Haardt

The Hohe Loog, is a mountain, 619 m above sea level (NN), in the Haardt, the eastern rim of the Palatine Forest in Germany. The mountain lies within the borough of Neustadt an der Weinstraße in the southern part of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate.

The Taubenkopf is a hill, 603.8 m above sea level (NHN), in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate. It is part of the mountain chain of the Haardt in the Palatine Forest and lies in the municipal territory of Diedesfeld in the borough of Neustadt an der Weinstraße.

The Kalmit is the highest peak in the Palatinate Forest and the second highest (after the Donnersberg) in the Palatinate region of Germany. It is 672.6 m above sea level (NHN) and located 5.5 kilometres (3.4 mi) south of the town of Neustadt an der Weinstraße. The mountain attracts many tourists thanks to the numerous footpaths leading to its summit, its mountaintop restaurant, extensive views over the Palatinate wine region and striking rock formations on its forest-clad mountainsides.

The Hüttenberg near Maikammer in the Rhineland-Palatinate county of Südliche Weinstraße is a subpeak, 620.1 m above sea level (NN), of the Kalmit (672.6 m) the highest mountain in the Haardt in the eastern Palatinate Forest of Germany. There is a blockfield, the Hüttenberg Felsenmeer, along the crest.

The Bergstein is a natural monument in the borough of Neustadt an der Weinstraße in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate. It is designated as ND-7316-202.

The Breitenberg near Sankt Martin in the Rhineland-Palatinate county of Südliche Weinstraße is a hill, 545.2 m above sea level (NHN), and subpeak of the Kalmit, the highest mountain in the Palatinate Forest. It is part of the Haardt mountains.

The Wetterkreuzberg (400.7 m above NHN) is a hill in the Haardt range on the eastern edge of the Palatine Forest in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate.

Hambach Castle (German: Hambacher Schloss) is a castle near the urban district Hambach of Neustadt an der Weinstraße in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is considered a symbol of the German democracy movement because of the Hambacher Fest which occurred here in 1832.

The Hüttenhohl is a mountain pass in the Haardt mountains in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate on the boundary of the parishes of Maikammer and Neustadt an der Weinstraße. Here, at 476.9 m above sea level (NHN), the Kalmithöhenstraße (Landesstraße 515) branches off the Totenkopfstraße (L 514). By the fork there is a sign on a tree with the height recorded as "479 mtr".The term "pass" here does not refer to the roads that meet here because they continue to climb from the Sankt Martin valley towards the Totenkopf and Kalmit, but to the saddle between the Sankt Martin valley and the Finstertal valley.

The ruins of the Wolfsburg by the western approach to Neustadt an der Weinstraße in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate, lie on a rocky crag on the Wolfsberg hill about 130 metres over the left (northern) bank of the Speyerbach at a height of 270 metres above sea level (NN). From here the original thalweg may still be made out in the direction of Lambrecht, along which traces of Roman settlements were uncovered.

Sankt Martin is a municipality in Südliche Weinstraße district, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.

The Hochberg is a 635.3-metre-high mountain in the central Haardt in the Palatine Forest in Germany. It lies on the territory of the municipality of Sankt Martin (Palatinate) in the county of Südliche Weinstraße in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. After the Kalmit (673 m), the Kesselberg (662 m) and the Roßberg (637 m) it is the fourth highest peak in the Palatine Forest.
