Luddington railway station was a station in Luddington, Lincolnshire on the Axholme Joint Railway branch to Fockerby.

Luddington is a village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Luddington with Haldenby, on the Isle of Axholme in the North Lincolnshire district, in the ceremonial county of Lincolnshire, England. The population of the civil parish of "Luddington with Haldenby" at the 2011 census was 419. It is 6 miles (10 km) north-west from Scunthorpe, 6 miles south-east from Goole and 18 miles (29 km) north-east from Doncaster.

Crowle North railway station, officially known as Crowle railway station, was a station that served the market town of Crowle, on the Isle of Axholme in Lincolnshire, England on the Axholme Joint Railway. The North designation was used to avoid confusion with Crowle railway station on a neighbouring line. The station was opened on 10 August 1903. Originally it was the terminus of the line from Goole, until the section onward to Haxey Junction was opened for goods on 14 November 1904, and to passengers on 2 January 1905. The station closed with the end of passenger services on the line on 17 July 1933, Although the line remained open to goods traffic until 1965. Until 1972 the line through Crowle to Belton was operated as 'a long siding' to facilitate access for heavy loads to Keadby Power Station. This was the Station Master's House and Booking Office for Crowle on the Axholme Joint Railway, a light railway that ran the length of the Isle of Axholme. The booking office was situated in the low single storey wooden extension and its interior has been preserved The station had two low platforms, a passing loop and a small goods yard with a public weighbridge.

Keadby Power Stations are a pair of natural gas-fired power stations near Scunthorpe in North Lincolnshire, built on the site of an older coal power station. The site lies near the B1392 and the River Trent, and the Scunthorpe-Grimsby railway. Also nearby is the Stainforth and Keadby Canal, which is part of the Sheffield and South Yorkshire Navigation. The current stations are operated by SSE Thermal. SSE also owns a 68 MWe capacity wind farm, Keadby Wind Farm, nearby. This was England's largest onshore wind farm, and started operating in July 2014.

Crowle is a market town in the civil parish of Crowle and Ealand, on the Isle of Axholme in the North Lincolnshire unitary authority of Lincolnshire, England. The civil parish had a population at the 2011 census of 4,828. The town lies on the Stainforth and Keadby Canal. Notable buildings in the town include the parish church, in which can be seen the Crowle Stone runic cross shaft, and the Gothic revival market hall.

Ealand is a small village in the civil parish of Crowle and Ealand, in the North Lincolnshire district, in the county of Lincolnshire, England. It is situated within the Isle of Axholme, 1 mile (1.6 km) south-east from Crowle (where the 2011 census population is included now called Crowle and Ealand), and 0.5 miles (0.8 km) north from the junction between the A161 and the A18 roads.The Stainforth and Keadby Canal and Crowle railway station are at the southern edge of Ealand. The A161, which previously ran through the village, has been diverted, and uses a new bridge over the parallel railway line and canal. Ealand has a Primitive Methodist chapel, a war memorial, and the disused building of the previous New Trent Inn. It has two Grade II listed buildings, an early to mid-18th-century house on Ealand Outgate and early 19th-century Curlews farmhouse on the A161.Immediately to the west of the A161 is Seven Lakes Leisure Park, sited on clay pits of the former Crowle Brickworks.

Crowle railway station serves the market town of Crowle in North Lincolnshire, England. Most services are provided by Northern Trains, who operate the station. Occasional services by TransPennine Express also call at this station. The station has very limited facilities. There is a shelter on each platform, but no other permanent buildings. A public telephone is provided on platform 1 along with timetable posters to offer train running information. Platform 2 is accessible only by a barrow crossing at the west end of the station, but step-free access is available from the main entrance onto platform 1. The disused signal box has now been knocked down and levelled off.

Keadby is a small village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Keadby with Althorpe, in the North Lincolnshire district, in the ceremonial county of Lincolnshire, England. It is situated just off the A18, west of Scunthorpe, and on the west bank of the River Trent. The civil parish of Keadby with Althorpe had a population at the 2011 census of 1,930.

Tetley is a hamlet, between of the town of Crowle and the village of Ealand, in the North Lincolnshire district of Lincolnshire, England. It is in the civil parish of Crowle and Ealand. The hamlet is considered to be the site of a deserted medieval village and is known to have existed in 1316.Tetley Hall is a Grade II listed building dating from 1829 to 1839 for Henry Lister Maw, although its range is late 18th century, and built for George Stovin. The stables and granary are also Grade II listed.Near Tetley Hall is a limestone font which is perhaps from the mid-17th century, and possibly from the Protestant church in Sandtoft.

The original Keadby railway station was the easternmost terminus of the South Yorkshire Railway. The railway, which was extended from Thorne and opened in September 1859 was built without an Act of Parliament, as the railway company owned the canal alongside which they built the line. The station and other railway associated facilities were situated on the west bank of the River Trent to the north of the point where the Stainforth and Keadby Canal passed through a lock to access the river. On 1 May 1866, the first Keadby Bridge and the associated diversionary route were brought into use for goods trains; passenger trains started using the new route on 1 October. On that date, Keadby station was renamed Keadby for Amcotts and Burringham.The station closed on 2 November 1874. Although the goods and locomotive facilities remained, the locomotive facilities, until the opening of a new shed at Frodingham, were replaced when the line was diverted to cross the Trent by a swing bridge situated some 150 yards upstream. This bridge, itself, was replaced in 1914 with a new lifting bridge, which although now fixed, is still in use today. The present day station was originally known as Keadby and Althorpe but this has been shortened to Althorpe.
