Hart Plain

The Forest of Bere is a mixed-use partially forested area in Hampshire immediately north of Fareham, Portsmouth and Roman Road, Havant and including a small part of the South Downs National Park.The former uninterrupted forest is now a mix of woodland, open space, ponds, streams, heathland, farmland and downland interspersed by minor villages and the major settlements of Waterlooville (with Cowplain) and Eastleigh (with Chandlers Ford). There are a number of paths and bridleways for walking and cycling. In the southern portion, towards the area south of the Queen Elizabeth Country Park, conifer plantations were created in the twentieth century.

Meon Valley () is a parliamentary constituency in Hampshire represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament by Flick Drummond, a Conservative, since 2019. It had previously been represented since its 2010 creation by George Hollingbery.The seat is due to be abolished for the next general election.

The Cowplain School (formerly Cowplain Community School, and Cowplain Comprehensive school) is a coeducational secondary school located in Cowplain, Hampshire in the south of England. It has approximately 1060 students and around 60 teaching staff, plus around 35 other staff.

Wecock Farm is a 1970s council estate on the western edges of Waterlooville originally built by Portsmouth City Council. Its lineage can be traced back to the 16th century and is described as 'a place called Wycock' in 1591The estate's centre was redeveloped in 2003 with new housing, and new buildings for the community centre and a popular Chinese take-away.

Waterlooville Baptist Church is a Baptist church in Waterlooville and surrounding suburban areas in the borough of Havant in Hampshire, southeast England. Built in 1966 to replace a "landmark" Victorian chapel on a different site, the new church building is a distinctive and "elegant" example of modern architecture. It is affiliated with the Baptist Union of Great Britain.

Lovedean is a village in the East Hampshire district of Hampshire, England. It is 1.4 miles (2.2 km) west of Horndean. The nearest railway station is Rowlands Castle, 2.8 miles (4.6 km) southeast of the village. Although this is the nearest it is not readily accessible by public transport, for public transport the best is Cosham The village of Lovedean is situated around the main road Lovedean Lane, situated at the bottom of the valley after which it is named. Dean is from the old English word Denu, meaning valley. [The name Lovedean derives from a marriage in 1594 when Isabel Norton married Thomas Loveden [sic], and included in the dowry was part of the Manor of Catherington plus an area known as the Manor of Lovedean] Lovedean Village Hall is well used, there were two pubs, The Green Dragon which closed December 2011, and became a Tesco Express March 2012, and The Bird in Hand The Bird in Hand is owned by the same company that runs the Hurdles, a similar pub in Droxford as well as a few shops. The FA Cup trophy was hidden at The Bird in Hand during the Second World War, having been won by Portsmouth a few months before the outbreak of the war in 1939. Yoell's Copse is a 5.5-hectare (14-acre) Local Nature Reserve in Horndean in Hampshire. It is owned and managed by Horndean Parish Council.This ancient wood has coppiced mature oak trees and wild service trees. There are uncommon plants such as butcher's-broom and common cow-wheat.

The River Wallington curves and gently meanders west then south in south-east Hampshire. Rising at sources to north and south of Waterlooville these flow west around Portsdown Hill into a dammed section as the lake in the grounds of Southwick House to unite, then through the village of Southwick then, in that parish, to receive the Beck of similar flow from the north. The river turns south and runs past fields and past the large town Fareham, before entering Portsmouth Harbour, as its main natural watercourse inflow, at Wallington.The Beck drains, likewise standard small dendritic drainage sources, at least four in number, and particularly the hamlets of Upper and Lower Beckford in Southwick and Widley civil parish, crossed by Beckford Lane today at Beckford Bridge, a former ford.

Cowplain is a village north of Waterlooville, Hampshire, England. With a population of 9,353 at the 2011 census, it makes up above 7% of Havant borough's population. It grew along the old London to Portsmouth road (the A3) on which the village centre and local shops lie.

Waterlooville is a town in the Borough of Havant in Hampshire, England, approximately 6 miles (9.7 km) north northeast of Portsmouth. It is the largest town in the borough. The town had a population of 64,350 in the 2011 Census. It is surrounded by Purbrook, Blendworth, Cowplain, Lovedean, Clanfield, Catherington, Crookhorn, Denmead, Hambledon, Horndean and Widley. It forms part of the South Hampshire conurbation. The town formed around the old A3 London to Portsmouth road.

Hinton Daubney is a small hamlet in Hampshire, England, located between Catherington and Hambledon. It is the site of one of the earliest recorded sightings of ball lightning.Hinton Daubney played a role in the escape of Charles II from England after the battle of Worcester. Horndean Technology College is a large school, situated in the village of Horndean in Hampshire, England. The school has formerly been called Horndean Community School, Horndean Secondary School and Horndean Bilateral. It is also sometimes informally referred to as Barton Cross, after the road on which its main entrance is situated. The school teaches over 1500 students a range of subjects, and has a large campus with over 11 buildings. The school has started a pilot scheme where they offer podcasts over the internet for at-home learning.
