Falmouth University (Cornish: Pennskol Aberfal) is a specialist public university for the creative industries based in Falmouth and Penryn, Cornwall, England. Founded as Falmouth School of Art in 1902, it was later known as Falmouth College of Art and Design and then Falmouth College of Arts until 2012, when the university college was officially granted full university status by the Privy Council.The university is located in Penryn and Falmouth. Penryn Campus, near the town of Penryn, is the larger of its two campuses, which it operates in partnership with the University of Exeter. The Falmouth Campus is in Falmouth town centre. Falmouth has about 7,000 students, offering undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.

CSM is located at the Penryn Campus, near Falmouth, Cornwall, UK. The school merged with the University of Exeter in 1993.

They also run a team in the Trelawny League.

Mabe (variant: La Vabe, Cornish: Lannvab) is a village and civil parish in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. The village is situated one mile (1.6 km) west of Penryn.Mabe parish is bounded by Stithians and Ponsanooth to the north, Budock to the east, Mawnan and Constantine to the south and Wendron to the west. Mabe parish is twinned with the Breton town of Primelin. Mabe parish population was 2,083 at the 2011 census, whereas the ward population covering a larger area was 5,802The parish lies at the eastern edge of the Carnmenellis Granite intrusion. It is surrounded by several working and closed quarries. The Argal and College reservoirs lie to the south of the village. The settlement of Mabe Burnthouse is situated on a hill overlooking Penryn and to the southwest is the location of the parish church, the Church of Saint Laud, which is dedicated to Saint Laudus, Bishop of Coutances.

Kernick (Cornish: Karnek, meaning rocky place) is a settlement in west Cornwall, England, UK. It is a part of the town of Penryn, now a suburb of Falmouth. The name Kernick is a derivative of Cernic / Carnak meaning 'rocky' in Cornish, like Carnac in Brittany/Kernick is located near Mabe, a village on the edge of a new urban area. Kernick has thrived as an industrial area since the late 1970s with two industrial parks, and one large industrial estate, with about 100 factories. An Asda supermarket was recently constructed nearby, which has taken much business from the small town shops. Kernick is also thriving as a suburban housing area, with three housing estates in the vicinity, two of which (Littleoaks and Woodland Avenue) have in excess of 200 houses each. There is also another housing estate nearby, and a large area called Greenwood, which has in excess of 500 houses and bungalows. Kernick is also the site of the new Combined Universities in Cornwall (CUC). There is also a place called Kernick in St Stephen in Brannel parish; the meaning here is "little corner" which also applies to Kernock, also in Cornwall.

Penryn (; Cornish: Pennrynn, meaning 'promontory') is a civil parish and town in west Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is on the Penryn River about 1 mile (1.6 km) northwest of Falmouth. The population was 7,166 in the 2001 census and had been reduced to 6,812 in the 2011 census, a drop of more than 300 people across the ten-year time gap. There are two electoral wards covering Penryn: 'Penryn East and Mylor' and 'Penryn West'. The total population of both wards in the 2011 census was 9,790.Though now the town is overshadowed by the larger nearby town of Falmouth, Penryn was once an important harbour in its own right, lading granite and tin to be shipped to other parts of the country and world during the medieval period.

St Gluvias is a settlement in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. The village is now a suburb on the northern edge of Penryn which is two miles (3.2 km) northwest of Falmouth. Until 1 April 2021 there was civil parish was called St Gluvias which doesn't include the suburb but it was renamed to Ponsanooth.
