Café Landtmann is a traditional Viennese café located on the Ringstraße at the corner of Lowelstraße 22 in the Innere Stadt first district in Vienna, Austria.

The Liechtenstein City Palace (German: Stadtpalais Liechtenstein) is a residential building at Bankgasse 9, in the first district of Vienna, Innere Stadt. The palace was built from 1692 to 1705 by the Italian architect Domenico Martinelli and the Swiss architect Gabriele Gabrieli.The building is one of two palaces in Vienna belonging to the princely family of Liechtenstein. The other grand house still owned by the family in Vienna is the Liechtenstein Garden Palace. The palace escaped destruction during World War II, when bombs fell nearby. It is still used as a private residence by the princely family. After restoration in 2013, the building contains the 19th century portion of the princely art collection, whereas artworks from the 16th to 18th centuries are displayed at the Liechtenstein Garden Palace.

Palais Lieben-Auspitz is a Ringstraßenpalais in Vienna, Vienna, located in the city's Innere Stadt.Originally built for the Auspitz family in the 1872, later the Lieben family also lived there. Unlike traditional, baroque noble palaces in Vienna, the Palais Lieben-Auspitz was built in the late 19th century and is therefore called a Ringstraßenpalais. It is up to five storeys high and built in the neo-baroque style typical of its time. The palace housed the Salon of Berta Zuckerkandl, a meeting place for intellectuals and artists. Located on the street level is the Café Landtmann.

Rathauspark is a 40,000 square meter park in Vienna, Austria, located across the street from the Vienna City Hall.

The Volksgarten (English: People's Garden) is a public park in the Innere Stadt first district of Vienna, Austria. The garden, which is part of the Hofburg Palace, was laid out by Ludwig Remy in 1821. The park was built over the city fortifications that were destroyed by Napoleon in 1809. The Volksgarten was opened to the public in 1823.

The Pasqualati House, notable for being a residence of Ludwig van Beethoven, is located in the 1st district of Vienna's Inner City, on the corner of Mölker Bastei 8 and Schreyvogelgasse 16, in an exposed position on the ramp of the former town fortifications. The building, completed in 1797 and home to the composer on several occasions, houses a Beethoven museum in an apartment adjoining the one Beethoven regularly occupied.

The Minoritenkirche (English: Friars Minor Conventual Church, related to the monastic Order of Friars Minor Conventual monks), formally called Italienische Nationalkirche Maria Schnee (English: Italian National Church of Mary of the Snows, related to the Italian Congregation who was the owner of this church), was built in French Gothic style in the Altstadt or First District of Vienna, Austria.The site on which the church is built was given to followers of Francis of Assisi in 1224. The foundation stone was laid by King Ottokar II of Bohemia in 1276. Duke Albrecht II later supported the building process, especially the main portal. The Gothic Ludwig choir was built between 1316 and 1328, and used as a mausoleum in the 14th and 15th centuries. Construction of the church was completed in 1350. The top of its belltower was damaged during the first Austro-Turkish war, rebuilt, then again destroyed again during the second Austro-Turkish war; the top was then replaced by a flat roof. When Joseph II gave the church to the Italians as a present, they transferred the name Maria Schnee ("Mary of the Snows") from their nearby chapel which was subsequently destroyed. Following disagreements between the church owner (the Italian Congregation Mary of the Snows) and the Archdiocese of Vienna, the Italian community was moved to the Church of the Holy Trinity of the Friars Minor in the Alservorstadt. After two years of uncertainty, in 2021 the Italian Congregation donated the Minoritenkirche to the Society of Saint Pius X, which operates it to this day.

The Austrian Development Agency GmbH (ADA) is the operational unit of the Austrian Development Cooperation. The ADA is a public-benefit, non-profit, limited liability company headquartered in Vienna. It is owned by the Republic of Austria, and represented by the Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs. On behalf of the federal government of Austria, ADA plans, finances, and supports development programs and projects in Africa, Asia, South-Eastern and Eastern Europe, and the Caribbean. The goal of ADA is to improve conditions of life in developing countries and assist partner countries in their sustainable development. It also promotes projects in development communication and education in Austria to advance discussion on development cooperation. The ADA's objectives and tasks are defined in the Federal Development Cooperation Act (DCA 2002) as per amendments made in 2003. The respective Three-Year Programme on Austrian Development Policy sets the geographical and substantive priorities. As of 2021, the Austrian Development Agency is led by Friedrich Stift.

The Rathausplatz is a square in Vienna, Austria. The Rathausplatz is in the Innere Stadt, near the new Rathaus, after which it is named. Because of its size, its design and the architecture of the surrounding buildings it is one of the most important squares in central Vienna.

Palais Porcia is a former urban residence in the western quarter of the Innere Stadt of Vienna, Austria. It stands at 23, Herrengasse between Palais Kinsky and Palais Trautmansdorff and across Palais Harrach. The palace was built in 1546 for the descendants of Count Gabriel von Salamanca-Ortenburg. It was representative of the simple Renaissance style that emerged in Vienna in the middle of the 16th century. In the 17th and later centuries it was extensively remodelled in Baroque and Rococo styles but the inner court still contains an early Renaissance arcade. As of 2010, Palais Porcia houses the Administrative Library of the Austrian Federal Chancellery.

Palais Kinsky is a Baroque palace in central Vienna, Austria. It was originally built for Count Wirich Philipp von Daun, the garrison commander whose son Leopold became a Field Marshal of Empress Maria Theresa. The palace was later bought by the Kinsky family of Bohemia, and it is sometimes called the Palais Daun-Kinsky.
