Boundary Bay

Ocean Park is a neighbourhood of South Surrey, a region of Surrey, British Columbia.

Boundary Bay Wildlife Management Area is a wildlife management area encompassing the entire Canadian portion of Boundary Bay in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. It was established by the British Columbia Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development (FLNRORD) on 21 June 1995 to conserve critical habitat for migratory bird species and resident fish and marine mammal species. It is part of the larger Fraser River Delta Ramsar Site.

Crescent Beach is a beachside community within the South Surrey town centre of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada next to Boundary Bay and Mud Bay, across from Delta, British Columbia. It is home to 1,200 residents, mostly in single-family homes.

The Nicomekl River springs from the ground in Langley, British Columbia and travels west through the city to Surrey's Crescent Beach, where it empties into Mud Bay, the northernmost section of the Boundary Bay of the Strait of Georgia. It has a total length of 34 km, with a drainage area of 149 km2.

Delta/Delta Heritage Air Park (TC LID: CAK3) is located 4.5 nautical miles (8.3 km; 5.2 mi) east of Delta, British Columbia, Canada.

Elgin Park Secondary is a public high school in School District 36 Surrey. It is referred to as the "Home of the Orcas". Elgin Park is one of four public high schools on the peninsula, along with Earl Marriott Secondary School, Semiahmoo Secondary School, and Grandview Heights Secondary School.

Mud Bay is the name of the northeast side of Boundary Bay on the Canada–United States border, and an unincorporated place on the bay.

CKST (1040 AM) was a radio station in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Owned by Bell Media, it last broadcast comedy-oriented programming, including stand-up comedy routines. CKST's studios were located on Robson and Burrard Street in Downtown Vancouver, while its transmitters were located in Delta.

CFTE may also refer to: Certified Financial TechnicianCFTE (1410 AM, BNN Bloomberg Radio 1410) was a radio station in Vancouver, British Columbia. Owned by Bell Media, it last broadcast a business news format. The station's prior programming consisted primarily of audio simulcasts from the Bell Media-owned specialty television channel BNN Bloomberg, as well as programs from the U.S. Bloomberg Radio network. CFTE's studios were located on Robson and Burrard Street in Downtown Vancouver. However, most of its business day programs originated from BNN Bloomberg's studios in Toronto, with local programming limited to weather and traffic updates, and weekend specialty programming.

Semiahmoo Bay ( SEM-ee-AH-moh) is the southeastern section of Boundary Bay on the Pacific coast of North America. The bay is named for the Semiahmoo First Nation, who originally occupied the area. The Semiahmoo Peninsula borders the bay and was home to cannery operations. It is now home to the Semiahmoo Golf Resort. From the north to south, the following communities and places are located on its shore: North of the border, in British Columbia: the Crescent Beach and Ocean Park neighbourhoods of the city of Surrey the city of White Rock the Semiahmoo Indian Reserve of the Semiahmoo First Nation Peace Arch Provincial Park South of the border, in Washington State: Peace Arch State Park BlaineBlaine's Drayton Harbor opens into Semiahmoo Bay; the harbor is separated from the main body of the bay by Semiahmoo Spit. The Semiahmoo Resort is located south of the spit. The Washington State Department of Ecology classified the marine waters within Semiahmoo Bay, outside of Drayton Harbor, as extraordinary quality waters for (1) salmonid and other fish migration, rearing, and spawning; (2) clam, oyster, and mussel rearing and spawning; and (3) crustaceans and other shellfish (crabs, shrimp, crayfish, and scallops) rearing and spawning.The Campbell River flows into Semiahmoo Bay on the Canadian side; California Creek and Dakota Creek flow into Drayton Harbor on the US side.

Matthews Exchange was a transit exchange located on Highway 99 at the Ladner Trunk Road interchange. Opened on April 20, 1987, the exchange is primarily served by the 351 to Richmond and South Surrey. On September 7, 2020, the exchange closed and its designation was dropped, but buses that used to serve this exchange continue to do so.Stops 54876 and 54878 are located on the north side of Highway 99 while stops 54877 and 55179 are located on the south side.

The Serpentine River's headwaters are in North Surrey, British Columbia. The river winds its way to its mouth at Mud Bay, off the Strait of Georgia and is extensively irrigated. It has a watershed area of 116 km2 and a total length of 35 km.The marshy Serpentine Wildlife Area ('Serpentine Fen') near where the river passes beneath King George Boulevard, is a stopping place for migratory birds, waterfowl and a variety of animals.
