Martin Blume Jr. Farm is a historic home and farm located in St. Joseph Township, Allen County, Indiana. The farmhouse was built in 1885, and is a two-story, Italianate style brick dwelling with a low hipped roof. Also on the property are the contributing large three bay timber frame threshing barn (c. 1883), timber frame hog barn (c. 1889), storage barn (c. 1899), brooder house, windmill frame, brick smokehouse, and privy.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

Blackhawk Christian is ranked academically as one of the top schools in the Fort Wayne area. In 2009, it was the only school in the 11 counties in northeast Indiana area to graduate 100% of its students. In 2008, 93% of Blackhawk Christian students passed the ISTEP+ GQE exam. Blackhawk Christian School students' average SAT score is 100+ points higher than the state and national average. Ninety percent of Blackhawk graduates go on to some form of higher education.

Mastodon Field is a baseball venue in Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States. It is home to the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons baseball team of the NCAA Division I Horizon League. The venue has a capacity of 200 spectators.Prior to the 2011 season, the field's surface and pitcher's mound were renovated. It also features a brick backstop, dugouts, batting cages, and grandstand seating.

Concordia Senior College was a liberal arts college located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and affiliated with the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod (LCMS). It was founded in 1957 and closed in 1977. The senior college was a new type of institution for the LCMS. It provided future pastors with training before they attended a seminary, during their third and fourth undergraduate years of college. Concordia Senior College was by-and-large an all-men's institution with no female faculty, although there were a small number of female students who were housed in a separate dormitory. In 1977, the function of Concordia Senior College was transferred to other LCMS colleges, the Concordia University System. Today those colleges are responsible for much of the undergraduate training of future LCMS pastors. The campus became the home of the Concordia Theological Seminary as that institution relocated from Springfield, Illinois.

Hilliard Gates Sports Center is a multi-purpose arena located in the northeast corner of the Purdue University Fort Wayne campus, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It opened in 1981 and contains 68,106 square feet (6,327.3 m2) of space. It is home to the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons volleyball and men's and women's basketball teams.The venue is named for former area sportscaster Hilliard Gates. Before being renamed in his honor in 1991, the Gates Center was known as the Multipurpose Building.The center was damaged by two burst pipes in 2019, which released 20,000 to 40,000 gallons of water, forcing the cancellation of an indoor track meet.In addition to its use as a venue for intercollegiate competition, the Gates Center also has fitness facilities for students and faculty. Alumni and members of the general public may also use these facilities by purchasing a pass.

It is a regional campus of Indiana University founded on July 1, 2018, when its predecessor university, Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne, split into two separate institutions: IU Fort Wayne and Purdue University Fort Wayne (PFW). IUFW is administered through Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.

Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) was a public university in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Founded in 1964, IPFW was a cooperatively-managed regional campus of two state university systems: Indiana University and Purdue University. IPFW hit its highest enrollment in 2014, with 13,459 undergraduate and postgraduate students in nine colleges and schools, including a branch of the Indiana University School of Medicine. During its last academic year (2017–2018), IPFW had a total enrollment of 10,414 students. IPFW offered more than 200 graduate and undergraduate degree programs through IU or Purdue universities. The university's 14 men's and women's athletic teams competed in Division I of the NCAA Summit League. On July 1, 2018, the two universities parted company in Fort Wayne. The health sciences programs on the campus became Indiana University Fort Wayne, and the other programs became Purdue University Fort Wayne (PFW). About two weeks before the split took effect, the athletic program, which was inherited solely by PFW, changed its branding from Fort Wayne Mastodons to Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons.

The hospital was opened in 2001 as a joint venture between the Lutheran Health Network and is staffed by more than 260 physicians. The hospital includes the Dupont Resource Center, which offers lectures, screenings, counseling, and support groups.
