Cascade Station

Cascades is a light rail train station in the MAX Light Rail system. It is served by the Red Line and is located in Portland, Oregon; it is the third stop north on the Airport MAX section. When the line first opened, trains paused here in order to simulate a station stop for timetable purposes, but the stop was not announced nor were the doors opened. In January 2007, the stop officially opened to serve customers of Cascade Station.

Mount Hood Avenue station is a light rail station on the MAX Red Line in Portland, Oregon. Located at the northern end of the Cascade Station development, it is the 2nd stop north on the Airport MAX. The street for which it is named, Mount Hood Avenue, is located about 1,200 feet (370 m) southeast of the station. Mount Hood is approximately 40 miles (64.3 km) away from the station.

The Portland Immigrant Statue is a statue of an immigrant man by Jim Gion, installed near the intersection of Northeast Sandy Boulevard and Killingsworth Street in Portland, Oregon's Parkrose neighborhood, in the United States. The statue was commissioned by the Parkrose Community Foundation to commemorate the neighborhood's centennial anniversary, and installed in 2011.

Columbia Pioneer Cemetery (also known as Columbia Masonic Cemetery) is an historic cemetery in Portland, Oregon's Parkrose neighborhood, in the United States. The cemetery was established in 1877, and acquired by Multnomah County in 1951.

Parkrose/Sumner Transit Center is a TriMet transit center and light rail station on the MAX Red Line in Portland, Oregon. It is the fourth stop north on the Airport MAX branch, and consists of an island platform in the median of Interstate 205. The entrance and exit to the transit center are on Sandy Blvd. near 95th Avenue, in the Parkrose neighborhood and east of the Sumner neighborhood. It is a hub for bus service to Gresham, Tigard, Lents, Fairview, Vancouver, Wood Village and Clackamas. A bridge across the northbound lanes of I-205 connects the MAX platform to a park-and-ride lot and bus stops.

Multnomah Education Service District (MESD) is an education service district that coordinates school events and activities throughout the school districts in Multnomah County, Oregon, United States. Its administrative offices are located at 11611 NE Ainsworth Circle in Portland.

Parkrose is a neighborhood in the Northeast section of Portland, Oregon, and is considered part of East Portland. It is bordered by Sumner to the west, the Columbia River to the north, Argay to the east, and Parkrose Heights and the city of Maywood Park to the south. Sandy Boulevard crosses the neighborhood, with a primarily industrial area prevailing to the north and primarily residential area to the south. There is a Parkrose/Sumner Transit Center, which is served by the Red Line of TriMet's MAX Light Rail. A bridge at the transit center spans Interstate 205. C-Tran serves the transit center and travels into Washington. There is also a Parkrose School District.

Maywood Park is a city in Multnomah County, Oregon, United States. The name came from a comment made by the wife of the man who developed the original subdivision, E. F. Taylor, who remarked one winter night how attractive the woods were in May. An enclave within the city of Portland, the residents of the city voted to incorporate in 1967 in an unsuccessful attempt to stop the construction of Interstate 205. The population was 829 at the 2020 census.

Mannahouse Church (formerly City Bible Church) is a non-denominational Christian megachurch located in Portland, Oregon, U.S. Their five campuses have six English services, three Spanish services, one Burmese service and multiple other international groups. Their Rocky Butte Campus serves as their headquarters. Mannahouse Church is Nondenominational and is not connected with or a part of any particular denomination (though partners with Ministers Fellowship International for certain purposes, like their Bible College).

Hill Military Academy was a private, College preparatory military academy in Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon. Opened in 1901, it was a leading military boarding school in the Pacific Northwest. Originally located in Northwest Portland, it later moved to Rocky Butte where it remained until it closed in 1959. The school was a party to the Pierce v. Society of Sisters United States Supreme Court case.

Mannahouse Christian Academy (formerly City Christian Schools) is a private preK-12th grade Christian school located in Portland, Oregon, Eugene, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington. It is associated with Mannahouse. The campus is within Mannahouse church, formerly City Bible Church. The school is accredited with AdvancED.

Portland Bible College (PBC) is a four-year Bible college in Portland, Oregon, United States that offers theological and church ministry degrees. It was founded in 1967 and is associated with Mannahouse Church, which is associated with Ministers Fellowship International. The campus is adjacent to Mannahouse Church on Rocky Butte in northeast Portland.
