The American University in Dubai (AUD) (Arabic: الجامعة الأمريكية في دبي) is a private, non-sectarian institution of higher learning in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, founded in 1995. AUD is accredited regionally as a separate unit by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. AUD serves UAE nationals and international students from all over the world and offers them an American-style education. AUD is accredited regionally by the UAE Ministry of Education and by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools in the United States. Ranked 3rd as the world's most diverse university, AUD offers UAE nationals and international students an American-style education in one of the most vibrant and important cities in the world. 2019–2020 enrollment was around 2,000 students and over 110 nationalities are represented in the student body. AUD has a diverse faculty of over 120. AUD's curriculum is based on the US model of a liberal education that prepares students for successful careers and meaningful lives.

Al Khail (Arabic: الخيل, Arabic pronunciation: [alˈxil]; formerly Nakheel) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE. It opened on 15 October 2010 along with four other intermediate stations on the Red Line, originally as "Nakheel". It was renamed to "Al Khail" in November 24, 2020.

In February 2015, the company launched the payment by text message for its Moroccan subscribers and by credit card for its Tunisian viewers. It was announced by the company during the same month that subscriptions had reached 250,000 in the MENA region. In March 2015, Icflix announced its collaboration with the United Nations on a television series that would report on the efforts of the UN agencies around the world to reduce poverty and human suffering, fight disease, provide humanitarian assistance and stimulate growth.In February 2017, Icflix signed a deal with IT and entertainment provider PTCL to extend its presence in Pakistan.The streaming website collaborates with popular companies in the MENA region, offering promotional offers to their customers, among these companies there are: Samsung, Souq.com (E-commerce website), Microsoft, Du (telco), Visa, Ooredoo (telco), Hellofood and LG.

Orbit Showtime Network (OSN), branded as OSN Group is a multinational premium entertainment content company based in Dubai, serving the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). OSN Group delivers content across multiple divisions: OSN+ streaming platform, OSN TV linear satellite channels, and b2b offerings in every market. OSN Group offers premium content including Western, Arabic, Turkish and more across divisions, known for broadcasting the latest content on the same day as the US, including popular series, blockbuster movies, and the best in kids and lifestyle programming. OSN was formed as a result of merger of two of the Mideast's largest TV networks from homes and hotels, Orbit and Showtime Arabia in 2009.OSN introduced several technologies and services in the Middle East market. Emirates Golf Club, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is a 36-hole golf course. It was built in 1988, with the clubhouse and facilities designed and delivered by Dubai architect BSBG (Brewer Smith Brewer Group), and, is the first grass golf course in the Middle East.

Dubai Pearl (Arabic: لؤلؤة دبي) is a 73-storey, 300 m (984 ft), tall residential skyscraper project situated along Al Sufouh Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction has been on hold since 2009. The building would have consisted of four mixed-use towers connected together at the base and by a sky bridge at the top. The structural design was carried out by Dubai-based engineering firm e-Construct. Construction was started in 2009, and the project would have cost $4 billion (Dh14.6 billion). Had it been completed, Dubai Pearl would have accommodated 9,000 residents and its commercial sector would have employed 12,000 people.

23 Marina is an 88-story, 392.8 m (1,289 ft) residential skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As of 2022, it is the fourth tallest building in Dubai and the sixth tallest residential building in the world. The tower has 57 swimming pools and each duplex in the tower is equipped with its own private elevator. The building was 79 percent sold before construction started. The raft was completed on 30 April 2007.

Marina Arcade is a completed 626 feet (191 m) skyscraper built in Dubai Marina, Dubai, UAE from 2014-2017. The tower cost AED 1.25 billion to build, the building will contain residents shopping avenues, gymnasium, spa and residential amenities.
