The Rockwood Library is a branch of the Multnomah County Library, located in Portland, Oregon. The branch offers the Multnomah County Library catalog of two million books, periodicals and other materials. The library also features a 30-person capacity meeting room for hosting community events at no charge on a first come, first served basis.

Portland Lutheran School was a private Lutheran school in Portland, Oregon, United States. It had been accredited by the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools since 1948. The school permanently closed in 2015 The school was originally part of Concordia College, which was founded in 1905. In 1977, the high school was separated from the college and named Portland Lutheran High School. In 1986, classes for pre-K through 8th grade were added, and the name was changed to Portland Lutheran School.

Rockwood/East 188th Avenue is a MAX light rail station in Gresham, Oregon. It serves the Blue Line and is the 21st stop eastbound on the eastside MAX branch. The station is at the intersection of Southeast 188th Avenue and Burnside Street, within the Rockwood neighborhood. This station is a hub for bus service to Gateway Transit Center and Gresham Transit Center. Until 2010, this station had staggered side platforms; however, the two platforms are now adjacent, both located to the west of SE 188th Avenue. A new eastbound platform was constructed, and the original westbound platform was rebuilt – with passengers using a temporary wooden platform east of 188th during the construction. The rebuilt station has more modern fixtures, improved security features, and 58-foot high artwork entitled Rockwood Sunrise. It opened in May 2011.The station was located in TriMet fare zone 4 from its opening in 1986 until September 1988, and in zone 3 from then until September 2012, at which time TriMet discontinued all use of zones in its fare structure.

The MAX system is owned and operated by TriMet, the major transit agency for the Portland metropolitan area. The station is at the intersection of East Burnside Street and NE/SE 172nd Avenue. This station has staggered side platforms, which sit on either side of the cross street, because the route runs around this station on Burnside Street in the median. The station was located in TriMet fare zone 3 from its opening in 1986 until September 2012, at which time TriMet discontinued all use of zones in its fare structure.

Ruby Junction/East 197th Avenue is a MAX light rail station in Gresham, Oregon. It serves the Blue Line and is the 22nd stop eastbound on the eastside MAX line. The station is at the intersection of SE 197th Avenue and Burnside Street. The station's namesake, Ruby Junction, was a junction of electric interurban lines located immediately east of this location for many years and the name of an interurban stop. With the abandonment of the interurban lines west along Burnside Street to Montavilla and north to Troutdale, in 1927, it ceased being a junction, but interurban cars running between Portland and Bull Run (later cut back to Gresham) continued to pass through the area until the 1940s, and the location was still referred to as Ruby Junction. The station serves the Ruby Junction Maintenance and Operations Facility—often the point where MAX operators switch shifts or trains returning to the yards terminate, according to their rollsigns. Construction of that facility, which was also the first construction on TriMet's MAX system, began in March 1982, and the facility opened in mid-1983. It has been expanded several times since then. The station was located in TriMet fare zone 4 from its opening in 1986 until September 1988, and in zone 3 from then until September 2012, at which time TriMet discontinued all use of zones in its fare structure.
