana. Giorgio and Bettina Migliaccio opened Giorgio's in 1990, near Monument Circle. Elif Ozdemir and George Stergiopoulos are the current co-owners. In addition to New York-style pizza, the business serves calzones, pastas, salads, and sandwiches. Giorgio's has garnered a positive reception.

EdChoice, formerly the Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice, is an American education reform organization headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was founded in 1996 by economist spouses Milton and Rose D. Friedman. The organization's mission is to advance "school choice for all children" nationwide.EdChoice has been called "the nation's leading advocate of vouchers" by The Wall Street Journal. EdChoice, according to its website, works with "nonprofits, schools, community organizations, businesses, parents, teachers, and concerned citizens to provide general education, outreach, and advocacy on school choice".

Fidelity Trust Building is a historic bank building located in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1914–1915, and is an eight-story rectangular Classical Revival style building faced in white glazed brick and terra cotta. It measures 39 feet (12 m) wide by 110 feet (34 m) deep. At the time of its listing, the building housed J. Pierpont's Restaurant and Bar.: 2–5 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. and is located in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District.

Circle Tower is a 14-story high rise at 55 Monument Circle in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. The building is a contributing property of the Washington Street–Monument Circle Historic District, which was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. The building was designed by Rubush & Hunter and is an example of Art Deco architecture. The building features ziggurat-like upper floors to circumvent a 108 ft (33 m) height restriction which was set by the city planners. Another design element is the use of Egyptian motifs and artwork.

Salesforce Tower (formerly known as Bank One Tower, then Chase Tower, and originally conceived as American Fletcher Tower) is the tallest building in the U.S. state of Indiana. Opening in 1990, it surpassed the AUL Tower (now OneAmerica Tower) in Indianapolis for the distinction. The building's twin spires' are 811 feet (247 m) tall, while the 48 floors of office and retail space and 2 building equipment floors above that peak at the 701-foot (214 m) roof. It is the regional headquarters of Salesforce, which moved into the tower in the late-2010s and currently occupies a large amount of space in the building. While the tower has two spires of equal height, only one of them is functional as a transmission antenna. The other mast is merely an architectural decoration. The building was designed by KlingStubbins, and built by Indianapolis-based Huber Hunt & Nichols.The tower's step pyramidal cap reflects the design of the Indiana War Memorial, three blocks due north. The War Memorial, in turn, reflects the descriptions of the original Mausoleum. Because of the height of this building, its roof was specifically designed to house communications relay equipment, in order to provide additional revenue to the building's owners. Over the past several years, two large banners have occasionally been placed outside the north and south communication bullpen areas of the roof in support of two of the city's professional sports franchises. These "Go Pacers" and "Go Colts" signs are highly visible being on the tallest structure in the city.

Regions Tower, also known as One Indiana Square, is a 36-story building at 211 North Pennsylvania Street in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. It is used by various companies for offices. The building opened in 1970 as the headquarters of Indiana National Bank. The building now serves as the Indiana headquarters for Regions Financial Corporation. The building also carries the Regions name and logo. The tower rises from a multi-story base and covers the southern half of the block bounded by Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, and Ohio streets. The façade is covered by dark-tinted glass beneath the tower and recessed to allow a covered promenade on the west and portions of the north and south sides. The promenade roof is supported by marble-clad square columns on its exterior. The eastern portion of the base houses a parking garage. Original plans called for two additional towers on the northern half of the block, one of twenty stories in the northeast corner and one of twelve stories in the northwest corner, but neither was constructed. The first block of Massachusetts Avenue originally ran diagonally through the block, but was vacated for the project. The Knights of Pythias Building, a flatiron-shaped building at the corner of Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, was among those demolished to allow for the building's construction.In the mid- to late-1990s, building owners installed a new façade and exterior lighting after weather damage to the building in 1978, 1980, and 1990. The building underwent another exterior remodeling after damage by tornado-strength winds on April 2, 2006. Owners of One Indiana Square have invested in new LED lighting system. The latest facade is a light blue curtain wall, by Gensler of San Francisco, that is largely transparent.

Delaware Flats is a historic apartment building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1887, and is a three-story, ten bay wide, Classical Revival style painted brick and limestone building. The first floor has commercial storefronts with cast iron framing. The upper stories feature two-story blank arches with Corinthian order pilasters.: Part 1, p. 29–30 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It is located in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District.

The Columbia Club is a private club located on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. The current structure was built in 1925 as the club's third home on the same site.

Christ Church Cathedral is the cathedral for the Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis. Christ Church parish was formally organized in 1837. The present-day church building was erected in 1857 on Monument Circle at the center of downtown Indianapolis to replace the parish's first church built on the same site. Designed by architect William Tinsley, the English Gothic Revival-style structure is the oldest church building in Indianapolis and Marion County, Indiana, that has remained in continuous use. It is also the oldest building on Monument Circle. Christ Church is known for its music, especially its pipe organs, one of which was donated by Ruth Lilly, and its professional Choir of Men and Boys and Girls' Choir. The parish is also known for its community service, including an annual strawberry festival fundraiser and other charitable work. Christ Church Cathedral was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 10, 1973. It is located in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District.

The Hilbert Circle Theatre, originally called the Circle Theatre, is in Indianapolis, Indiana, on Monument Circle in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District. It was originally built in 1916 as a "deluxe movie palace" and now is the home of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.: 2–3 The theatre was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
