University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center (UH Cleveland Medical Center) is a large not-for-profit academic medical complex in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center is an affiliate hospital of Case Western Reserve University.UH Cleveland Medical Center is the main campus of the University Hospitals Health System. With 150 locations throughout the Cleveland metropolitan area, the University Hospitals Health System encompasses hospitals, outpatient centers, and primary care physicians. UH Cleveland Medical Center is home to world-class clinical and research centers, including cancer care, pediatrics, women's health, orthopedics, spine, radiology, radiation oncology, neurosurgery, neuroscience, psychiatry, cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, organ transplantation, and human genetics.

Case Comprehensive Cancer Center (CCCC) is an NCI-designated Cancer Center in Cleveland, Ohio affiliated with Case Western Reserve University. It was founded in 1987.CCCC employs over 370 faculty members. It is a collaborative organization with the Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute and University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center.Case is organized into six research programs receiving NIH funding. In total, the center has received over $130 million in research funding.

Michelson-Morley Memorial Fountain, also known as the Michelson-Morley Monument and commonly called the "lipstick fountain," is located on the campus of Case Western Reserve University in the University Circle neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. It was designed by William Behnke and built in 1973 in commemoration of the world-famous Michelson–Morley experiment.

Allen Memorial Medical Library is located along Euclid Avenue on the campus of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed in 1926, the building was named in honor of Dudley P. Allen. Designed by the Cleveland firm of Walker and Weeks in a classical revival style, it was constructed with Indiana limestone on a pink Georgia marble base. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on 1982-11-30 and is a Cleveland Landmark. Along with serving as a library, the erection's 450 seat auditorium serves as classroom for students of Case Western Reserve University.In addition to housing a portion of the Cleveland Health Sciences Library (CHSL), it is also home of the Dittrick Museum of Medical History. The building is managed by the Cleveland Medical Library Association (CMLA) in a partnership with Case Western Reserve University.

The Dittrick Museum of Medical History is part of the Dittrick Medical History Center of the College of Arts and Sciences of Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. The Dittrick Medical History Center is dedicated to the study of the history of medicine through a collection of rare books, museum artifacts, archives, and images. The museum was established in 1898 by the Cleveland Medical Library Association and today functions as an interdisciplinary study center. It is housed in the Allen Memorial Medical Library on the campus of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio's University Circle.

Severance Hall, also known as Severance Music Center, is a concert hall in the University Circle neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio, home to the Cleveland Orchestra. Opened in 1931 to give the orchestra a permanent home, the building is named for patrons John L. Severance and his wife, Elisabeth Huntingdon DeWitt Severance. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as part of Cleveland’s Wade Park District.In addition to serving as the Cleveland Orchestra’s home and as a commencement site for Case Western Reserve University, Severance Hall is available to rent for concerts, weddings, corporate events, and receptions. On Severance Hall’s ground floor is Reinberger Chamber Hall, a separate 402-seat auditorium that is frequently used for more intimate performances and pre-concert lectures.

The Case School of Engineering is the engineering school of Case Western Reserve University, a private research university in Cleveland, Ohio. It traces its roots to the 1880 founding of the Case School of Applied Science. The school was endowed by Leonard Case, Jr. in 1877 and became the Case Institute of Technology in 1947 until merging with Western Reserve University in 1967. It was officially named the Case School of Engineering in 1992.

Euclid Avenue is a major street in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. It runs northeasterly from Public Square in Downtown Cleveland, passing Playhouse Square and Cleveland State University, to University Circle, the Cleveland Clinic, Severance Hall, Case Western Reserve University's Maltz Performing Arts Center (formerly the Temple Tifereth Israel), Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals Case Medical Center. The street runs through the suburbs of East Cleveland, Euclid, and Wickliffe, to Willoughby as a part of U.S. Route 20 and U.S. Route 6. The HealthLine bus rapid transit line runs in designated bus lanes in the median of Euclid Avenue from Public Square to Louis Stokes Station at Windermere in East Cleveland. It received nationwide attention from the 1860s to the 1920s for its beauty and wealth, including a string of mansions that came to be known as Millionaires' Row. There are several theaters, banks, and churches along Euclid, as well as Cleveland's oldest extant building, the Dunham Tavern. It can be reached through the Healthline.

Mather House, formally named Flora Mather House, is a college building named for Flora Stone Mather at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. It was built as a dormitory for the Flora Stone Mather College for Women of Western Reserve University, and currently houses classrooms and offices for the university's departments of art history, classics, history, and political science.It was built during 1913–1915. It was designed by architect Abram Garfield and was built by contractor Roderick D. Grant. The building faces Euclid Avenue, sitting between the Church of the Covenant and Thwing Hall. It is within the Flora Stone Mather College Historic District, but is not counted among its contributing buildings. It should not be confused with the Mather House that formerly stood nearby at 11100 Euclid Avenue, on the University Hospitals of Cleveland main campus. That building, originally a dormitory for nursing students and later occupied by clinics, was one of four structures demolished in 2007 for the construction of the Center for Emergency Medicine and a parking garage, part of the hospital system's Vision 2010 plan.

The Church of the Covenant (Euclid Avenue Presbyterian Church) is a historic church on Euclid Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio's University Circle. It is a Presbyterian congregation and a part of the Presbytery of the Western Reserve. It was built in 1911 to designs created by architects Cram and Ferguson. In 1968, the McGaffin Carillon was created by the Royal Eijsbouts bell foundry and added to the church's tower. In 1972, the church added an addition, designed by Richard Fleishman in a contemporary-brutalist style, to serve as a community education center. Church of the Covenant was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
