Knight Center station

The Miami Tower is a 47-story, landmark office skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States; previously known as the Bank Of America Tower and CenTrust Tower. It is located in central Downtown. It is currently the 16th tallest building in Miami and Florida. On April 18, 2012, the AIA's Florida Chapter placed it on its list of Florida Architecture: 100 Years. 100 Places as the Bank of America Tower. In 2022, the office skyscraper was purchased by DRA Advisors and CP Group, the largest office landlord in Downtown Miami and Florida.

The James L. Knight Center is a contemporary entertainment and convention complex located in Downtown Miami, Florida. Located within the Miami Central Business District, the venue opened in 1982. The complex is named after famed newspaper publisher, James L. Knight. Since its opening, the complex has hosted many business, entertainment and political events. Annually, it hosts Miami Dade College graduation ceremonies. It also hosted Miss Universe in 1984 and 1985, Miss USA in 1986 and Miss Teen USA in 1985 and the OTI Festival in 1989.

Riverwalk is a Metromover station in Downtown, Miami, Florida near the northern banks of the Miami River and adjacent to the Miami Riverwalk. This station is located on Southeast Fourth Street just east of First Avenue. It opened to service May 26, 1994. The red "M" placed as an entranceway to the station was designed by Roberto Behar and Rosario Marquardt.

The Palm Cottage (also known as Flagler Worker's House) is a historic home in Miami, Florida. It is the last known building in Miami directly associated with railroad magnate and developer Henry M. Flagler. It is also one of the city's few surviving examples of Folk Victorian architecture. Built around 1897, this house was one of at least 30 rental houses that Flagler constructed as homes for the workers building his Royal Palm Hotel. The building was moved to Fort Dallas Park in 1980, located at 60 Southeast 4th Street. On January 4, 1989, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

The Huntington Building (also known as the Consolidated Bank Building) is a historic site in Miami, Florida. It is located at 168 Southeast 1st Street. On January 4, 1989, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. In March 2023, inspectors ruled the building to be unsafe, and ordered evacuation of tenants.

The City National Bank Building (also known as the Langford Building) is a historic bank building in Miami, Florida. It is located at 121 Southeast 1st Street. On January 4, 1989, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It was built shortly before the 1926 Miami hurricane which ended the early-20s real estate boom in Miami. In 2012 the building was sold and renovated to become a boutique Langford Hotel.

Epic Hotel is an urban hotel and residential skyscraper in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. Epic is 601 feet (183 m) tall and has 54 floors. The tower is located on the north bank of the Miami River in Downtown Miami's Central Business District. It is bordered by Biscayne Boulevard Way on the west, Southeast 2nd Street to the north, the Miami River to the south, and Southeast 5th Avenue to the east. The architect of the complex is Revuelta Vega Leon. Epic was part of the EPIC Miami Residences and Hotel two-tower residential complex, consisting of the Epic Tower and the Dupont Tower, but the taller of the two, Dupont Tower, was canceled. If it had been built, the Dupont Tower would have stood 609 ft (186 m) tall and contain 60 floors. The Dupont Tower was named after the Alfred I. DuPont Building, a National Historic Building from the 1930s that is also in Miami. In 2014, the 1.25-acre (0.51-hectare) Epic 2 site sold for US$125 million, a record-breaking rate of $100 million per acre.

EPIC Miami Residences and Hotel was a two-building condo-hotel to be constructed in Miami, Florida by Lionstone Hotels and Resorts. Only the first phase, Epic Hotel & Residences was built. Lionstone bought the former DuPont Plaza Hotel in August 2001 with the intention of renovating it at a cost of $80 million, but instead demolished it between April 2004 and January 2005.Lionstone formed a partnership with Ugo Colombo to develop the site of the former DuPont Plaza Hotel into EPIC Miami Residences and Hotel, a mixed-use development, at a cost of US$370 million. The first 342-unit tower, Epic, was completed in 2008, to be followed by a second nearly 600-unit tower. The 414-room hotel is currently managed by Kimpton Hotels. The second phase was cancelled during the recession, and the land was sold at a record unit price of $100 million per acre, at $125 million for the 1.25-acre (0.51-hectare) lot.

Third Street is a Metromover station in Downtown, Miami, Florida, adjacent to the Downtown Distributor freeway. This station is located at 3rd South West Street and 250th South Miami Avenue, opening to service May 26, 1994.

The Dupont Plaza Hotel was a major hotel in downtown Miami, Florida from 1957 until 2004. It occupied a section of the former site of the Royal Palm Hotel. The Dupont Plaza Hotel was the first major hotel of its generation built in downtown Miami since the collapse of the tourist boom in 1926. Popular till the 1960s, the Dupont Plaza Hotel was a coveted destination for domestic visitors. It did get a resurgence of interest in the 1980s and early 1990s, but then suffered some financial troubles.Lionstone Hotels and Resorts bought the remaining land of the former Dupont Plaza Hotel in August 2001. Originally, Lionstone was going to completely renovate the hotel for $80 million, but changed its mind and decided to demolish the existing structure and start anew. Renovations were going to include extended stay hotel rooms and a trade center to replace office space. Demolitions for the Dupont Plaza Hotel was started in April 2004 and completed in January 2005.

The Ingraham Building is a historic site in Miami, Florida. The location of the Ingraham Building is at 25 Southeast 2nd Avenue. On January 4, 1989, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

Brickell on the River is a complex of residential towers in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. The complex consists of a 42-story North Tower, which was completed in 2005, a 46-story South Tower built in 2007, and a central plaza between both towers, containing a restaurant, riverfront promenade, and complex amenities. The North Tower took 31 months to build, as construction began in December 2003, and was completed in July 2006. The North Tower's official height is 423 feet (129 m) while the South Tower sits at 482 feet (147 m). Construction began in 2004, and opened in December 2007. The complex is located on the southern banks of the Miami River in Downtown Miami. The address is 31 SE 5th Street for the North Tower and 41 SE 5th Street for the South Tower. The Fifth Street Metromover Station, a station in Miami's mass transit system, is located immediately adjacent to the North Tower. Brickell on the River North features 390 condo units with the typical floor plan ranging from 757–1,512 square feet (70.3–140.5 m2) and the Brickell on the River South features 319 condo units with the typical floor plan ranging from 952–1,510 square feet (88.4–140.3 m2).
