The Presbyterian Theological College (PTC) is the theological college of the Presbyterian Church of Victoria. It provides theological education for candidates for the ministry of the Presbyterian Church of Australia, as well as for members of other Christian churches. It is an approved teaching institution of the Australian College of Theology and is based in the Melbourne suburb of Box Hill. The Presbyterian Theological College is an Evangelical and Reformed college which teaches in accordance with the doctrine of the Presbyterian Church of Australia.

The school is non-denominational and co-educational for students with social and emotional challenges.. Berengarra provides innovative educational programmes to meet the individual needs of these students, who have a variety of social and emotional problems. The school has a new program called Pathways in Chadstone which offers a transitional program to students moving into apprenticeships and areas of further Technical and further education.

Koonung Secondary College is a secondary state school in Mont Albert North, Victoria, in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. The school takes its name from the nearby Koonung Creek. Its school catchment includes the suburbs of Mont Albert, Mont Albert North, Balwyn, Balwyn North, Doncaster, Box Hill, Box Hill North, Surrey Hills and Burwood.On 13 June 2019, it received a grant of $6.05 million to improve its facilities.

The electoral district of Box Hill is an electoral district of the Victorian Legislative Assembly, covering an area of 29 square kilometres (11 sq mi) in eastern Melbourne. It contains the suburbs of Box Hill, Box Hill North, Box Hill South, Mont Albert, Mont Albert North, most of Blackburn, Blackburn North, and Blackburn South, and parts of Balwyn North, Burwood, Burwood East, and Surrey Hills. It lies within the Eastern Metropolitan Region in the upper house, the Legislative Council.

Kerrimuir is a locality within the suburb of Box Hill North in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is in the City of Whitehorse in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, approximately 15 kilometres from the CBD. The area is mostly referred to as Box Hill North. Kerrimuir has a small shopping strip, Kerrimuir Primary School, and Kerrimuir Neighbourhood House. Kerrimuir is named after Kirriemuir in Angus, Scotland.

Westfield Doncaster (formerly Doncaster Shoppingtown) is a shopping centre 50% owned by Scentre Group and 25% owned by ISPT and 25% owned by Asia Property Fund (as of May 2015) located in Doncaster, a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. As of July 2014, the Westfield Group became two companies Scentre Group and Westfield Corporation. The Westfield Group portion is now owned by Scentre Group. It is located on the corner of Williamsons Road and Doncaster Road in the Doncaster Hill precinct, an ongoing planning initiative by the local Manningham council. It is located 20 minutes east of the CBD and is one of the biggest shopping centres in Victoria.

Mont Albert North is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 13 km east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Whitehorse local government area. Mont Albert North recorded a population of 5,609 at the 2021 census.The northern border of the suburb is the Eastern Freeway and the southern border is Kenmare Street, while Elgar Road constitutes the boundary in the east. The western boundary is a series of back streets running close to Union Road. This boundary follows the municipal boundary with the City of Boroondara. In the 12-month period to January 2020 Mont Albert North reported a median house price of A$1.15 million for a three bedroom house.

Doncaster Secondary College is a secondary school located in the Melbourne suburb of Doncaster. Founded on 5 February 1969, the school adopts a non-selective enrolment policy and caters for over 1500 students from Year 7 to 12 – making it the largest high school in the city of Manningham. Senior students have access to a comprehensive Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) curriculum in addition to Vocational Education and Training (VET) and the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) units. The College is characterised by its diverse student population with a representation of nearly fifty nationalities, incorporating the 70 full fee-paying international students enrolled in the International Student Program. The majority of international students are from China, Korea and Southeast Asia. 33% of the student body speaks a language other than English at home.Doncaster Secondary College is affiliated with School Sports Victoria (SSV) and competes within the Eastern Zone at regional sporting events including athletics, soccer, basketball and swimming.

Doncaster ( DONK-ah-stər) is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 18 km north-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Manningham local government area. Doncaster recorded a population of 25,020 at the 2021 census.The suburb, which is situated on 8.9 km2 of land, around the top of the 120 m high Doncaster Hill. The suburb consists of a central area along the top of Doncaster Hill, which includes several historical buildings along Doncaster Road, the Westfield Doncaster Shopping Centre and surrounding high-rise apartments, while the rest of the suburb is typical of many of Melbourne's eastern suburbs, with extensive low-density housing. It has lots of schools and there is a planned railway station for Doncaster. Currently residents need to travel to Box Hill to get on the train towards the city.

Box Hill Senior Secondary College (BHSSC) is a state-run co-educational senior secondary school located in Box Hill, Victoria, Australia. The senior school has a three-year curriculum, composed of years ten - twelve. Year 9 are offered at the Middle Years Sports Campus. Box Hill Senior Secondary College has no feeder schools, new students are welcomed from all over Melbourne, but are only selected after interview. Box Hill Senior Secondary College is also the location of the Middle Years Sports Campus, which was established in 2005. The Middle Years Sports Campus also includes an AFL football academy for Year 9 students. Students of the Middle Years Sports Campus have access to all Box Hill Senior Secondary College's facilities to help them learn.
