South Lake is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia in the City of Cockburn.

Cockburn Central ( KOH-bərn) is a suburb of Perth, the capital city of Western Australia, and is 24 kilometres (15 mi) south of Perth's central business district (CBD) along the Kwinana Freeway. Its local government area is the City of Cockburn, and it is intended by the Government to serve as a regional centre for the area. It was approved as a name by the Geographic Names Committee in 2007. The new suburb came into existence after the newly constructed Kwinana Freeway cut off the western portion of Jandakot from the main part of the suburb, with the section west of the freeway becoming Cockburn Central.It contains a new town centre focussed around the railway station, with the state headquarters of the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, a district police station, Cockburn ARC (a regional aquatic and recreation centre, which also houses the administration and training facilities for the Fremantle Football Club), Cockburn Gateway Shopping city (which, despite the name, is located in neighbouring Success), high rise residential apartments and an older industrial area.

Cockburn Central station ( KOH-bərn) is a bus and railway station on the Transperth network. It is located at the juncture of the Mandurah and – once completed – Thornlie lines, 20.5 kilometres (12.7 mi) from Perth station inside the median strip of the Kwinana Freeway serving the suburb of Cockburn Central.

Success Park 'n' Ride was a Transperth bus station located next to the current Cockburn Central Train/Bus Interchange. It was established on 21 March 1999 and decommissioned on 22 December 2007. After that it was superseded by its nearby station in Cockburn Central.

Cockburn Ice Arena is an ice sports and ice skating centre, located in the Bibra Lake suburb of the City of Cockburn, Perth. It hosts a number of ice hockey and curling games, including Perth Inferno and IHWA Premiere League games. The venue offers a wide variety of activities including ice skating lessons, birthday parties, and public skating sessions.

Jandakot is a southern suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located within the City of Cockburn local government area. It is best known for Jandakot Airport that is situated entirely within the suburb, the airport being "the busiest general aviation airport in Australia in terms of aircraft movements",: 2  the sixth-busiest civilian airport in Australia in the fiscal year ending 30 June 2018, and in the 2011 fiscal year even the busiest civilian airport in Australia.

Dragon Express is a steel roller coaster located at Adventure World in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. The ride is a Zamperla Family Gravity Coaster and has been at the park since 27 September 2003.Dragon Express is a steel-sit down roller coaster for everyone in the family. At its highest point it stands 4.0 metres (13 ft) tall and is 80.0 metres (262.5 ft) long. Dragon Express is a single train with 6 cars. Each car holds 2 riders. The riders are arranged 2 across in a single row of cars for a total of 12 riders.

Adventure World is a theme park in Bibra Lake, Western Australia. It is located about 20 kilometres (12 mi) from the Perth central business district. The park opened on 11 November 1982 as "Adventureworld at Bibra Lakes" and undergoes a winter closure each year. Adventure World was built on an old limestone quarry at Bibra Lake. 380,000 tonnes (840 million pounds) of sand were used to reshape the land for the initial landscape of the park before it opened on 11 November 1982.The theme park has 25 different attractions, including the "Goliath" launched in 2017, the $12 million roller coaster “Abyss” launched in 2013, the $7 million dollar Kraken, which is the longest, tallest and steepest Funnel water slide of its kind, the "Dragon’s Kingdom" children area and Hawaiian themed water playground "Kahuna Falls". Adventure World is a seasonal business open for 7 months a year to take advantage of Western Australia's summer climate.

North Lake is a suburb located 18 kilometres (11 mi) south of the central business district of Perth, the capital of Western Australia, and 8 kilometres (5 mi) from the Indian Ocean. Named after the eponymous lake, the suburb and lake are located within the City of Cockburn local government area.

Abyss is a steel roller coaster located at the Adventure World amusement park in Perth, Western Australia. The $12-million attraction was announced in April 2013, and construction began the following month. It opened to the general public six months later on 1 November 2013. The Abyss is a Euro-Fighter, a roller coaster model from Gerstlauer that features a "beyond-vertical" first drop which exceeds 90 degrees. In addition to several inversions, the Abyss reaches a top speed of 85 kilometres per hour (53 mph) along the two-minute, 630-metre-long (2,070 ft) ride.

Turbo Mountain was a steel roller coaster at Adventure World in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. The ride was closed and removed in 2009 to make room for a HUSS Shot'N Drop tower named Freefall. The ride was originally located in Luna Park Sydney as a standard Schwarzkopf Jet Star 2 bought second hand. When the ride was moved to Adventure World in 1991, the ride's lift hill was modified from a spiral lift hill to a standard chain lift hill due to maintenance.
