The Pour House Music Hall (also known as The Pour House) is a music venue located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Pour House was opened in 1997 by Eric Mullen but eventually changed hands in 2012 to current owner Adam Lindstaedt. For a brief period in 2011 Mullen had opened up a second location in Wilmington, North Carolina with some business partners but after a few months they severed ties and the Wilmington venue was renamed The Port City Theatre.

Marbles Kids Museum is a nonprofit children's museum located in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina in the Moore Square Historic District. Marbles was founded in 2007 as a result of the merger between Exploris, an interactive global learning center, and Playspace, a children's museum aimed at preschool through early elementary age children. Marbles mission is to "..spark imagination, discovery and learning through play."

Artsplosure is a nonprofit arts & cultural event production studio based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Artsplosure's mission is to "give all people in the Raleigh community meaningful opportunities to experience the arts and enhance their cultural perspective". Artsplosure hosts Artsplosure - The Raleigh Arts Festival held each May in downtown Raleigh as well as WRAL First Night Raleigh, held annually on New Year's Eve in downtown Raleigh. Artsplosure is funded in part by the city of Raleigh based on the recommendations of the Raleigh Arts Commission and is supported by the North Carolina Arts Council, a division of the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources.

City Market in Raleigh is a market located in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. It was founded in October, 1914. It became known as a historic place when Raleigh City Council secured a grant from the North Carolina Division of Archives & History to study the architectural resources surrounding Moore Square, in 1980. It is one of the major tourist attractions in Raleigh. In early May, 2008, the market was the location of an art project unveiling by the Visual Art Exchange. The market hosts a monthly festival, called First Friday, on the first Friday of every month.

PNC Plaza, formerly known as RBC Plaza, is the largest and tallest skyscraper in the city of Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. The 33-story tower rises to a height of 538 feet (164 m) and is situated on a 0.83-acre (3,400 m2) lot housing approximately 730,000 square feet (68,000 m2) of office and retail space, parking and residential condominiums.

The Fayetteville Street Historic District in Raleigh, North Carolina is a historic district listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). The District includes the 100–400 blocks of Fayetteville Street, the 00–100 blocks of the south side of West Hargett Street, the 00 block of the north side of West Martin Street, and the 100–400 blocks of South Salisbury Street.The District, composed mostly of commercial establishments, is home to eleven buildings listed on the NRHP. White-Holman House is a historic home located at Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina. It was built about 1798, and is a two-story, three-bay, frame dwelling with a two-story wing and one-story rear shed addition. It is sheathed in weatherboard and has a side-hall plan. It was built by William White (1762–1811), North Carolina Secretary of State, 1798–1811. The house was moved to its present location in April 1986.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971. It is located in the Capitol Area Historic District.

The Long View Center is a historic church building located in the Moore Square Historic District of Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. The facility sits directly across from Moore Square, one of two surviving four-acre (1.6 ha) parks from Raleigh's original 1792 plan. Built between 1879 and 1881, Long View was originally known as Tabernacle Baptist Church. The name of the building was changed to Long View Center in 1998 after a local developer purchased the property to be used as a mixed-use facility. It was bought in December 2013 by Vintage Church. The sanctuary and offices are used by Vintage Church and Sunday services are held by Vintage Church Downtown.

The Supreme Court of the State of North Carolina is the state of North Carolina's highest appellate court. Until the creation of the North Carolina Court of Appeals in the 1960s, it was the state's only appellate court. Raleigh Banking and Trust Company Building, also known as the Raleigh Building, is a historic bank office building located at Raleigh, North Carolina. It is an eleven-story, seven bays wide and three bays deep, Classical Revival style skyscraper. It is a steel frame and brick veneer building with white terra cotta ornamental elements. The first three stories were built in 1913, with the upper eight stories added in 1928–1929. The first three floors were radically renovated in 1935–1936, with the addition of Art Moderne design elements.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.

The Capitol Area Historic District is a national historic district located at Raleigh, North Carolina. The district encompasses 25 contributing buildings and was developed after 1792. The district includes notable examples of Classical Revival and Late Gothic Revival style architecture. Located in the district are the following separately listed buildings: Agriculture Building, at 2 W. Edenton St. Church of the Good Shepherd at 121 Hillsborough St Christ Episcopal Church, at 120 E. Edenton St. Richard B. Haywood House, at 127 E. Edenton St. Haywood Hall, at 211 New Bern Pl., North Carolina State Capitol, 1 E Edenton St. Raleigh Water Tower, 115 W. East St.Other notable buildings include the First Baptist Church (1859), Supreme Court and State Library Building (1888), Ruffin Building (1913), Revenue Building (1927), Education Building (1938, 1947), Justice Building (1939-1940), Highway Building (1950), Dr. Andrew Watson Goodwin House, and Montgomery House (1906).It is also one of six Historic Overlay Districts in Raleigh. It was listed in 1978 on the National Register of Historic Places.

Mahler and Carolina Trust Buildings, also known as McLellan's Dime Store and McCrory's Dime Store, are two historic commercial buildings located at Raleigh, North Carolina. The Mahler Building was built in 1876, and the Carolina Trust Building was built in 1902. They were consolidated as McLellan's Dime Store about 1933. A two-story annex was added to the building in 1952. The Mahler Building is a three-story, three-bay, Renaissance Revival style brick building with round arched windows. The Carolina Trust Building is a four-story, three-bay, Classical Revival style brick building. The annex is a two-story, seven-bay, addition with Art Moderne design elements.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000. It is located in the Fayetteville Street Historic District.
