Stadion Rudolfa Labaje is a football stadium in Třinec in the Czech Republic. It is the home ground of football side FK Třinec. The stadium is named after Rudolf Łabaj, a local Polish footballer who played for the club. It is one of the smallest stadiums in the Czech 2. Liga with a capacity of about 2,200.

Sport Hall STARS Třinec is a sports hall in Třinec, Czech Republic. The hall has a capacity of 900 spectators. The floorball club FBC Třinec uses it for its home matches, and other clubs in the vicinity from the 2023–24 season. It was used for home matches by the futsal club SKP Ocel Třinec, which, however, ceased its activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many various company events and balls are also held here.

In 1946 merged with the town was the village of Lyžbice where in the 1950s the ruling Communist Party of Czechoslovakia began a large scale development in the style of socialist realism. Afterwards Lyžbice became a new downtown, overtaking the role from Staré Město (lit. Old Town).

TŽ produces over a third of all steel produced in the Czech Republic (roughly 2.5 million tons annually). Since its establishment, Třinecké železárny's plants have produced more than 150 million tons of crude steel. Moravia Steel is the major shareholder of TŽ, the biggest Czech steel company controlled by domestic capital.
