Sterling Bank is by the eastbound platform on Burnside and 181st. A TriMet park-and-ride lot for this station is available just to the east, at 18324 E. Burnside Street. The station was located in TriMet fare zone 3 from its opening in 1986 until September 2012, at which time TriMet discontinued all use of zones in its fare structure.

Trains operate in the median of Burnside Street and the two platforms are located immediately after a train crosses 162nd Avenue, in both directions.

Portland Lutheran School was a private Lutheran school in Portland, Oregon, United States. It had been accredited by the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools since 1948. The school permanently closed in 2015 The school was originally part of Concordia College, which was founded in 1905. In 1977, the high school was separated from the college and named Portland Lutheran High School. In 1986, classes for pre-K through 8th grade were added, and the name was changed to Portland Lutheran School.
