Little Lonsdale Street

380 Melbourne is a residential and hotel skyscraper in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Designed by Elenberg Fraser and developed by Brady Group, the project is to include 728 residential apartments as well as 312 hotel rooms within a 67-level skyscraper, which will reach a height of 217.5 metres (714 feet).The Lonsdale Street development was first proposed in 2013, initially as a 47-storey tower; however, plans were later re–submitted and hence the project was redesigned. 380 Lonsdale Street received planning approval by the Minister for Planning Richard Wynne in March, 2015. The project has an estimated worth of AUD$240.5 million, and construction commenced in March 2018 with an expected completion date set in 2020.

Melbourne Welsh Church is a church in Melbourne, established in 1857. It is on La Trobe Street, and the building is registered on the Victorian Heritage Register.The first Welsh-language church service was held on 15 December 1852, and a chapel was first built on the land in La Trobe Street, opening in 1857. The site was donated by the crown, for the construction of a Welsh Calvinist Methodist Church. It was rebuilt in the gothic revival style by architects Crouch and Wilson, opening in 1871. Initially all services were in Welsh, but English-language services were later introduced. Services are still held in Welsh twice a month, as well as in English, and the church holds a Gymanfa Ganu, a singing festival with hymns in both Welsh and English, at least twice a year. The church states that "It is the only Welsh Church in the Pacific Basin that has a minister who conducts services in the Welsh language."The sign outside the church carries changing inspirational messages, which have been noted in social media. The Bored Panda website illustrated 30 messages and reported that the most popular of these was: "At the end of the day, I'd rather be excluded for who I include than be included for who I exclude".Pioneering female doctor Constance Stone was married to Reverend David Egryn Jones, minister of the Welsh Church, and through him the church's hall, St David's Hall, was used from 1896 as an out-patient dispensary, the first Victoria Hospital, precursor of the Queen Victoria Hospital. In 2016 a memorial plaque was unveiled in the church to commemorate the Australian women doctors who served in the first world war.

It was designed by architect Nonda Katsalidis whilst he was a director of AXIA Pty Ltd for client Ryssal Three. The project team consisted of Nonda Katsalidis, Gerard Van Beer, Geoff Cosier, Ric Wood, Philip O’Dwyer, Shmuel Dolev, Leon Moulton and John Iappazutto. The building was constructed between 1991 and 1993 with a contract value of AUS $64 million. The current value of the building is $173.9 million.The Argus Centre is a separate but adjacent building to the Argus Building next to it–which was constructed in 1926 and was the former premises of The Argus newspaper for 30 years (1926 – 1956). It is opposite to Melbourne Central shopping centre and railway station, in the Flagstaff precinct of the North of the Melbourne CBD. The building underwent refurbishment in 2012. The building was originally used as an office and carpark space, which to this day has not changed. The Argus Centre is a significant building in Australian Architecture as it was one of the finest office tower buildings of the time, managing to explore intercepting masses, with precision and decisiveness.

Mitchell House is a six-storey Streamline Moderne art-deco commercial building in Melbourne, Australia. It was designed as a ten-storey building of 132 ft (40 meters), which was the height limit at that time. Out of the ten storeys, six storeys were built.The building is located on the corner of Lonsdale Street and Elizabeth Street. Its exact address is at 352-362 Lonsdale Street. Australian architect Harry Norris planned a ten-storey building, the top four floors of which were never added to the first stage, which was completed in 1937. His client, Thos. Mitchell & Co, manufactured and distributed brushes. The building was classified on 9 July 1987 and added to the Victorian Heritage Database and that of the National Trust.

200 Queen Street, also known as 200Q and previously known as ACI House, is an office building in Melbourne. It is located at the north-east corner of Queen Street and Little Bourke Street. Around 130 metres in height, it has 32 full floors, plus two smaller floors atop that. It was the first high rise development in Melbourne by the Australian development firm, Grocon. The building was sold for $39 million in 1998 and again in 2003 for $78 million.200 Queen Street was briefly featured in the Australian movie The Castle.

Eq. Tower is a residential building in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The skyscraper is developed by ICD Property group in conjunction with Sino-Ocean Land and designed by architect Elenberg Fraser. Launched in 2013, the project received approval by the then-Planning Minister Matthew Guy in February, 2014. Designed to accommodate 633 apartment dwellings, the residential skyscraper reaches a height of 202.7 metres (665 feet) and comprises 63 floors.Construction on Eq. commenced in February 2015, before topping-out in October 2016. The project was scheduled to be completed by June 2017; it was completed a month early in May of that year. It is one of the tallest buildings in Melbourne.
