Case Comprehensive Cancer Center (CCCC) is an NCI-designated Cancer Center in Cleveland, Ohio affiliated with Case Western Reserve University. It was founded in 1987.CCCC employs over 370 faculty members. It is a collaborative organization with the Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute and University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center.Case is organized into six research programs receiving NIH funding. In total, the center has received over $130 million in research funding.

Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) is a private research university in Cleveland, Ohio. Case Western Reserve was established after Western Reserve University—which was founded in 1826 and named for its location in the Connecticut Western Reserve—and Case Institute of Technology—which was founded in 1880 through the endowment of Leonard Case Jr.—formally federated in 1967. According to the National Science Foundation, in 2019 the university had research and development (R&D) expenditures of $439 million, ranking it 20th among private institutions and 58th in the nation.Seventeen Nobel laureates are numbered among Case Western Reserve faculty or alumni, or one of its predecessors. The Michelson–Morley experiment disproving the existence of the "luminiferous aether" was conducted at Case Western in 1887, and Albert A. Michelson became the first American to win the Nobel Prize in science.

Michelson-Morley Memorial Fountain, also known as the Michelson-Morley Monument and commonly called the "lipstick fountain," is located on the campus of Case Western Reserve University in the University Circle neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. It was designed by William Behnke and built in 1973 in commemoration of the world-famous Michelson–Morley experiment.

Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital is a pediatric acute care children's teaching hospital located in Cleveland, Ohio. It is affiliated with Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and has a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), and level 1 pediatric trauma center.

Allen Memorial Medical Library is located along Euclid Avenue on the campus of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed in 1926, the building was named in honor of Dudley P. Allen. Designed by the Cleveland firm of Walker and Weeks in a classical revival style, it was constructed with Indiana limestone on a pink Georgia marble base. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on 1982-11-30 and is a Cleveland Landmark. Along with serving as a library, the erection's 450 seat auditorium serves as classroom for students of Case Western Reserve University.In addition to housing a portion of the Cleveland Health Sciences Library (CHSL), it is also home of the Dittrick Museum of Medical History. The building is managed by the Cleveland Medical Library Association (CMLA) in a partnership with Case Western Reserve University.

The Dittrick Museum of Medical History is part of the Dittrick Medical History Center of the College of Arts and Sciences of Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. The Dittrick Medical History Center is dedicated to the study of the history of medicine through a collection of rare books, museum artifacts, archives, and images. The museum was established in 1898 by the Cleveland Medical Library Association and today functions as an interdisciplinary study center. It is housed in the Allen Memorial Medical Library on the campus of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio's University Circle.

Cedar–University station is a station on the RTA Red Line in Cleveland, Ohio. The station is located in University Circle at the foot of Cedar Hill along Cedar Glen Parkway (which connects Cleveland's Cedar Avenue with Cleveland Heights's Cedar Road). The station also connects with CircleLink shuttle buses operated by Case Western Reserve University. The CircleLink buses stop at the corner of East 114th Street and Glenwood Avenue at the northern entrance to the station.

Euclid Avenue is a major street in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. It runs northeasterly from Public Square in Downtown Cleveland, passing Playhouse Square and Cleveland State University, to University Circle, the Cleveland Clinic, Severance Hall, Case Western Reserve University's Maltz Performing Arts Center (formerly the Temple Tifereth Israel), Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals Case Medical Center. The street runs through the suburbs of East Cleveland, Euclid, and Wickliffe, to Willoughby as a part of U.S. Route 20 and U.S. Route 6. The HealthLine bus rapid transit line runs in designated bus lanes in the median of Euclid Avenue from Public Square to Louis Stokes Station at Windermere in East Cleveland. It received nationwide attention from the 1860s to the 1920s for its beauty and wealth, including a string of mansions that came to be known as Millionaires' Row. There are several theaters, banks, and churches along Euclid, as well as Cleveland's oldest extant building, the Dunham Tavern. It can be reached through the Healthline.

Severance Hall, also known as Severance Music Center, is a concert hall in the University Circle neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio, home to the Cleveland Orchestra. Opened in 1931 to give the orchestra a permanent home, the building is named for patrons John L. Severance and his wife, Elisabeth Huntingdon DeWitt Severance. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as part of Cleveland’s Wade Park District.In addition to serving as the Cleveland Orchestra’s home and as a commencement site for Case Western Reserve University, Severance Hall is available to rent for concerts, weddings, corporate events, and receptions. On Severance Hall’s ground floor is Reinberger Chamber Hall, a separate 402-seat auditorium that is frequently used for more intimate performances and pre-concert lectures.

John Hay High School — also known as the John Hay Campus — is a public high school located in Cleveland, Ohio. John Hay is part of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, with grade levels including 9th through 12th. The neoclassical school was designed by Cleveland Schools architect George Hopkinson, and was built in 1929. John Hay had undergone a complete renovation in July 2003 and opened back up in Fall 2006 with more than 200,000 sq ft (19,000 m2) of learning space. The school is located in Cleveland's centrally located University Circle district, near Case Western Reserve University. John Hay High School completed renovations in the 2006–2007 school year and is the home of three small schools: the Cleveland Early College High School (2002), the Cleveland School of Science and Medicine (2006), and the Cleveland School of Architecture and Design (2006). The school is named for John Hay, the former U.S. Secretary of State and part-time Cleveland resident.
