S.M.K. Convent Bukit Nanas (abbreviated CBN) is an all-girls school located at Bukit Nanas, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Established in 1899, it is one of the oldest schools in Malaysia and is widely known as CBN. Convent Bukit Nanas is one of the first schools to be distinguished as a Cluster School of Excellence by the Malaysian Ministry of Education. CBN has a close relationship with her brother school, St John's Institution, which is located along the same road and is also a Cluster School of Excellence. It is one of the 30 convent secondary schools in Malaysia. On 16 December 2008, Pos Malaysia issued a premium set of four commemorative stamps and first-day cover, honouring four Premier Schools of Malaysia - Convent Bukit Nanas and Victoria Institution in Kuala Lumpur, SMK St. Thomas in Kuching and SMK All Saints in Sabah for their superiority in academics, sports,and extra-curricular activities.

Bukit Nanas, meaning "Pineapple Hill" (Weld Hill during colonial rule), is a small hill in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With a height of 94 meter (308 ft) above sea level, it contains the only virgin tropical rain forest left in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve is located here, and is open to the public. There are jungle trails, a visitors centre, and a forestry museum. A number of notable buildings, such as the landmark Kuala Lumpur Tower, are located on Bukit Nanas. The area is served by the Bukit Nanas Monorail station.

The Exchange Square (Malay: Bukit Kewangan) is a main headquarters of the Bursa Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange). The headquarters is located at Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur. This neoclassic building was officially opened on 13 July 1997 by Prime Minister, Mahathir Mohamad.

Kuala Lumpur Tower, also known as KL Tower is a 15-story, 421-meter-tall telecommunication tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the world's 7th tallest tower, also, Malaysia and Southeast Asia's tallest tower. Its construction was completed on 1 March 1995. It features an antenna that increases its height to 421 metres (1,381 feet). The roof of the pod is at 335 metres (1,099 feet). The rest of the tower below has a stairwell and an elevator to reach the upper area, which also contains a revolving restaurant, providing diners with a panoramic view of the city. Races are held annually, where participants race up the stairs to the top. The tower also acts as the Islamic falak observatory to observe the crescent moon which marks the beginning of Muslim month of Ramadhan, Syawal, and Zulhijjah, to celebrate fasting month of Ramadhan, Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Aidiladha. The tower is the highest viewpoint in Kuala Lumpur that is open to the public.

Capital Square, commonly referred to as Cap Square, is a residential condominium skyscraper and shopping mall along Jalan Munshi Abdullah, in midtown in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, developed by Bandar Raya Developments Berhad. Apart from retail spaces, the development encompasses one 36-storey condominium block and one office block under phase 2. Phase 1, which comprised a single 40-storey office block, Menara Multi Purpose, was completed back in 1994. Menara Multi-Purpose is also home to Bandar Raya Developments Berhad's corporate headquarters. The completed 36-storey residence component of the Cap Square development comprises 180 apartment units.

Maybank Tower (Malay: Menara Maybank) is a skyscraper in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The tower is the headquarters of Maybank and houses the Maybank Numismatic Museum.

The Lee Yan Lian building is a high-rise building in the Kawasan Perancangan Pusat borough of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The building has 18 stories and is 73.04 m (240 ft) tall. Until the construction of the Malaysian Houses of Parliament in 1959, it was the tallest building in Malaysia. It was completed in 1945

Masjid Jamek LRT station is a rapid transit station in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the interchange station between two of Rapid KL's light rapid transit (LRT) systems, namely the LRT Ampang and Sri Petaling Lines and the LRT Kelana Jaya Line. The station is one of the only two stations that integrate the LRT lines, the other being Putra Heights station. The station is situated near, and named after the Masjid Jamek in central Kuala Lumpur. Despite being called an interchange station, up until 28 November 2011, there were effectively two Masjid Jamek stations in operational terms. An elevated Masjid Jamek station served the Ampang and Sri Petaling Lines while an underground Masjid Jamek station served the Kelana Jaya Line, each having their own ticketing systems which were not integrated with each other. Commuters had to exit one system, purchase a new ticket before entering the other system if they wanted to transfer from one line to the other. Prior to 2006 when a plaza was built above the Klang River linking the stations, Ampang Line and Sri Petaling Line's Masjid Jamek station and Kelana Jaya Line's Masjid Jamek station were two physically separate buildings. There were limited pedestrian walkways between the two stations resulting in commuters having to be exposed to the sun and rain, and even having to cross the busy Jalan Tun Perak, just to change from one line to the other. On 28 November 2011, the fare gates which kept the two systems separated were removed and the plaza which physically linked the two stations became part of the "paid (or restricted) zone" of a physically integrated Masjid Jamek station. This allowed commuters to transfer from one line to the other without leaving the system for the first time since the two stations became operational.
