North Park is a community which is just to the north of the Meewasin Riverworks observation area and the CPR Bridge. It has access along its eastern perimeter to the scenic walking trails along the South Saskatchewan River developed by the Meewasin Valley Authority. The average home selling price in 2006 was $101,176- $139,704. Each family was approximately 2.1 residents, and 63.9% of the residents owned their own home.

Woodlawn Cemetery is a cemetery located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Located in the cemetery is the Next of Kin Memorial Avenue, a National Historic Site of Canada, that is dedicated to all those who served with Canada's armed forces. The cemetery was established in 1905 as the St. Paul's Roman Catholic Cemetery, with the city taking over responsibility in 1918. Kelsey-Woodlawn is a combination of industrial park nestled between the North West Industrial SDA and the Central Industrial of down town Saskatoon. It is still serviced by the CNR rail lines to both the north and east. There are two older neighbourhoods, one still survives near SIAST - Kelsey institute on Idylwyld Drive North, and the other is the McVicar Addition near the Woodlawn Cemetery.

Next of Kin Memorial Avenue is a roadway and National Historic Site of Canada which is part of Woodlawn Cemetery in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Trees along the roadway are dedicated to Saskatoon's war dead. On official city maps, however, the street's name is abbreviated to Memorial Avenue. Many other trees along other roadways within the cemetery are also similarly dedicated.

Saskatoon City Hospital is a public hospital in the City Park neighbourhood of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The original hospital was opened in 1909 and was the second municipal hospital in Canada. The original structure was closed and demolished in the early 1990s, with a new City Hospital opening in 1993. The hospital is operated by the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Located close to the Royal University Hospital and only a short drive from St. Paul's Hospital, it is the only general hospital in the city that does not operate a 24-hour emergency room.

City Park is a mixed-use neighbourhood located near the center of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It comprises a mix of single-family detached homes, apartment buildings and other semi-detached dwellings. It also contains a number of commercial zones with businesses. As of 2009, the area was home to 4,405 residents. The neighbourhood is considered a middle-income area, with an average family income of $42,236, an average dwelling value of $245,254 and a home ownership rate of 28.6%.

Spadina Crescent Bridge is a deck arch bridge that spans a ravine in City Park along Spadina Crescent in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.The bridge was constructed in 1930, replacing an earlier wooden structure. It was built by the Saskatoon Contracting Co., owned by Leon and Paul Prescesky. In 1933, a series of ponds were dug in the ravine as a Depression-era relief project, meant to beautify "Central Park", as the area was known as then. The pond system was extended in the 1950s, but has since been filled in. The remaining ravine still serves as an outlet for storm water.

The CPR Bridge is a Canadian railway bridge that spans the South Saskatchewan River in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The bridge was built by the Canadian Pacific Railway in 1908 and is referred to by locals as the CPR Bridge or CP Railway Bridge, or simply the Train Bridge or Railway Bridge. The city's second rail bridge, to avoid confusion, is generally known as the Grand Trunk Bridge or CN Railway Bridge; that second bridge opened several months before the CPR Bridge. With the demolition of the city's original Traffic Bridge in 2016 (it was subsequently replaced by a new structure), the CPR Bridge became the second-oldest surviving bridge in the city. The CPR Bridge is part of the CP rail line to its Sutherland rail yards. It is unusual for a rail bridge in that it includes a pedestrian walkway, which was added in 1909. It allows users to cross between the west side of the bridge, adjacent to the Meewasin Valley trails, and the east side, near Innovation Place Research Park. The bridge stands 19.5 metres (64 ft) above the river.Originally, the City of Saskatoon asked that the bridge be designed so that a single lane of vehicular traffic could be added later. However, this plan was abandoned and the University Bridge was instead built upstream.The bridge is referred to on page 1 of Farley Mowat's 1961 novella, Owls in the Family; Mowat refers to the bridge by a variation of its nickname, The Railroad Bridge.

The Modern Press Building (originally built in 1927 and thoroughly renovated in 1947, 1993, and 2012) is a historic building in the City Park District, of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The original building was designed by David Webster. The building was originally built as a two-story art deco building to house the Modern Press printing-press equipment and offices. Modern Press was originally purchased by the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, with its most notable publication being The Western Producer. The Western Producer continued to use the building until moving into new facilities in 1979. In 1993 the building was renovated by Atomic Energy of Canada to house the offices for the CANDU 3 reactor design program; resulting in the architectural firm of Heney Klypak Architect Ltd. winning the 1994 Heritage Design Award. AECL closed down the CANDU 3 program in 1996, eventually resulting in SaskTel moving into the building. In 2011, work started on the four story granite and high polish stainless steel, Nexus Building, a modern interpretation of art deco, beside the Modern Press Building, to house the offices of The Mid-West Group, owner of the Modern Press building since 1997. From 1998 and as of 2014, the Modern Press Building is home to the Sasktel Call Centre. The exterior finishes of the Modern Press Building were renovated in 2013 to match the Nexus Building's striking and elegant Dark Pearl granite and high polished stainless exterior, which depicts finishes more faithful to high quality art deco structures in New York and Chicago. All of the art deco details of the Modern Press Building were retained in a sensitive restoration that The Mid-West Group is well known for. The unified and dramatic structures of the Nexus Building and the Modern Press Building are prominent on the streetscape of Saskatoon's main downtown thoroughfare. The Modern Press Building's exterior was repainted to match that of the new structure.

Central Industrial is a light industrial area in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, that comprises educational, recreational facilities, hotels and businesses along Idylwyld Drive. The community meets up with the Central Business District CBD to the west and south, and residential areas east and north.
