Taylor Mountain is a mountain summit in King County, Washington State in the US.

Preston is an unincorporated and exurban community in the northwest United States, located 22 miles (35 km) east of Seattle in King County, Washington. It was named after railway official William T. Preston.Preston is a historic mill town on the northeast edge of the large Tiger Mountain State Forest, along Interstate 90. Preston, elevation 430 ft (130 m), is located within commuting distance of Seattle and Bellevue. The local Raging River feeds into the Snoqualmie River at Fall City, and offers recreational activities like fly-fishing and swimming. Eastside Fire & Rescue has an all-volunteer fire station, Station 74, staffed by residents of Preston and nearby communities, which serves the Preston area. The Preston Community Club is a volunteer organization that was created to unite and protect the historic Preston community by organizing town events and acting as liaisons to local and state government. Several small stores have popped up as the area has grown, such as the Preston General store, Indoor Garden & Lighting, Coffee Too!, Subway, and the Preston Post Office. Several larger companies have taken advantage of Preston's accessibility, such as bottled water company Talking Rain, SanMar, and Platt.

Tiger Mountain is a mountain in the U.S. state of Washington. It is at the center of the Issaquah Alps, a small range in the Eastside region of King County, Washington southeast of Seattle. The mountain is part of a designated protected area, the Tiger Mountain State Forest, and has several recreational areas used for hiking, mountain biking, and paragliding.

Kerriston is an extinct town in King County, in the U.S. state of Washington. The GNIS classifies it as a populated place.A post office called Kerriston was established in 1904, and remained in operation until 1935. The community most likely derived its name from the local Kerry Mill Company.

The Boeing Classic is a professional golf tournament in Washington on the PGA Tour Champions, founded 19 years ago in 2005. The 54-hole event is played annually in late August in Snoqualmie, east of Seattle. It was titled the "Boeing Greater Seattle Classic" for its first two years and Boeing is the main sponsor.

The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge is a private golf club in the northwest United States, located in Snoqualmie, Washington, 25 miles (40 km) east of Seattle, at the foothills of the Cascade Range. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, the championship golf course opened in 1999 and was formerly a member of the Tournament Players Club network operated by the PGA Tour. Since 2005, it has hosted the Boeing Classic, a 54-hole PGA Tour Champions event in late August.When the project was initially announced 37 years ago in 1986, the course was to be designed by Rees Jones.The club left the TPC network in 2016 and was renamed "The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge" in December. Arcis Equity of Dallas purchased the course in 2013 from BrightStar Golf Group of Carlsbad, California, who had owned it for five years; the original owner was Quadrant Homes. The course record is 60 (–12), set by Kevin Sutherland in 2018, during the second round of the Boeing Classic on Saturday, August 25. The previous record of 61 was carded by Scott Simpson twelve years earlier, in the second round of the 2006 edition. It was equaled the next day by Tom Jenkins, but both finished one shot out of the playoff, in a five-way tie for third.

Snoqualmie Casino is a casino in Snoqualmie, Washington owned by the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe. It opened on November 6, 2008. The 170,000 sq ft (16,000 m2) facility hosts 1,700 slots, 54 table games, 5 dining venues, an 11,000 sq ft (1,000 m2) entertainment venue and a sportsbook.

The Snoqualmie Indian Tribe (S·dukʷalbixʷ), is a federally recognized tribe of Snoqualmie people. They are Coast Salish Native American peoples from the Snoqualmie Valley in east King and Snohomish Counties in Washington state. Other names for the Snoqualmies include Snoqualmu, Snoqualmoo, Snoqualmick, Snoqualamuke, and Snuqualmi.

Snoqualmie ( snoh-KWAWL-mee) is a city next to Snoqualmie Falls in King County, Washington, United States. It is 28 miles (45 km) east of Seattle. Snoqualmie city is home to the Northwest Railway Museum. The population was 10,670 at the 2010 census and an estimated 13,622 in 2019.Many of the exterior shots for David Lynch's Twin Peaks television series and movie (Fire Walk with Me) were filmed in Snoqualmie and in the neighboring towns of North Bend and Fall City. Movie actress Ella Raines was born on August 6, 1920, in Snoqualmie Falls, a mill town across the Snoqualmie River that is now part of Snoqualmie.

KJAQ (96.5 FM) is a commercial radio station in Seattle, Washington. KJAQ airs an adult hits music format branded as "Jack FM". It is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc. The studios and offices are in the Belltown neighborhood northwest of Downtown Seattle. The station's transmitter is on Tiger Mountain in Issaquah. KJAQ broadcasts in the HD Radio format. The HD-2 subchannel carries an alternative rock format and HD-3 simulcasts conservative talk KPTR, also owned by iHeart.
