Téteghem-Coudekerque-Village (French pronunciation: [tetɡɛm kudkɛʁk vilaʒ]; Dutch: Tetegem-Koudekerke-Dorp; West Flemish: Tetegem-Koukerke) is a commune in the Nord department of northern France. The municipality was established on 1 January 2016 and consists of the former communes of Téteghem and Coudekerque-Village.

Coudekerque-Village (Dutch: Koudekerke-Dorp; West Flemish: Koukerke-Dorp) is a former commune of the Nord department in northern France. On 1 January 2016, it was merged into the new commune Téteghem-Coudekerque-Village. Prior to October 6, 2008, it was known as Coudekerque (Koudekerke). The name was changed to distinguish it from Coudekerque-Branche.

Uxem (French pronunciation: [yksɛm]; from Flemish; Uksem in modern Dutch spelling) is a commune in the Nord department in northern France. It is 10 km (6.2 mi) east of Dunkirk.

Hoymille (French pronunciation: [wamil]; from Flemish; Hooimille in modern Dutch spelling) is a commune in the Nord department in northern France. It is situated adjacent to the east of Bergues. The village hosts an annual carnival at the end February. The local church is St Gérard's.

Rosendaël (French pronunciation: [ʁozɑ̃dal]; Dutch: Rozendaal; West Flemish: Rozendoale; French Flemish: Roozendaele; meaning "rose valley") is a former commune in the Nord department in northern France. In 1971 it was merged into Dunkirk. It currently has 18,272 inhabitants (an almost ten-fold increase since 1825) in an area of 3.97 km2.

The canton of Dunkerque-2 is an administrative division of the Nord department, northern France. It was created at the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. Bergues (French pronunciation: [bɛʁɡ]; Dutch: Sint-Winoksbergen; West Flemish: Bergn) is a commune in the Nord department in northern France. It is situated 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) to the south of Dunkirk and 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) from the Belgian border. Locally it is referred to as "the other Bruges in Flanders". Bergues is a setting for the 2008 movie Welcome to the Sticks (Original French title: Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis).

The Communauté de communes des Hauts de Flandre is a communauté de communes in the Nord département and in the Hauts-de-France région of France. It was formed on 1 January 2014 by the merger of the former Communauté de communes de la Colme, Communauté de communes du canton de Bergues, Communauté de communes de Flandre and the Communauté de communes de l'Yser. Its seat is in Bergues. Its area is 448.5 km2, and its population was 53,584 in 2018.

Second Lieutenant Arthur Rex Hurden Noss (22 January 1897 – 15 September 1917) was a British World War I flying ace credited with nine aerial victories. He won a Military Cross as Keith Park's gunner, and was killed in a flying accident shortly thereafter.

Zuydcoote [zɥitkot] (West Flemish and Dutch: Zuidkote) is a commune in the Nord department in northern France.
