WNSC-FM is a National Public Radio station in Rock Hill, South Carolina. A member of South Carolina Public Radio (formerly ETV Radio), it carries programming from South Carolina Public Radio's all-news network.

The Withers Building, also known as the Winthrop Training School or W.T.S., is an historic building complex located at 611 Myrtle Drive on the campus of Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The complex consists of three parts: the old Presbyterian High School, the Main Classroom - Office Building and the new Gymnasium. The old two-story Presbyterian High School was built in 1891 and bought in 1910 by the state for what was then Winthrop College: The South Carolina College for Women to be used as its teacher training school. The three story E-shaped plan Main Classroom - Office Building with a central four-story tower was built in 1912–1913 and designed in the redbrick Gothic Revival style by the noted Atlanta-based architect William Augustus Edwards of the firm of Edwards and Sayward. This is the most architecturally significant part of the complex. The new Gymnasium building was built in 1952 and designed by G. Thomas Harmon of Columbia to replace the old gymnasium which had been on the fourth floor of the tower. In 1960 the Winthrop Training School was named the Withers Building to honor Sarah Withers a graduate of the college and a former principal of the school. Lando School is a historic school building located at Lando, Chester County, South Carolina. It was built in 1904–1905, and is a three-story, rectangular brick building set upon a concrete foundation and with an L-shaped hipped roof. It features brick on the first two floors and brick and stucco on the third floor and is in the Italian Renaissance Revival style. The first two floors of the school housed classrooms and the main level of the auditorium, while the third floor was essentially balcony seating for the auditorium. Lando School was built as the school for Manetta Mill, and closed in 1955. Manetta Mills remained in operation under a succession of owners until 1991.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.

It encompasses 28 contributing buildings and 1 contributing site in a middle-class residential section of Rock Hill. The bulk of the district developed between 1906 and 1925. Architectural styles represented include Victorian, Classical Revival, Colonial Revival, and Bungalow. Notable buildings include the Rawlinson House (c. 1874–1875), McCall-Jones-Byrant House (c. 1900), Davis House, and W. B. Jenkins House (c. 1920).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
