The Rainier Club is a private club in Seattle, Washington; it has been referred to as "Seattle's preeminent private club." Its clubhouse building, completed in 1904, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was founded in 1888 in what was then the Washington Territory (statehood came the following year). As of 2008, the club has 1,300 members.

Seattle Municipal Tower is a skyscraper in downtown Seattle, Washington. At 220.07 m (722.0 ft), it is the fifth-tallest building in the city. Completed in 1990, it was initially named AT&T Gateway Tower and subsequently KeyBank Tower after its anchor tenants AT&T and KeyBank. It was given its current name on May 17, 2004.

Seattle City Hall (also known as the Seattle Municipal Building) is the home of the offices of the mayor and city council of Seattle, Washington, located between 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue in the downtown area of the city. Most city departments have their offices in the nearby Seattle Municipal Tower. In 2003, the Seattle city government moved into a new, "green" city hall building. Until 1962, the city government operated from the King County Courthouse, alongside the King County government. The new City Hall and Plaza, together with the adjacent Seattle Municipal Tower, Seattle Justice Center, and (unbuilt) Civic Square, comprise the Seattle Civic Center.

The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) is a municipal government agency in Seattle, Washington that is responsible for the maintenance of the city's transportation systems, including roads, bridges, and public transportation. The agency is funded primarily by taxes that are supplemented by voter-approved levies from other sources; its budget in 2015 was $429 million.

F5 Tower (previously The Mark and Fifth and Columbia Tower) is a 660-foot-tall (200 m) skyscraper in Downtown Seattle, Washington. It consists of 44 floors and is the sixth-tallest building in Seattle. The tower consists of 516,000 square feet (47,900 m2) of office space leased entirely by F5 Networks and a 189-room luxury hotel operated by Lotte Hotels & Resorts. The hotel, initially planned to open in 2017 under another operator, was officially opened in September 2020. It was designed by Zimmer Gunsul Frasca and was being developed by Daniels Real Estate. While it was being built during Seattle's historic building boom the F5 Tower was the most expensive building under construction.The tower was built next to the former First Methodist Episcopal Church. Although the education wing was demolished to make room for the tower, the remainder of the former church building has been preserved and has since been re-purposed into Daniels Recital Hall. The building was acquired by private equity firm KKR in December 2019 at an estimated cost of $440 million.

Renaissance Seattle Hotel is a hotel in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. It has more than 500 rooms.The 28-story hotel was built in 1983. It received a $28 million remodel in 2010, and another renovation in 2016.

Daniels Recital Hall, formerly the First United Methodist Church, now The Sanctuary, is a preserved church sanctuary that has been re-purposed into a recital hall. It was built in 1908 on the southwest corner of Fifth Avenue and Marion Street in Seattle, Washington, United States. The recital hall opened in 2009 hosting concerts that use the already existing church acoustics.The hall is owned by Nitze-Stagen & Co. who saved it in a deal that was met with the First United Methodist Church. This deal brought an end to a nearly 25-year battle for the preservation of the site.

Madison Centre (formerly known as M5 Commerce Centre and 505 Madison) is a 530-foot-tall (160 m) skyscraper in Downtown Seattle, Washington. It was completed in October 2017 and has 37 floors of office space totaling 746,000 square feet (69,300 m2) of gross leasable area. It is the thirteenth-tallest building in Seattle. It is located at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Madison Street in Downtown Seattle, adjacent to the Seattle Central Library and William Kenzo Nakamura United States Courthouse.

The Columbia Center, formerly named the Bank of America Tower and Columbia Seafirst Center, is a skyscraper in downtown Seattle, Washington, United States. The 76-story structure is the tallest building in Seattle and the state of Washington, reaching a height of 933 ft (284 m). At the time of its completion, the Columbia Center was the tallest structure on the West Coast; as of 2017, it is the fourth-tallest, behind buildings in Los Angeles and San Francisco.The Columbia Center, developed by Martin Selig and designed by Chester L. Lindsey Architects, began construction in 1982 and was completed in 1985. The building is primarily leased for class-A office spaces by various companies, with the lower floors including retail space and the upper floors featuring a public observatory and private club lounge. The tower has the highest public viewing area west of the Mississippi River. It occupies most of the block bounded by Fourth and Fifth Avenues and Cherry and Columbia Streets.

Forterra (formerly Cascade Land Conservancy), based in Seattle, Washington, US, is the state of Washington’s largest land conservation, stewardship and community building organization dedicated solely to the region. Currently, Forterra operates in multiple counties. Principal offices are in Seattle, Roslyn, and Tacoma.

901 Fifth Avenue is a 163.38 m (536.0 ft) skyscraper in downtown Seattle, Washington. It was completed in 1973 and has 42 floors. It is the 11th tallest building in Seattle, and was designed by John Graham and Associates. The building was opened as the Bank of California Building. Flood lights illuminate all sides of the tower at night. It was renovated in 2007 and achieved LEED Certified Silver status, which is rare for preexisting buildings. Formerly the Union Bank of California Building, the name was changed to 901 Fifth Avenue following the sale by Beacon Capital Partners to Kennedy Wilson Inc. of Beverly Hills. From its opening in 1973 to July 2007 the building address was 900 Fourth Avenue. In 2016, the building was purchased by Schnitzer West, developer of the nearby Madison Centre, and Investcorp for $223.3 million. The lobby was renovated in 2017 at a cost of $4.6 million to prepare for another sale. The Vanbarton Group purchased the building for $305 million in 2019. Its largest tenants are Cray and PitchBook Data; at its base on the west side is a Bartell Drugs store.

The William Kenzo Nakamura United States Courthouse is a federal courthouse in Seattle, Washington primarily used by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Built in 1940 as the United States Courthouse to consolidate federal agencies within the city, it was renamed for Medal of Honor recipient William K. Nakamura in 2001. The Ninth Circuit started using the building in the 1970s and became the principal tenant in 2004 when most other users moved to the new 23-story United States Courthouse in the Denny Triangle. The 10-story Art Deco building at 1010 Fifth Avenue houses 5 courtrooms and is one of four regular meeting places for the Ninth Circuit, where appeals from northern Districts are heard. With a mix of Neoclassical and modern abstract features, the Nakamura Courthouse overlooks a large sloping lawn (landscaped with a large central walkway, planters, hedges, and oak trees) which has become one of the more significant public green spaces in downtown Seattle.
