Columbia Center

F5 Tower (previously The Mark and Fifth and Columbia Tower) is a 660-foot-tall (200 m) skyscraper in Downtown Seattle, Washington. It consists of 44 floors and is the sixth-tallest building in Seattle. The tower consists of 516,000 square feet (47,900 m2) of office space leased entirely by F5 Networks and a 189-room luxury hotel operated by Lotte Hotels & Resorts. The hotel, initially planned to open in 2017 under another operator, was officially opened in September 2020. It was designed by Zimmer Gunsul Frasca and was being developed by Daniels Real Estate. While it was being built during Seattle's historic building boom the F5 Tower was the most expensive building under construction.The tower was built next to the former First Methodist Episcopal Church. Although the education wing was demolished to make room for the tower, the remainder of the former church building has been preserved and has since been re-purposed into Daniels Recital Hall. The building was acquired by private equity firm KKR in December 2019 at an estimated cost of $440 million.

4/C, also known as 701 Fourth Avenue and 4th & Columbia, is a proposed supertall skyscraper in Seattle, Washington. If built, the 1,029-foot-tall (314 m), 93-story mixed-use tower will be the tallest in Seattle, surpassing the neighboring Columbia Center. It would also be the Pacific Northwest's first supertall building, with a height of over 1,000 feet. It is being developed by Miami-based Crescent Heights and designed by LMN Architects, with a total of 1.2 million square feet (110,000 m2) in gross leasable area split between 1,200 apartments, 150 hotel rooms, office space and retail.

Seattle City Hall (also known as the Seattle Municipal Building) is the home of the offices of the mayor and city council of Seattle, Washington, located between 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue in the downtown area of the city. Most city departments have their offices in the nearby Seattle Municipal Tower. In 2003, the Seattle city government moved into a new, "green" city hall building. Until 1962, the city government operated from the King County Courthouse, alongside the King County government. The new City Hall and Plaza, together with the adjacent Seattle Municipal Tower, Seattle Justice Center, and (unbuilt) Civic Square, comprise the Seattle Civic Center.

Seattle Municipal Tower is a skyscraper in downtown Seattle, Washington. At 220.07 m (722.0 ft), it is the fifth-tallest building in the city. Completed in 1990, it was initially named AT&T Gateway Tower and subsequently KeyBank Tower after its anchor tenants AT&T and KeyBank. It was given its current name on May 17, 2004.

The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) is a municipal government agency in Seattle, Washington that is responsible for the maintenance of the city's transportation systems, including roads, bridges, and public transportation. The agency is funded primarily by taxes that are supplemented by voter-approved levies from other sources; its budget in 2015 was $429 million.

A Black Lives Matter mural was painted outside Seattle City Hall, in the U.S. state of Washington, in 2021. The mural reads "Black Lives Matter, enough is enough" along Fourth Avenue between Cherry Street and James Street. The work was commissioned by community groups, including the Center on Contemporary Art and the Onyx Fine Arts Collective. It was designed by a muralist from the Seattle Department of Transportation, which is expected to provide maintenance.

Daniels Recital Hall, formerly the First United Methodist Church, now The Sanctuary, is a preserved church sanctuary that has been re-purposed into a recital hall. It was built in 1908 on the southwest corner of Fifth Avenue and Marion Street in Seattle, Washington, United States. The recital hall opened in 2009 hosting concerts that use the already existing church acoustics.The hall is owned by Nitze-Stagen & Co. who saved it in a deal that was met with the First United Methodist Church. This deal brought an end to a nearly 25-year battle for the preservation of the site.

The Rector Hotel, later known as the St. Charles Hotel and during the 1930s the Governor Hotel, is a historic hotel building located at the Southwest corner of Third Avenue and Cherry Street in downtown Seattle, Washington. It was constructed in the latter half of 1911 by the estate of pioneer lumber baron Amos Brown. Designed by prominent Seattle architect John Graham, Sr., the original plans were for a twelve-story building that would be built in two phases but the top 6 floors were never added. Originally a hotel serving the tourist trade, by the 1970s it was operating as a Single resident occupancy hotel. In 1986 it was renovated into low-income housing by the Plymouth Housing Group. In 2002 it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.It is located north of historic Pioneer Square, "in the shadow of" the Smith Tower, and adjacent to the former Grand Opera House and the 1910-built Chicago School-style Lyon Building, also designed by John Graham.

3rd & Cherry, formerly Seattle Civic Square, is a planned 629-foot (192 m) tall, 57-story skyscraper in downtown Seattle, Washington, United States. The residential high-rise, located near Seattle City Hall and the Seattle Civic Center, will have 520 condominiums and amenity spaces, including a public plaza at ground level and retail spaces. It was originally proposed in 2007 but has been delayed due to political and financial issues, undergoing several redesigns under various developers. It is set to be built by Bosa Development and open in 2026.

The Seattle Civic Center is a building complex in Seattle, Washington. The complex comprises several buildings owned by the City of Seattle and King County that cover several city blocks. The buildings include: King County Administration Building (1971) King County Correctional Facility King County Courthouse (1916) Seattle City Hall (2005) Seattle Justice Center (2002) Seattle Municipal Tower (1990) 400 Yesler Building (1909)The complex also contained the Public Safety Building until it was demolished in 2005. The Seattle Civic Square Tower is proposed for the site.

800 Fifth Avenue is a 166-meter (545 ft) skyscraper in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. It was constructed from 1979 to 1981 and has 42 floors. It is the tenth-tallest building in Seattle and was designed by 3D/International. The building has been able to retain a minimum of 98% occupancy since it was opened. The building was previously known as Bank of America Fifth Avenue Plaza when its naming rights were held by the Bank of America. It was originally built for Seafirst Bank, which was acquired by the Bank of America prior to the tower's completion. In April 2014, its name was changed to 800 Fifth Avenue.

The Arctic Club Building is a nine-story hotel in Seattle, Washington located at the Northeast corner of Third Avenue and Cherry Street. Built in 1916 for the Arctic Club, a social group established by wealthy individuals who experienced Alaska's gold rush (Klondike Gold Rush), it was occupied by them from construction until the club's dissolution in 1971. It is entirely faced with cream white terra cotta with submarine blue and orange-brown accents. It has terra cotta walrus-heads lining the third floor of the building and was also adorned with a polar bear. It is one of the finest examples of multi-colored matte glaze terra cotta work in the city. Recently restored, the building has been adapted for use as a luxury hotel, Arctic Club Seattle (a DoubleTree by Hilton). A roof garden used by the social club was replaced with a penthouse office suite.It was designed by architect A. Warren Gould. In 1978 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
