The Palm Cottage (also known as Flagler Worker's House) is a historic home in Miami, Florida. It is the last known building in Miami directly associated with railroad magnate and developer Henry M. Flagler. It is also one of the city's few surviving examples of Folk Victorian architecture. Built around 1897, this house was one of at least 30 rental houses that Flagler constructed as homes for the workers building his Royal Palm Hotel. The building was moved to Fort Dallas Park in 1980, located at 60 Southeast 4th Street. On January 4, 1989, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

Third Street is a Metromover station in Downtown, Miami, Florida, adjacent to the Downtown Distributor freeway. This station is located at 3rd South West Street and 250th South Miami Avenue, opening to service May 26, 1994.

The James L. Knight Center is a contemporary entertainment and convention complex located in Downtown Miami, Florida. Located within the Miami Central Business District, the venue opened in 1982. The complex is named after famed newspaper publisher, James L. Knight. Since its opening, the complex has hosted many business, entertainment and political events. Annually, it hosts Miami Dade College graduation ceremonies. It also hosted Miss Universe in 1984 and 1985, Miss USA in 1986 and Miss Teen USA in 1985 and the OTI Festival in 1989.

Brickell on the River is a complex of residential towers in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. The complex consists of a 42-story North Tower, which was completed in 2005, a 46-story South Tower built in 2007, and a central plaza between both towers, containing a restaurant, riverfront promenade, and complex amenities. The North Tower took 31 months to build, as construction began in December 2003, and was completed in July 2006. The North Tower's official height is 423 feet (129 m) while the South Tower sits at 482 feet (147 m). Construction began in 2004, and opened in December 2007. The complex is located on the southern banks of the Miami River in Downtown Miami. The address is 31 SE 5th Street for the North Tower and 41 SE 5th Street for the South Tower. The Fifth Street Metromover Station, a station in Miami's mass transit system, is located immediately adjacent to the North Tower. Brickell on the River North features 390 condo units with the typical floor plan ranging from 757–1,512 square feet (70.3–140.5 m2) and the Brickell on the River South features 319 condo units with the typical floor plan ranging from 952–1,510 square feet (88.4–140.3 m2).

Knight Center is a Metromover station in Downtown, Miami, Florida located in the Miami Tower. This station is located at the intersection of Southwest Second Street and Second Avenue, connected to the namesake James L. Knight Center by a glass-enclosed walkway underneath the Downtown Distributor freeway. Knight Center opened April 17, 1986 as the World Trade Center Station, and was the first elevated metro station in the world built into an existing building.

Fifth Street is a Metromover station in the urban neighborhood of Brickell in Downtown, Miami, Florida. This station is located on Southeast Fifth Street near First Avenue. It opened to service May 26, 1994. Fifth Street station serves green spaces like Brickell Park and the Miami River Greenway, as well as towering residential buildings such as Brickell on the River, Icon Brickell, and 600 Brickell Tower.

Wind Tower is a skyscraper in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It was completed in early 2008 and, it is the third skyscraper within the River Front East complex, on the north bank of the Miami River. The structure is located on the northeastern most quadrant of the complex, with most proximity to the intersection of SE 3rd Street and Miami Avenue. Standing at 501 ft (153 m) tall, the tower has a total of 41 floors. The ground level is used for retail space and the main entrance and lobby areas. The garage utilizes floors 2 through 8, with high security and restricted to residents only. The 9th and 10th houses the building's recreation center, consisting of a pool area, racquetball court, fitness and spas and wellness facilities. Floors 11-41 are used for the standard residential units, while floors 3, 5 and 7 house a limited number of double-floor lofts. The architect is Revuelta Vega Leon, who also designed the rest of the River Front East complex.

The Miami Tower is a 47-story, landmark office skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States; previously known as the Bank Of America Tower and CenTrust Tower. It is located in central Downtown. It is currently the 16th tallest building in Miami and Florida. On April 18, 2012, the AIA's Florida Chapter placed it on its list of Florida Architecture: 100 Years. 100 Places as the Bank of America Tower. In 2022, the office skyscraper was purchased by DRA Advisors and CP Group, the largest office landlord in Downtown Miami and Florida.

Miami Avenue is a Metromover station in Downtown, Miami, Florida. This station is located at the intersection of South Miami Avenue and First Street. It opened to service April 17, 1986. Unlike some Metromover stations, it is not a free-standing structure, but instead, is built into the surrounding buildings as a "bridge" over Miami Avenue, adjacent to Miami's Macy's flagship store.

Centro Lofts in a high-rise loft condominium project in Downtown CBD of Miami, Florida. Construction began in December 2013, and the project opened in mid 2016. The project, which has 352 units, is unique for being one of the few modern buildings in the downtown Miami area, along with The Loft and The Loft 2, to have no parking garage. Touting a location near Metromover, Metrorail, the Miami Trolley, and in the once again walkable downtown area, the project will also have an arrangement with Car2Go car sharing service; however, Car2Go suspended service in Miami in early 2016, months before the project opened. The project is located about one block from a Whole Foods store which was recently completed as part of the Met 3 building. Also it will be located centrally, about two blocks in each direction from the Miami Avenue, Knight Center, Bayfront Park, and First Street Metromover stations.

The City National Bank Building (also known as the Langford Building) is a historic bank building in Miami, Florida. It is located at 121 Southeast 1st Street. On January 4, 1989, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It was built shortly before the 1926 Miami hurricane which ended the early-20s real estate boom in Miami. In 2012 the building was sold and renovated to become a boutique Langford Hotel.

The Riverfront is an urban development in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. The complex is located on the north bank of the Miami River in Miami's Central Business District. The complex contains three main towers, "Mint" and "The Ivy" and "Wind." The taller of the three, Mint, is currently the 6th-tallest building in Miami and Florida. It has 55 floors and rises 631 feet (192 m).
