The Apostolic Nunciature to Mexico the diplomatic mission of the Holy See to Mexico. It is located in Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City. The current Apostolic Nuncio is Bishop Joseph Spiteri, who was named to the position by Pope Francis on 7 July 2022. The Apostolic Nunciature to the Argentine Republic is an ecclesiastical office of the Catholic Church in Mexico, with the rank of an embassy. The nuncio serves both as the ambassador of the Holy See to the President of Mexico, and as delegate and point-of-contact between the Catholic hierarchy in Mexico and the Pope.

The Mexican Secretariat of the Civil Service (Spanish: Secretaría de la Función Pública, SFP) is the entity of the cabinet of Mexico in charge of coordinating, assessing and monitoring the public exercise of the federal government. It was created in 1982 as the Secretariat of the Comptroller General of the Federation and was known as the Secretary of Accounting and Administrative Development from 1994 to 2003. After years of inactivity because of the failure to allocate a secretary by the incoming government of Enrique Peña Nieto, the Secretariat was reactivated on February 3, 2015, and said president appointed Virgilio Andrade Martínez as his secretary. Roberto Salcedo Aquino became the current head of the SFP in June 2021. In recent years, the Secretariat of the Civil Service has done great advancements in developing novel Blockchain based technology and programs to fight corruption.

The Mexican Space Agency (AEM; Spanish: Agencia Espacial Mexicana) is the national space agency of Mexico, established in July 2010. The agency does not have infrastructure, and aims to promote and coordinate education, research and development of the space-related activities that are performed in the country.

The Instituto Nacional de Estudios Históricos de la Revolución Mexicana (English: National Institute of Historical Studies on the Mexican Revolution; INEHRM) is a research institute of the Mexican Secretariat of Public Education (Spanish: Secretaría de Educación Pública), dedicated to studying the Mexican Revolution (1910–1920). Pedro Salmerón Sanginés, director-general of the Institute from 2013, resigned on September 21, 2019, citing right-wing opposition. He has been replaced by Felipe Arturo Ávila Espinosa, who has a bachelor's degree in sociology from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a doctorate in history from the Colegio de México.

Teatro de los Insurgentes (English: Theater of the Insurgents) is a theater located on Mexico City's Avenida de los Insurgentes. Opened in 1953, the theater seats 959 spectators.

It was founded in 1957 by the Mexican Chemical Society (Sociedad Química de México, A.C.). As of June 2014, the full text of the journal is freely available online on its homepage.

Manacar (officially Torre Manacar, "Manacar Tower") is a 22-story skyscraper and shopping center in the Insurgentes Mixcoac neighborhood of southern Mexico City at the intersection of the city's north-south artery, Avenida de los Insurgentes, and the Circuito Interior inner ring highway. It occupies the site of the former Cine Manacar cinema (1965–2013). The architect is the late Teodoro González de León. The total complex is 180,000 square metres (1,900,000 sq ft) The shopping center opened in July, 2017. It had 74 stores at that time with 25,000 square metres (270,000 sq ft) of gross leasable area. There are 20 fashion stores, 7 restaurants, 20 food options and kiosks with a parking garage for 2700 cars on 11 levels. Anchors include Cinemex Premium, H&M, Forever 21, Massimo Dutti, Tommy Hilfiger, iShop/Mixup, Innovasport, Sephora, Sunglass Hut, Scappino, Benetton, Calzedonia and American Eagle Outfitters, while restaurants include Chili's.

Colonia Insurgentes Mixcoac, or simply Insurgentes Mixcoac, is a neighborhood located in Benito Juárez, Mexico City.

San Ángel is a colonia or neighborhood of Mexico City, located in the southwest in Álvaro Obregón borough. Historically, it was a rural community, called Tenanitla in the pre-Hispanic period. Its current name is derived from the El Carmen monastery school called San Ángel Mártir. San Ángel remained a rural community, centered on the monastery until the 19th and 20th centuries, when the monastery was closed and when the area joined urban sprawl of Mexico City. However, the area still contains many of its former historic buildings and El Carmen is one of the most visited museums in the city. It is also home to an annual flower fair called the Feria de las Flores, held since 1856. In 1934, San Ángel was declared as a Pueblo Típico Pintoresco (Picturesque Typical Town); in 1987, due to presidential order, it was declared historical monument zone.
